Food and service was excellent

Sunbeds management. Couple people in the pool but all sunbeds occupied by towels, similar on the beach. Guests should be walked to sunbed by personnel, if they leave, towels taken away. Guests puting towels on sunbeds before breakfast to "reserve" them both at the beach and by the pool and hotel does nothing about it. This is what you expect in low cost all inclusive hotel in Egypt, not 5 star Kempinski. Good example how you should manage it in your hotels in Oman, Dubai etc.

Very nice place for vacation.Cozy clean rooms with everthing you need.The hotel is on the second line .The private beach is 100-150 metres from the hotel,but it not problem -transfer car from reseption to beach and return takes 1 minute.The beach is nice and quite with its small restaurant and possibility to rent kayak,sup and other equipment for water activities. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel with nice food but high prices The area near the hotel is very quiet ,just 30 metres to shop.The nearest restaurant is 100metres from hotel ,other two in distance more then 1km.

It is a very well equipped hotel, you can do a lot of things inside and outside as well. The location is beautiful with many different sport facilities including a huge golf course. Food was also good and there are many really nice restaurants in a 10 minute drive distance. The private beach is very clean and tidy with various rental opportunities like floaties, pedal boats, kayaks etc. The Kempinski Hotel Adriatic is highly recommended!

Sometimes there was some misunderstanding between the staff members and either forgot about something we ordered or served them twice.

The room is very nice and very practical. We feel very comfortable in it. The staff was very nice. The vicinity to the golf course is why we came and it was a very nice experience The spa experience with the saunas was our highlights. We used it almost every day and it is complimentary to hotel guests.

The swimming pool will need their tiles and surface redone during off season. Unfortunately there were a few rainy days which means the gym was very full with children who are not there to use the gym.

The hotel is wonderful – it’s located in a beautiful area that offers both tranquility and easy access to major attractions. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: the rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with all the modern amenities you could wish for. One of the highlights is the excellent and scenic view, which adds a special touch to the entire experience.

The only downside of our stay was the food. For example, the eggs at breakfast were cold, and the barbecue dinner on May 1st was disappointing—the meat was overcooked and generally lacked flavor. There was also an issue at the pool with sunbeds being reserved for over an hour while guests were not present. In one case, the staff removed a guest’s belongings from a sunbed due to prolonged absence. This guest then returned and began shouting at others, but unfortunately, no staff member came to address the situation.

The hotel is very modern and high qulaity. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is huge. The breakfast is very rich. The wellness area is also super. Hotel has his own beach at the seaside, accessible by 3-4 minutes walk.

The prices in the bar are really high, but I understand, it is a luxury hotel. For breakfast there is a sort of sparkling wine available, but at a serious place it should never be a semi-sweet one. It must be dry, or extra dry. That would be in line with the hotel's prestige and guests quality.

My wife and I absolutely love this place, and have been coming here since 2011. We have been to a few Kempinski hotels and all of them are great, but this place is a little different. The hotel is full of people 'flexing' their expensive watches, jewelry, designer clothing and handbags. Although everyone keeps themselves to themselves, it really seems to be a place where you can freely wear the most expensive things you own and feel safe doing it. Yes, it sounds a little pretentious but It is absolutely not that. It's fascinating for 'label junkies'. As for the hotel, yes it's getting a little worn around the edges but it is still fantastic. The staff are amazing, the atmosphere in both pool and beach area are great. The waiters can not do enough for you. It's clean and extremely well kept. The breakfast is, as always excellent! A great choice of hot and cold foods, fresh juices and the free champagne/prosecco helps too :) The rooms are great, the beds are incredible, the room can be pitch black during the day and the AC is spot on. I always get the best nights sleep of any hotel I've ever stayed in. If I had to make any criticism it would be the gym is a little small for such a big hotel. My wife attended yoga classes and said it was really good considering it was 'hotel yoga'. The pool bar menu and evening meals have vastly improved. We are already looking for our next booking.

I always only read negative comments because I believe these are usually the most honest and you can decide whether those problems would affect you. Nothing bad for me.

Hotel itself, location close to the sea, beach, always available sun beds.

Breakfast is poor for such level of the hotel. Everyday exactly the same options. Eggs were cold. Many times glasses and cups were found dirty. Food at the pool/beach bar is not tasty and costly, poor choice. Car parking at the 5 star hotel is for additional unexpectedly high fee. This was not mentioned during booking

All super expensive . The parking is not included in the room and considering how much you pay it would be nice to have it included
