Villa Rosetta is located in the very quiet middle of the nowhere, in close proximity to the shiengle beach.  Receptionists were friendly, especially young man Verdan was alway cheerfull and helpful. Excellent testy breakfast, headwaiter Milenko was always ready to assist. Beach is very clean thanks to the efforts of the beach bistro owner Nikica. Hotel was recently renovated, room was quite spacy and yet fresh with minimum scratches and spots, no mold in the bathroom All in all we have enjoyed our stay in the hotel Villa Rosetta.

Room service was a disaster - coming always late, sometimes in the afternoon; they have never wiped the floor in our room. However one could often see cleaning ladies smocking and chatting in the backyard.

One of the best boutique hotels on Croatian Coast. Perfect for holiday on the pebble beach, in the front of the hotel, natural tree shadow, crystal clear sea, free sun-beds, nice beach bar. Newly renovated hotel with exceptional and comfort rooms, excellent equipment and comfortable beds. Delicious and specious breakfast. Free car parking is very useful. The staff is more than perfect, very kind and professional, from the worm welcome on the reception, pleasant at restaurant, attentive in the kitchen and caring in cleaning service. Everything is perfect.

Good location, with private beach within a minute walk from the hotel. We arrived late and all the restaurants in the area were closed or about to close so we asked the person from the reception desk for help ordering a pizza. She found a pizza place still open and we were able to get a bit to eat at 11 pm. The next morning at breakfast she asked us if we want freshly cooked pancakes which were not in the menu 😜. Super great person working there. The other stuff we interacted with were also nice and helpful.

Too bad they only serve breakfast as I saw on google that there used to be a Michelin star like restaurant in the same location where they serve breakfast which is now closed for some reason.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff was really nice, the recepcionist was very kind and waited for us for 2 hours till we finally arrived so he could show us around. The breakfast was great, so many things to choose from, the lady was also very kind and offered to bring us if there was anything missing that we wanted to eat. The room view was absolutely stunning, we had a balcony with sea view and really comfortable sofas so we actually had a hard time leaving the hotel. One of the best experiences with hotels. Will definitely be back :)

We loved our stay here. The staff were nice and smiling, and they also helped us when our car brokedown, arranging a taxi and giving us the best advices. Breakfast assortment is various and rich, for all tastes: from local savoury delicacies, spreads, cheeses and cold cuts; with cooked goodies changing everyday (if you ask the staff, you recieve a hot dish like for example palacinke) and the sweet part with a lot of local jams and dried fruits. A little bit less choice here regarding pastries and cakes (just 1 type x day) Private beach is really nice especially since it's included in the price. You can ask for sea towels at the reception Rooms were sparkling clean and spacious. We got a west-exposed room so the sunset view was lovely. Quality price ratio is a bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it when you want to spoil yourself for a day. I wouldn't stay more than 2-3 days tho. The final rating for the hotel is a 9, making up to 10 for how nice they helped us with our car issue.

A smaller, modern hotel close to the sea, with a smaller private parking place. Hotel with quality air conditioning, wifi, spacious, I repeat spacious, room and balcony. There is an elevator in the hotel. There is also a mini fridge in the rooms. It includes an adjacent restaurant that was open for breakfast. Private beach nearby with sunbeds and umbrellas. Huge rocks prevent swimming near the shore. The bistro is right next to the beach. A quarter of an hour to the south is the city of Umag. Without hesitation, I award a full 10 points.

This villa is just perfect: located on the beach, clean and comfortable, all the stuff extremely friendly and pleasant. Its quite, you can enjoy waves sound at night. The rooms are spacious. It is located outside of urban area, but its close to some restaurants and Umag is just 5 min away by car. The biggest gems of this property are their stuff, from cleaning ladies to breakfast servers, so nice, friendly, willing to support while being professional!

Great property, very smart, clean and comfortable. Fabulous view, excellent breakfast, loads of parking space and close to everything that you need.Anita and Tjana were wonderful, so very attentive with lovely smiles every morning and so helpful, they really made our stay very special. We highly recommend this place. All round loveliness.

Very nice hotel for a few days break. Excellent location near the sea with possibility of a wonderful walk to the Savudrija lighthouse, hearty breakfast, spacious garage and nicely furnished rooms. Very friendly staff - waiters, maids and everyone else.

We were a bit disappointed at the checkout when the older employee just took our cards and quickly dismissed us with a short and cold "doviđenja".
