The hotel has a great pool area and small aquapark that was fun to visit. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. The parking fee is was very affordable compared to other hotels. We had a great time on the property as there is a very nice boardwalk that leads through the resort. The small train takes you from the resot to Umag was a wonderful way to get around.

The lounge chairs at the pool were impossible to get a hold of, as most of them had towels on them by 10am even though there were not that many people using the pool at that time. The hotel should regulate how the lounge chairs are being used and prevent "towel reserving" of the loungers.

The location is huge, I mean huge. It almost half an island, you can walk and hour and still next to the complex. There are 5-6 hotels, bars, beaches, shops, restaurants on site, you don't even have to go anywhere in Umag. Great place for people with children and also without them. The pool side is nice and there are a lot of place, you don't have to worry about crowd maybe on peak season at breakfast, but it is okay.

We arrived with an electric car and the receptionist said there is no option to charge on the location. Later we found a free charger next to the hotel..It would have been better if they can help with us.

I was in top season with very large crowds. Large dining rooms for breakfast and dinner, however, still very very crowded. Pools are rather small for such a large hotel. Sea beach is sandy, which is rare in Istria. Nice small watherpark for children is available near the hotel main pool.

I paid for parking (though very very cheap - 1 EUR), however, there was no parking space left. There should be somekind of parking management in place. I even got a notice that I parked incorrectly - but I had to park there, as all regular places were full.

There was a quite noticeable noise from the other room, probably coming from the connection door between the rooms which was not perfectly fitting Air conditioning was barely holding up

The location and the beach was very nice. The food was tasty. But it could be great if you had more sea food.

It was very difficult to change beach towels into clean ones. Each time we wanted to do this, there was no clean towels. We stayed in the hotel 9 days, there was no cleaning on the balcony at all, even after heavy rains, when there were lots of leaves and water on the balcony...

I like the resort, the pools are awesome, ideal for kids. The sea is just a few minutes away and there is a small sandy beach mage for kids. Planty of activities organized, well done. The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE!

The food could be better (but this is subjective), also, the room we stayed in was far from 4*...needs renovation ASAP.

Cozy room. Nice view. Polite and friendly staff.(except from the pool lady) Really good food. Very nice pool. Super clean rooms with every day cleaning.

Juices from the machine (cheapest juice you can have, made with artificial flavors/colors). Not having water available for dinner. Very impolite and unfriendly lady working at the pool/spa entrance.

Great swimming pool for children, good playground and mini disco. Beach very near to the hotel

Stressful situation at dinner, hectic staff which seemed to be pressured to clear tables even when people were still eating

Everything’s perfect, especially food.

- Checkout is at 10am and breakfast is till 10am. Checkout should be atleast till 10:30am or 11am, so people don’t have to rush to take things from room. - It’s offseason, empty parkings and you still have to pay 1.20€ for parking per night. It’s not expensive, but for this price of the hotel you should have free parking.

Suite size was great for us. Bed was also very big and spacious, clean sheets. They managed to get us baby crib, which was very good. Great balcony size.

Cleanliness of the bathroom was not very good. A few hair was on the sink, soap from the dispenser was on the tiles underneath the little plate.
