Very good service, nice and comfortable accommodation, everything clean, good breakfast and coffee in the apartment

No prices of drinks and alcohols in the menu in the restaurant at the rooftop - after dinner I was really surprised (in the negative way). The prices of drinks and street food in the trattoria are inadequate - this is just street food but you pay more than in Italian restaurants

I liked everything. Very nice hotel. Nice spacious room. Everything you need for cooking. Three large pools. One indoor, which is very good with a small child, because the pool is very warm. The sea is not far, but you have to walk. Private beach, but going into the sea with a small child is inconvenient, there is a non-private beach nearby and there is a convenient way out of the sea with a child.

In the early days, they didn't put coffee in the coffee machine. There were no capsules for the dishwasher or washing machine. It would have been convenient if they had put at least two capsules in the beginning.

The infinity pool is beautiful, the apartments are very modern and the spa area is excellent. The housekeeping team and the spa staff are especially friendly and attentive.

The beach access is not suitable for toddlers as there is only deep water and rocks. The breakfast selection, especially regarding fruit, yogurt, and muesli, could be improved, and the buffet is not replenished after 10 a.m. There are too few sunbeds, which guests must arrange themselves. Sometimes you had to share sun umbrellas with other guests. Some staff members appear inattentive, and overall service would benefit from better training in guest care.

Almost everything was perfect especially our apartment, swimming pool, view, location and the design of the hotel. I would also like to note the very friendly staff, especially the cleaning ladies. And we would like to thank you for providing us with a complimentary upgraded room.

I didn’t like the breakfast especially fruits and vegetables. Very bad quality. Overall, the breakfast was poor for a hotel of this level. It also would have been much more pleasant for me if I had been informed in advance that there is a fee for the cat. At the reception, I was not told about this at the beginning, but only afterwards.

Facility’s quality is great. Staff is trying their best. Gym, swimming pools especially roof top one and terrace at the seaside. A bit difficult to get into the sea but still nice arrangement to relax. Apartments are extremely comfy and quiet. You can relax over the entire day without noise and people even though it is not a small hotel. Quietness is everywhere so just having fun. Americano coffee in the morning is perfect:) Small improvements needed making it even better place: - gym should be open with aircon earlier than from 9am officially, some hot up there resulting 30 C in the morning when aircon is left off over the night. breakfast is up to 1030 am so hectic a bit not to stay longer trying to recover after gym with shower. - things like safety at the roof terrace when entering the pool. there are tadpoles for cleaning feet which are difficult to notice when you walk by the pool enjoying magnificent view and a bit in darkness in late evening. You should mark it better. - food heaters during breakfast could help keeping warm dish warmer a bit longer - variety of fruit is needed plus more diary and dietary restriction food (vegan, allergic etc.) - more space for placing food for breakfast could help with logistics and no queuing.

Too short stay even though we were able to be back again due to booking issue with another hotel we planned to stay afterwards

The location is fantastic, very convenient and close to everything you might need. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and had plenty of facilities that made the stay very comfortable. The balcony and its view were a highlight — peaceful and beautiful. The pool was absolutely amazing, both in size and the view it offers. It never felt crowded, which made it even better. The private beach was a big plus — clean, relaxing, and easy to access. The property was not crowded, which made the entire experience feel more exclusive and relaxing. The gym is well-equipped, has a great view, and seems to be popular — which actually motivates you to go and work out. Everything was easily accessible, from the amenities to nearby spots, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. Many restaurants around (by car)

The prices at the restaurants for both drinks and food felt too high and not fully justified. We would have appreciated more variety and simpler, more affordable food options — not everything needs to be gourmet or upscale. The breakfast options were the same every day, which got repetitive. We noticed some guests ordering extra dishes during breakfast, but it wasn’t clear if those were included or at an extra cost — clearer information would help.

Lovely hotel, nicely finished, very nice apartment; wonderful rooftop pool and great gym. Very good buffet breakfast. The bar and restaurant on the rooftop also very good for drinks and dinner. The hotel has a wonderful view over the bay, great to enjoy from the rooftop.

I didn’t love the dogs (welcome in this hotel) being around the food in the breakfast buffet; and although the hotel has done a nice job of providing something of a beach, it is a very rocky bit of coast and the beach is not the best for swimming from. The hotel/ resort is not near a town or restaurants, so you are eating at Petram Resort or driving somewhere.

Amazing view, really nice hotel complex with a lot of activities, kids really enjoy. Great pools and kids playground. Beach built on cliff, clean water, lots of sea life, evening view is simple amazing.

Terrible service in the pool restaurant, even worse on the rooftop restaurant (went for a dinner and nobady has notices us, so we left after 20 minutes). Beach is not really for a small kids, entry is little bit dangerous even with stairs, have to watchout for sharp stones. Kids corner seems empty, not a lots of things to do for children.

The staff was very friendly and always super helpful. We wanted our apartment to be cleaned early in the morning and they accommodated our needs without problem. The apartment was big, nice and clean. They are pet-friendly and even our dog loved staying there. Usually, she doesnt like staying in hotels, but here she was very peaceful. The hotel had great facilities and swimming pools, but the best was the beach at the seaside. Sunbeds were included in the apartment price and the beach was clean and not crowded. Breakfast was super delicious with a great selection. As well they had decaf coffee.

We were not informed about the price for the dog before arrival. It was 40 euros per day which is a lot and we didnt get anything for the dog for that money. For that, I would expect a bed and food for the dog and spa treatments at least. There was some noise that we could hear in our apartment, something like a pump or from some facility from the swimming pools.

Great views from terrace on Piran. Amazing pool and rooms. Very clean. Good breakfast.

One night the lower pool was off limits due to wedding. I didn't know this in advance but should have. The beach bar wasn't open so it was impossible to ger even a bottle of water. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The expensive beef steak was average at best. I expected better food for that price. The hotel needs to get at least one more coffee machine for breakfast. There was always a line of people waiting to get coffee from the machine. Btw the coffee is very good
