Grado is a little gem in the Italian Adriatic, and the Lacroma Aparthotel is the perfect base to explore it from. It's close to everything, it's in a pedestrian area, but you can still park your car there, as the hotel manages the entry permits with the municipal police. Going with the family, the combination of a nice, clean apartment with friendly and helpful hotel services is ideal. The breakfast was excellent, especially the home made jam :)

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff gave us key recommendations for our outings that made a significant differences. For example, instead of going to any spot on the beach, we went to a great spot with cleaner water and a sand bar for the kids to play on. Rooms were neat. AC was a great respite from outside adventures.

Excellent hotel location in the city centre, lovely balcony - we could see the sea and sunset. Very very kind hotel mananger, pointed us to the best restaurants and gave us room upgrade. You can borrow bicycles at the hotel to ride around the city (for free). Definitely recommend.

We really liked the kind service and the warm welcome of the staff. Edina helped us a lot to spend our time the best way. We could arrange our bikes and car there.

This aparthotel in Grado was clearly exceeding our expectations. The location was very central, the apartment was spacious and well designed, the breakfast was delicious and the manager (Edina) was also super friendly and helpful. We liked the place and the city of Grado so much we decided to come back for a summer vacation with our kids.

Perhaps just a second key would make stay for a large family a bit more comfortable
