Location. Type of accommodation is great for our family. On-site facilities and closeness to UMAG ATP tour are all great.

Changing the bed sheets! We did that on our own. Once for 2 week stay, upon request, which I think should be included in the taking care of the property & guests. Mopping the floors once per week is expected. If not, you can leave at least the some chemicals for us to do so, using the provided mop, or communicate that it is at residents desire/expense to buy & do so.

The location is great and the view was excellent. It's great for families with children. There are lots of playgrounds, even if the equipment is not the newest. The beach is very close and you can choose between sand and stone beach. There are also several swimming pools and you don't have to pay extra to use them. The kitchenette is also good equiped.

The doors and windows are old and the exterior of the villa needs to be renovated.

The location was perfect for the ATP Tournament we came to attend with the family. We spent a whole week & loved every moment we spent at the place. The Beach is amazing with great facilities to spend the whole day: lots of natural shade; great food in the beach restaurant; great fast snacks, cocktails, drinks & ice-cream right at the beach front.

Cleaning the rooms was not at the level expected for this price. Staff was great and fast to respond upon requesting something for the room, but Sheets should be changed by the staff at least once per a week stay. The room & bathroom should be cleaned with trash picked up on daily basis or in two days at most, for this price-range!

Perfect location with a lot of possibilities. You can choose between salt or sweet water pools, you can go to the sandy beach or jump to the sea from concrete shore. Different type of restaurants, supermarket, bakery. Water sports possibilities, kinder corner, fitness studio. The city center is only 15min by ,bike.

The room is a retro type, from early 2000s.

Amazing location just a few meters from sea and a very nice resort, a lot of facilities for kids, well maintained beach. The apartment at the ground floor has a beautiful teracce and the buildings are sureounded by high trees, so its very comfortable having a pleasant shadow. Cooking facilities in apartment just enough for preparing meals, all the dishes are there. Refrigerator also included. A small supermarket walking distance away.

The floor hasn’t been wiped for quite a while. Although everything else seemed clean (kitchen sink, bathroom sink, bath tub, toilett), there was a distinctive smell in the apartment, especially in the wardrobe closet - the smell was so bad that we decided not to unpack our clothes but rather left them in the suitcase.

Good location, right by the beach, beautiful views, enough parking space. Pleasant apartment, two toillets, two good bedrooms. Sufficiently equipped kitchen. Maybe lack of storage for luggage, clothing, things.. The surroundings are very well maintained, beaches, lawns, greenery, there is a lot to do outside, for children, leisure, beach bars. Dogs are alowed, lots of walking opportunities.

We stayed in late spring, it was still quite cold in the apartment, the ac did not heat up. They provided us with electric heaters, but it took like two days for place to warm up. The sofa bed was not really comfortable to sleep, so more for 4 persons than 6. And quite noisy from other apartments...

The location is fantastic and the resort looks great. On site restaurants, beach bars and supermarket. Beautiful pine forest providing shadow along the beach.

Unfortunately, after Covid19 the quality went significantly down. Reception staff fid not smile, was not particularly helpful. TV not working. Airconditioning not working. Broken shelf in a closet repaired but immediately broke again. Light in the fridge not working. Shelf in the fridge broken. Waste basket lid broken. Accommodation clean but equipment in general looks and feels quite worn and shabby. O'Grille Restaurant - service quality deteriorating, young waiters confused and inefficient. Meals OK, mixed drinks less so. Shopping area by the lagoon abandoned, most shops closed. Want to buy an emergency swimsuit or swim goggles? Sorry, not much of a choice. And of course prices went up, as every year. Have been visiting this location for 14 years but will probably reconsider next year.

We especially liked the location. In comparison to previous years, the kitchen was well equipped with kitchenware. And of course, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds and the couch (used also for sleeping) were really uncomfortable. The couch really needs to be replaced with a new one. Even the bed mattresses in the bedroom need to be replaced. We all had backaches.

Very close to the beach, spacious and clean. Close to restaurants. The cleaning staff was very nice and when there was a problem at one time, it was fixed imeefiately.

Outdated, noisy, if you moved a chair, the whole neighborhood could hear it, the doors were not closing properly, not even one key in the rooms. I was not happy in this respect regarding the amount I paid for the stay. Hardly 3 stars and definitely not 4. The kitchen was not well-equipped. Nevertheless, I had a good time because I decided not to focus on the negative.

I liked the location of the room on the top floor - as I asked for before the arrival. The whole staff was really hospitable. The location is superb - you could see the sea through the green leaves of the trees that provided the shadow.

Before my arrival, I received an email supposedly from the property asking me to send the data of the people who were supposed to stay with me at the location. If the supposed sent data had not matched the ones we would have provided at the reception, we would have been extra charged. I did not answer that email and at the property reception, nobody even asked me about that. I hope that was not some internet scam.
