The location was excellent and the room was very clean, modern and spacious - good bathroom and toiletries supplied. Communication with the host was good regarding entry. It was very quiet at night, even though there were many restaurants near by.

It is a large hotel room, not an apartment - it had a coffee machine and a fridge - no cooking facilities or microwave. If you are a couple, the space is quite large. However, if you are not a couple and need the sofa bed make sure that you communicate this the day before (even if you did at the time of booking).

The location was great and close to all amenities such as restaurants and shopping, highly recommend for location.

We only stayed the one night given that we had to embark on a cruise the next day, unfortunately unbeknown to us the shower drain was blocked and as a result it leaked out of the shower base and on to the bathroom floor, the shower slide doors needed attention as they did not slide freely which made it difficult to close. I advised Filippo the host via a WhatsApp message and hope he took it upon himself to get the problem fixed to avoid further discomfort to other guests.

It is a beautiful well-appointed and spacious room with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom, in a great location to see old Trieste. Restaurants around the building were very good, and it was a short walk to the main square, shopping area and waterfront area. Everything was done remotely via codes and emails, and all went smoothly.

We stayed on a weekend night, and the noise from the square and restaurants kept us awake. However, it is the trade-off of being in a great location and it probably depends on the night and what time you go to bed as to whether it may be an issue.

The whole experience. On one point there is something about smooth check in option when everything is keyless so you are not locked on time. When I travel (quick escapes) this is really important because in other cases you can “lose” half of the day for getting in appointment and leaving stuff there on a first day. On the other hand they had really good support so if you need help with anything they are there for you. I think this is a perfect combination

Excellent location in the historic centre, and facing an inner courtyard and thus quiet. Bed was very comfortable and shower was very good.

Access to the room is up some stairs and along a short corridor which has lights that have to be turned on at the switch, so you need a phone or torch to light your way at one point. There was a problem with the wifi and the temporary substitute service was not particularly good. There is no Reception on site, which may unnerve some travellers.

The location was perfect. We were in Apartment 3.

There is no onsite reception, so therefore there is no 24 hour reception. We were lucky when we arrived that the cleaners were still in the apartment as we were a little early. Also there is no mention of communication on the website by WhatsApp only. Communication by WhatsApp gave us the front door code, apartment code and WIFI password.

The apartment is very clean and nicely designed. It is located in a beautiful old building. I liked the view to the roofs of old Trieste and lively street below. There was a some noise coming from the restaurant/street below but by 10pm everything went quiet.

We had to exchange few texts to get a correct name/password to WiFi. The one that was in the instruction was wrong.

we loved the spaciousness, the 12 ft ceilings ,two large windows. The room was well designed and all furnishings were in excellent condition . The shower was modern and large. The fabrics ..bedding ,etc were good quality. The bed was firm . There was a refrigerator and a Nespresso machine in apt #1 ... …2 pods provided. We enjoyed the location and old city atmosphere . it was an easy walk from the train station , many cafes and small markets nearby .

we know this is the future…and our choice , but we did not like the self - check in …never a human contact . We found the large door easy enough and entered the code. we must be slow, took three attempts. just an FYI expect to climb wide stairs / 2 stories ,so travel light. (we always felt safe and comfortable) but on our last night we entered door code ( several times ) and the door stayed locked. Thankfully, it was only 8 pm and somebody exited the building before we called the number provided . most likely there would have been a quick response , but it can be unnerving. this is the only reason we did not give Casa Rm Apt a 10 also FYI , no safe

Very nice, clean and modern apartment. Bathroom and shower very nice and modern Has fridge, coffee machine and good aircon Comfortable bed and pillow. Cost €10 from station and takes 5 minutes Close to all things in Trieste Would stay here again

No lift. Maybe worth thinking about if older travellers or very heavy suitcases as the apartment is on 2nd floor Minor issue regarding code to enter apartment but was very quickly sorted with quick reply to questions from Filippo
