I guess this place improved a lot and learned from its negative feedbacks over time. Information provided beforehand and the checkin process (code sent via email) is smooth, and I like the code-system, so no way to lose the keys. It's over the Gostilna Park Restaurant (which is OK to visit btw). It's true that the apartement is available via the same door as the restaurant's restrooms and smelly kitchen but its only like 1 meter and now a separate door closes the staircase leading to the rooms. Also soudproof panels applied to the walls. So no smell/noise/flies now. We slept on the top floor with open windows, there was no significant noise that bothered us. The restaurant closed around midnight. The furniture is new, bed comfortable, bedsheets and towels clean. A small fridge and soap&dushgel in the bathroom seems to be a nice addition too.

The room is small, but the bathroom is VERY SMALL. Like even smaller than that. Had trouble closing the door and turn back, feels like being in a cupboard. Also, it doesn't have much ventillation, if one doesn't leave on the ventillation fan, it will go moldy in no time. The grout in the shower is already getting moldy. It's a good place for 1-2 nights to be in Piran, but a bit overpriced. Also, it's good to know tbat there's no place with private parking in Piran, only in big hotels. Everyone needs to leave the car in the big garages for approx. 20/30 euros.

We liked the location, it was near to everything. We parked at Arze garage and got a shuttle to take us to our stay for free - you can give driver a tip. We stayed for 4 nights, even got fresh towels in the middle of stay.

Just that it was on the 3rd floor without elevator, but at least we got an exercise everyday. 😁 There is no cutlery or plates for little snacks, but you can bring yours or buy something is a shop that is near.

Very convenient, comfortable, clean room, ideal for a short break. Compact, but with everything needed: shower, air conditioning, small table and fridge. Central location set back from the main road, with lovely restaurants in the area. Clear communication with easy self check-in and good value for money. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Door noise from the corridors is quite loud, so perhaps not for delicate slepers

Great room and even greater location. People complain over it being small, it isn't smaller than any other hotel room. It has A/C and is close to many restaurants and fine views. Highly recommended for Piran.

The hotel doesn't have it's own restaurant, but the entrance is in between two restaurant kitchens, so it smells a bit fishy. But it doesn't smell in the room, so I guess it doesn't matter.

Excellent location in central Piran in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was tidy, clean and quiet dispite the central location. The Arze parking was full when we arrived, but there was plenty of space in the other garage, which is about a 10 min walk from the apartment. Overall great for a brief stay

The bathroom did smell a bit during our stay, but nothing too bad

It was a lovely comfortable room with clever use of space. We stayed for 4 nights which tested the space al little. The fit out is modern with a great shower. The room is above a fantastic restaurant. The hosts were accessible and answered any questions quickly. Our towels were refreshed after 2 days which was lovely.

A little small for the time we a spent

The old town of Piran is extraordinary, charming, almost magical and the room is in the heart of it.

The parking ordeal is very inconvenient and needs to be disclose before you book not after. Be prepared to spend about an hour on the ‘back and forth both before check in and check out. And it’s pricy too. There are no Uber, so you’ll need a taxi, and the parking is about 20Eu.

Room was a good size. ( we have 2 large suitcases ) Air conditioning worked well. Location was excellent - close to bus station and main sightseeing areas. Good shower but small bathroom. Comfy bed. We were in room 4 on second floor - window looked out onto magnolia tree outside. Lovely view. Restaurants close by.

Gel provided in shower had no identification on it. Presumed it was body and hair lotion in one container…… No facilities to make a hot drink ie no kettle No water provided in fridge ( most other places do ) Second floor only accessible by stairs ( ok for us but others might have trouble ). Bathroom door needed to be “forced” to close properly ( minor issue)

Location is perfect Room was clean

there is no curtain, you may feel uncomfortable toilet is just next to the bed door locking is not possible, it would nice if the door was lockable there is restaurant at ground floor, the smell of food is coming upstairs but we didn't smell it in the room

This was surprisingly nice facility quite close to the bus station. The city center is also very walkable. Check-in process was also very smooth. The room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable.

The location was on top of pizzeria and somewhat tricky to find. There are no elevators so you may need to hurl your luggage up many flights of stairs. I haven't tried whether they allow luggage storage or delayed/early check-in as there is no front desk or in-person check-in.
