Our stay at the Premium Villa at the sea was excellent,. The villa is locatedjust a few steps from the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to the sea. The private outdoor garden with a jacuzzi and grill was a fantastic bonus – perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying dinners in the evening. The resort itself is well-equipped, with pools, restaurants, sports facilities, and animation programs – all clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. It’s a great choice for both families and groups of friends.

The only downside was the limited kitchen equipment. Given the villa’s capacity, there should be more dishes and cooking utensils available. Some basic items for cooking larger meals were missing.

The villas have been renovated to a high standard. The location is brilliant. The staff at reception are very helpful and patient. The additional service for example when they prepare meet and fish and bring to the villa, was incredible. The steaks and fish were very high quality. Breakfast and dinner at Al Mare was also very good, the staff were very welcoming. We will be back

We didn’t get fresh towels when we put them in the floor. Maybe this was a misunderstanding, it wasn’t really a problem and didn’t affect our trip.

The location is perfect. You enjoy the see and live in the pines. The personnel work fast and effectively doing their best to satisfy guests' needs and requests. Special thanks to Selena from the reception, she was very professional and friendly and made our stay pleasant from the first minutes of arrival which is very important for us. The see was clean and warm, there are several beaches in the area which makes them not crowded and pleasant to stay. The territory is clean and very beautiful. We travelled with our pet Bri (a Jack Russel) - she appreciated the site and friendly atmosphere)

We liked absolutely EVERYTHING!! The multiple pools with salted water, the multitude of beaches, clean rooms,good utilities, the grill was extremely helpful, the lagoon was somethings absolutely gorgeous, the good quality of wifi on territory, the market was very handful and useful despite a little biter prices :), the whole territory was very clean. As i sad: we liked absolutely everything!!!!!

It is a lovely, well kept, quiet resort with friendly and helpfull staff. This is our second time in the resort but our first time staying in the Villas.

The value for money is not great. It was very expensive accomodation for what you get regarding the space and comfort in the villa. The villa itself is wonderfully furnished and looks well kept and clean, but my two tall teenage sons sharing a sleeper couch in the living room area did not really work. And paying a lot more for a villa with 2 rooms was unfortunately not an option for us..

Very close to Pools and the beach as well as water sports rental shop. Supermarket and bakery on site. Fun activities for kids and teens. AC and BBQ made the house comfortable. Cleaners were very friendly.

Not being able to park at the house made going out difficult, since I have a disabled son and a toddler.

Beautiful villa, great location, one the best stays we had. New and modern furniture, beautiful bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, great terrace, lots of natural shadow from the trees. Beaches, pools, restaurants, supermarket, playground, ice-cream, .. everything is near. Everything you could possibly need on a vacation with children. Will come back for sure.

- If you like quiet evenings, just make sure there is no ATP Tennis Tournament at the stadium, which is just across the laguna. It usually takes place in the second half of July and it means loud disco music EVERY night. You can hear it everywhere. When we closed all windows, it was okay a we could sleep. Next time we’ll book another time of year. Otherwise everything perfect.

Compared to our last stay the Villa had been refurbished: a new kitchen, a new bathroom with a walk in shower replacing the shower-in-bath and there were 2 flatscreen tv's with internet and cast functionality

Compared to our last stay 2019 the prices have increased significantly. Not just for the accommodation, but prices in Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are really at Dutch level (or even more expensive). This has nothing to do with Istrian Villas Plava Laguna, this applies to Croatie after Covid, impact of the war and moving to the Euro I guess.

Great location, spacious and well equipped villa, silence and good sleep quality, was not too crowded in September, friendly stuff, good infrastructure, clean and comfortable.

Check-in and check-out are the main problems. Upon arrival we didn't find the right parking and therefore didn't get shuttle transfer but had to walk from the entrance to the reception and then to the villa with all the luggage. I think instructions could be more clear and sent in advance. Also check-out procedure was a bit unpleasant. They picked up our luggage at 9:15 and instructed us to leave the villa at 10 am but already at 9:40 housekeeping entered, put their stuff at the terrace and it became clear we were not welcome anymore. Oil, pepper and salt would be good to have in the kitchen. Also providing beach towels would be great.

Fabulous place, friendly and smiled staff. Everything you need, you have inside of resort, but if you want to explore other cities, many of them are just a short ride away. Huge recommendations, you will enjoy your stay at this place. We will be back again for sure, without any doubt.
