Amazing view, really nice hotel complex with a lot of activities, kids really enjoy. Great pools and kids playground. Beach built on cliff, clean water, lots of sea life, evening view is simple amazing.

Terrible service in the pool restaurant, even worse on the rooftop restaurant (went for a dinner and nobady has notices us, so we left after 20 minutes). Beach is not really for a small kids, entry is little bit dangerous even with stairs, have to watchout for sharp stones. Kids corner seems empty, not a lots of things to do for children.

The staff was very friendly and always super helpful. We wanted our apartment to be cleaned early in the morning and they accommodated our needs without problem. The apartment was big, nice and clean. They are pet-friendly and even our dog loved staying there. Usually, she doesnt like staying in hotels, but here she was very peaceful. The hotel had great facilities and swimming pools, but the best was the beach at the seaside. Sunbeds were included in the apartment price and the beach was clean and not crowded. Breakfast was super delicious with a great selection. As well they had decaf coffee.

We were not informed about the price for the dog before arrival. It was 40 euros per day which is a lot and we didnt get anything for the dog for that money. For that, I would expect a bed and food for the dog and spa treatments at least. There was some noise that we could hear in our apartment, something like a pump or from some facility from the swimming pools.

One night the lower pool was off limits due to wedding. I didn't know this in advance but should have. The beach bar wasn't open so it was impossible to ger even a bottle of water. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The expensive beef steak was average at best. I expected better food for that price. The hotel needs to get at least one more coffee machine for breakfast. There was always a line of people waiting to get coffee from the machine. Btw the coffee is very good

We stayed in this area last year and decided to try Petram this year and we liked it better than another bigger hotel next door - great breakfast with more space to eat, nice pool, lots of things to do for children. The only 2 things that are a bit of disappointment are the beach - not kids friendly as you need to take a ladder down and the gym times are too late (it opens at 8 am!!?)

Amazing resort with extraordinary view and staff who did their outmost to provide great service at all times. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We loved the infinity pool on the rooftop and the warm indoor pool. We also liked the well equipped gym with amazing view. Breakfast had everything you could want with both buffe and a la carte. We appreciated the long hours for the breakfast (7-11) so we could sleep long. Also the private beach facilities with sunbeds, towels, outdoor showers and toilets were great! Of course the view from the rooftop restaurant was spectacular and it was great to also enjoy breakfast there. We loved this place!!

Everything was so good, but it would be even better with a bigger variety of food in both restaurants.

Brand new and clean apart hotel with eager and friendly staff. We went with 3 kids aged 0,1,3 and loved it. Pools and indoor&outdoor playareas were great. Staff was helpful and very nice with the kids, we felt welcome and not like we disturb the peace. Yet there are sufficient areas to escape the kids and enjoy a glas of wine or G&T. The rooms are clean and - while not spacious - sufficient. It‘s helpful that the basics like pots, cutlery, salt/pepper, detergent or dishwasher tabs are at the apartment, so you can actually cook and do some laundry The location is nice, great views of the Mediterranean all the way to Grado&Bibione. Great breakfast with a good variety of food

The beach is not ideal for kids since rocky and a relatively difficult entrance to the sea (for kids) Since the hotel is new, you can feel that not all staff is properly trained yet, e. g. sometimes your orders gets lost in the restaurant

A luxurious new modern hotel on the coast. Magnificent spacious apartments with comfortable beds, a kitchen, and everything you need. The hotel is dog-friendly, with an additional charge of €30 per night. For dogs, they provide bowls and a spacious sleeping basket. Very polite staff throughout the hotel. The front desk staff is educated and focused on problem-solving. A splendid rooftop restaurant with a sea view and a terrace. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty, with unlimited drinks including freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee included in the price. Wellness and spa: 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, rooftop infinity pool and outdoor pool. Also, 5 saunas with a view of the sea. Beach is 5 minutes walking distance away. The water is clean. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and were very satisfied.

Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa. The hotel does not inform guests about this, and we found out after our arrival when we brought our 10-year-old son to the spa and were literally asked to leave, citing “naked people” in the sauna, even though we signed a document allowing our son unlimited access to all pools, as well as Wellness and Spa facilities under our supervision. The water in the indoor pool was heated for only one day out of five, according to the staff due to some technical issues. The hotel’s beach is rocky, with entry into the water from a stair.

Very poor choise for breakfast, certain thing extracharge- Benedikt eggs 10eur, served after 25min, cold, one day without Hollandese sauce. Waiting for coffee 30min .. Very high prices at pool In app no tea coups / the bigest cca 1dcl/ Pool just 20degrees!!probably no warmed - a bit inedequt for so luxury complex?

New hotel, on perfect spot. Stuff is amazing. food is delicious, you have so many choose from fruit plate to real Istrian "pršut". SPA & Wellness centar is so relaxing. You have two steam bathroom and three saunas. Pleasant music, free water, apples, tea... Just amazing. Also infinity pool and indoor pool and gym. Rooms are new and huge. We took two bedroom suite and we can't believe how big is suit with big balkon. Also Wi-Fi is fast, big parking and beautiful resort. One think is MUST DO... Take a dinner on rooftop of hotel. View is amazing. For sure, we are coming back. And yes, it's end of Oktober, and yes it still nice weather and all around restaurants (konoba) is still working. So if you need relaxation, good food, chill out zone and perfect nature then choose this hotel. Trust me, as you can see on my profile, I'm traveling all around the world and I gives only real and fair comments.

The resort is brand new and very well situated with a maximum view of the sea. The villa where we stayed was top quality finishing and extremely spacious. With three levels the elevator in the house was very handy. The villa residents could access the infinity pool at the rooftop where the pool has a 110 m length to enjoy swimming. The sea was 5 minutes walk with a dedicated place for the hotel residents. The house even has a garage for the car. Every bedroom have an in suite bathroom. The location is vey close to Slovenia and Italy for making day trips.

Nothing to don’t like except the prices in the bar 😀
