Spacious, bright, and airy apartment in a wonderful location – right above one of the city’s most charming squares and just a 1–2 minute walk from the main square. The area is lively, with plenty to do, music, people, and a cheerful atmosphere. The apartment is well-equipped, allowing for meal preparation. Spotlessly clean, with new equipment and a friendly, smiling team. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.

There was an issue with the Wi-Fi, which did not work throughout our stay, and the staff were unable to resolve it. In addition, since we stayed over the weekend, there was noise from the bars and nightlife below until late at night. It didn’t bother us too much, but it’s something to keep in mind.

One of the best apartments we've stayed in (Apt no. 1). Really spacious and right on a gorgeous square in the centre of Trieste. The little touches such as water in fridge on arrival, shampoo, tea/coffee were really thoughtful. Frederick was excellent and so friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat

Absolutely nothing to fault about the apartment at all. If you have an issue with noise, there's a bar that's beside it and plays music until midnight...out of the control of Ritters rooms.

Very nice, comfortable, spacious and super clean apartment in a strategically great location of Trieste centre. Public parking (garage) is 5 minutes walk away, variaty of bars, cafeterias, restaurants are just around. My only negative comment is that as our apartment on the first floor was facing on a small street with a bar just below the window, where the loud Saturday night music lasted till 3 am in the morning, and was pretty disturbing. Next time I would definitely insist on a room facing the square and having it on an upper floor.

The apartment is gorgeous and very spacious. And clean.

We stayed over the weekend and it’s was extremely loud even on the third floor. The location is great if you are young and partying but we were a family here for a tournament that needed to be up early. It sounded like we were outside partying. Can hear music and singing until 1-2 am. Parking was over a 5 min walk.

Very central location, loved having bars, cafes etc nearby. The property was very comfortable and clean and great to have a lift instead of dragging suitcases upstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful.would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I would probably book a different room as we had the attic room and hubby is tall so wasn't the most comfortable for him . But great room with the space they had .

We rented 3 apartments for family celebration and experienced feelings of home. Apartments are carefully designed to reflect the feeling of home. There is almost everything you may need and a lot of space. Location is central, offering easy access to everything, including supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, and bars. What elevated our experience was very friendly and helpful staff with quickly thinking and willingness to help us when they didn't have to. This became our home in Trieste from now onwards!

Lovely large lounge/ kitchen. Nice sofa, dining table and chairs. Building has been renovated to a high standard with built in air con.

Furniture apart from sofa and chairs were cheapest IKEA which didn’t fit the high end apartment. Leg of one bedside table and one bed were wonky. Good sized bathroom but small shower inside which worked but was odd. Unfortunately the location has outdoor DJ’s some nights until 1am. We were there during a public holiday so had this 3 out of 6 nights. Usually it’s just weekends I am told.

Central location, in the pedestrian only part of the town. The room was very clean with spacious surface. Easy check in and check out. Great view over a square with several coffee bars and shops.

Not spacious at all with respect to volume. I hurt my head on the ceiling beams on several occasions. There were no internet in the room. Being in the very centre, it is noisy in the evening, though not from cars but from the bar's music and people'e murmur.

Exceptional customer service- bravo! Unbeatable location in pedestrian area, lovely style of interior, very spatious and bright, great view. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meal for NY, towels and sheets replaced on request, prompt answer for anything we needed. Discount provided for parking. Very convenient and nice coffee and breakfast place in the building. A stone throw to all you want to see. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets as well. We would definitely be back.

Occassional hiccups with wifi - promptly supported by customer care.

The rooms/apartment were very luxurious and the authentic stone walls made the atmosphere perfect. The kitchen was modern with a full sized fridge and modern cooktop. The 10 person dining table was an excellent feature since we had 9 people between 2 apartments. This meant everyone could hang out, eat and play games in one place. Also, having an elevator in a building like this is a pleasant surprise. By far, the best feature is the building's location. Although there are several cafés and restaurants literally below the building, the windows could completely block out the sound when shut. The fact that it was right on a major pedestrian way with cobble stone streets, storefronts along the ground floor and the bustling city life just outside your window meant that it was a joy to just sit at the windows and watch the vibrant life happening below.

It's odd that there really was no microwave in the kitchen. Also, the kitchen wasn't extremely well stocked with cookware (although we're probably one of the people who actually cooked in the kitchen). The giant dining table is sagging in the center (bad design - not the owner's fault) and hauling your suitcase from the parking garage a few hundred meters away along cobblestoned streets is no joy. Lastly, the lockbox with your key in it is an elegant solution for contactless/person-less check-in, but meeting a real person at check in is always much more comforting.
