I really enjoyed the pools and the entertainment team. We only joined one game, but the whole area had such a nice, happy energy that we happily spent almost four days just relaxing by the pool. The pools were large enough for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded, and there were always plenty of sunbeds. Thanks to the hotel’s thoughtful regulations, it was easy to find both sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool staff were fantastic—kind, attentive, and professional. Once we asked for an extra umbrella, and it was immediately set up for us with a smile. Another time, we asked for advice about exploring Umag, and the staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even the towel attendant was welcoming and friendly, which made a lovely difference. We also really loved the food, both in the main restaurant and at the poolside. Despite the number of guests, the hotel team kept everything clean, organized, and inviting. We especially appreciated how the restaurant staff reserved an accessible table for us each day to make it easier for our family member in a wheelchair. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return.

We had two rooms, and while the air conditioning in one worked perfectly, the other room stayed uncomfortably warm as the AC barely functioned. I’m not sure if the hotel directly manages the parking rules, but we did notice a few cars without disability stickers parked in the reserved spots. It would be great if these rules were more strictly enforced for the comfort of those who truly need them. On the positive side, we found an excellent solution: we purchased one of the VIP parking spots at a very reasonable price, which worked out really well.

Nice location at the seaside, train to Umag stops directly in front of the hotel, drinks included in all inclusive, very friendly employees at the restaurant. We loved the live band music at the pool in the evening, the two guys were amazing. The pool is large and nice. The rooms were very clean! Great breakfast selection. Dinner and lunch were ok, but a bit basic, similar as if my grandmother cooked. Overall we had a nice stay!

The hotel really needs some renovation, we were quite a bit shocked at first, as it felt like travelling 30 years back in time. But then we got used to it, and it had all the necessary amenities. Also in the bathroom the ceiling was apparently broken and then removed, so you could see all the wiring, but what is worse, you could hear every whisper from the neighbouring bathroom, you could hear somebody open the cap of the toothpaste, hear every single word, it felt like they were in the bathroom with you. You get only one pool towel per person per stay, we only stayed 2 nights, what if we stayed like 2 weeks!

The location of the hotel is good. Good food, with assortments for all tastes, with hot and cold dishes.

I had an all-inclusive reservation and I would have liked to be told what the all-inclusive system includes. For example, I didn't know that I could request towels for the sunbeds at the hotel, I just saw that a lot of people had these towels and I asked. So I would have liked more communication.

The breakfast was full of options. The staff was friendly

It was dirty. Our room was above the ventilation and was constantly noisy. The bathroom roof was destroyed and full of spider webs. There were no ventilation inside the bathroom. The air conditioning was locked for the whole hotel and our thermostat was not working. The towels were dirty and we had to ask MULTIPLE times to have them replaced with clean ones. They didn’t wanted to play a football match on the TV inside the lobby bar for us. The coffee machine was terrible on breakfast.

Cheerful and positive Staff Good value for us.The Bar service was excellent. The Pool area and lounges were wonderful. Lovely sitting areas with comfortable furniture Rooms were very spacious with lots of storage So close the the ocean.

We felt some of the hot food was repetitive. Many sauces and seasoning on meats were too salty. The red wine was not very good, definitely too tart. Our shower was very hard to use, the low shower head and the narrow deep bathtub.

Nice hotel ( old but nice ), with own garden, beautiful see, pool, bikes......Hotel is old and would need a renovation, but it is clean incl. hotel rooms. There is nobody cleaning the garden ( full bins the whole day ), nobody cleans sun beds and umbrellas....Restaurant is huge - meal is not very good - quite a good choice of everything, but cooked in very bad way ( all the meat - even a tuna fish - is very tough and dried....), the restaurant staff is very unpleasant ( there was just one older man - do not remember the name - that was very nice and a lady called Elena - she was the only one who was able to make a good coffee at the lobby bar ), the rest of the fb staff ignores you, never smiles and starts cleaning and closing part of the buffet 40 min before the end of dinner.... the reception staff and housekeeping is very nice and kind.

The beach, room size and room location. Food selection during meals. The location is great, lots of space, never crowded, unless you are one of the beach umbrella hogs.

Ants in the bathroom. Dinner from 18:00 to 21:00 should be offset by one hour (19:00 to 22:00). Why a single room key instead of a pair of them? Air conditioning controls in the room were a bit quirky, we treated them as an on/off switch, despite there being a knob to set the desired temperature - it disregards the setting entirely (you need to choose between being hot or being cold).

We were at the end of the summer. The Hotel is much more better, than we expected. the rooms are clean, tha staff is nice, and you can always find something nice to eat. The evening programs are fun. We had a very nice week there. The sea is very close, and the pool is clean.

Some guests simply could not behave, like takeaway fruits and food from the dining room, or leaving empty glasses all over the grass. The staff was very patient and never rude with them. It is not the Hotel's fault, but it was sad to watch.

Local food, entertainment team, sea, landscapes and nature, the park, hotel lounge, comfy room, friendly receptionists and barmen. Aqua Gym, morning stretching, football and kid's disco were organized and held by Maja and Momo who work for the entertainment team.
