Generously sized rooms with spacious balcony, pools, facilities and entertainment for kids, tasty food, reasonably priced restaurant, everything was clean. We generally enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to families.

There is either no air conditioning in the dining hall or it’s not working properly - we had half board and the experience of dining in overcrowded and overheated restaurant overshadowed the otherwise very pleasant experience with this hotel. Also the inability to pay with bank card in some bars/restaurants within the complex was frustrating, as in 2024 there should be more customer friendly solutions to identify guest’s room number than carrying a paper card cover in wet swimsuit pocket. Also, why is the water in the pools ice cold?

Perfect breakfast and dinner...for dinner you can drink also beer and wine for free. Kids oriented hotel,animation programs during day and evening,kids under 11,99 snack,drinks for free during a day. Swimming pools super,dont forget to ask for towels for free, beach not far from hotel,there is a sand beach, contrete plates and stones. Little train to Umag for 4 eur adults, 2 children till 10 years. Near hotel on the left side,there is a market place with many restaurants,ice creams and shops. Conclusion: nice holiday with children ;)

The food was good. The room was clean and tidy. Having an aqua park was nice for children. Being close to the sea and having a sandy beach was a special thing.

Even though the weather was so hot, the pools were really cold. We could only stay in them for 15 minutes at most.The aquapark really needs maintenance. It leaks water everywhere and especially when sliding. I had peelings on my back area. I hope these will be fixed. Then it will be even better.

It had alot of facilities for children, it was very close to the beach, the internet was very good, I could hold two work meetings without any problems from my room

There was no kettle in the room, the restaurant did not have air-conditioning so it was very hot and we were sweating while eating breakfast and dinner, made it hard to enjoy the food. For some reason the rice was always undercooked and very hard to chew.

Good choice of food, nice and friendly staff

A room was a little bit small (had a baby bed beside ours). The loud music from somewhere near was really disturbing. Happened both nights and lasted until 3am. Not the hotel fault but left us a bit tired :)

Pools are great, room was nice, good design, the floor could have been more clean (between the two beds...and under). Otherwise, looked great. The breakfast also good, expected variety was there, but nothing special.

We just realised that this hotel is mainly for families with kids. It was very noise in the restaurant. We stayed there because of the Umag Tennis Tournament and this was the official hotel for the players as well.

Rezort top,full kids entertainment so many pools to choose sand beach not far from hotel, perfect for family with kids.Food was always tasty and so many to choose. And whole hotel staff just so friendly. All we can say we have got perfect holiday time.

Excellent location, great swimming pools, aqua park, and water park for children. Very tasty food with a lot of variety. Free lunch, drinks, and ice screams for kinds during the day.

There is not enough parking space, if you take your car during the day, probably you won't find a parking place in the hotel complex. Juices served during the meal are on very low quality.

location is good. the beach site was busy but really nice and pleasant to swim room was renovated and good equipped

noisy at the evening from disco the staff did not explain properly the rules in hotel. as for example the pool towels could have been taken from reception at a deposit, we did not know that. only some days after we saw the towels on the balcony of guests and then asked receptionist to give us. there was no communication about the breakfast time and location, what guests can and cannot use during the stay - the was quite much from the entertainment but not clear if free or for charge ( extra zone in restaurant, disco, live music, game hall etc).

I had a small request from the staff on what to find in my room for my wife. The staff when beyond their duty to make the request as nice as possible. That realy make our stay nicer and my wife was very happy. Breakfast was very very good
