The location was fabulous It is positioned in the heart of Piran . Easy walk from apartment to the square and nearby cafes and beaches. Parking was easy too You park at a multi-storey car park a short distance from apartment and for one euro you take a very short trip on a bus to the town centre where you find the apartment block. We were told that we could drive in to Piran off load our luggage then go to car park My advice is to go to car park first as parking out the front is extremely difficult

We were on the third floor and without a lift it was challenging getting our suitcases to the top floor The accommodation being in the heart of Piran also means there is alot of activity especially the noise from the bar directly underneath and other nearby bars which go until the early hours of the morning on weekends. I suppose this is only to be expected being in the town centre Also tea and coffee are available to make in reception area Would have been nice to have had a machine in the room

The location was within easy walking distance to everything. The apartment was functional and comfortable. We arrived with a car and received instructions on the logistics of dropping off our bags and then parking back at the parking garage. It was a bit tricky, but we figured it out. We arrived after reception closed, but they messaged us in advance to provided instructions about how to access the apartment which was helpful.

The in-between occupancy maintenance could be improved with a little more attention to detail. When we opened the curtains in the living room, one of the curtain rods fell off. A few of the plates and glasses in the cupboard were not clean, so we washed them before using them. These are minor details and we would stay here again.

I can't say enough about this property. Not only is it in the heart of Piran, close to everything, but I woke up my last day there quite ill, and the wonderful receptionist/manager, Lara, was so lovely and helpful and even offered to take me to the other hotel (I had to stay one more night under doctor's orders, but the hotel was already booked out) when she got out of work! She and her coworker were exceptional and really kept me calm during a very stressful and scary time traveling abroad. I will never stay anywhere else in this area!

Nothing, except no elevator, but it *is a historical building, so understood

The property is right in the town center. So cute and so close to many cute cafes and restaurants. We loved walking along the water to the restaurants at the end of the promenade - Labi's was our favorite place to watch the sunset and the waves crash! The room itself was super spacious and very clean. Looked out over the boats and the town for a lovely view!

Was a bit tough parking far away and walking to the property. The parking lot is just outside the town and when walking back to the parking it is up a hill. We just unpacked a few things from our suitcases and put them in a backpack to lighten our carrying load, but if you are bringing an entire suitcase make sure to pull up the the location and unload there before parking! We struggled a bit to follow the instructions to get to the parking, but that's mostly because we aren't familiar with the roads in the area. Once we figured it out it was easy!

I arrived a little late for check-in, and they still stayed behind a little to help me get settled in. The views from my room was beautiful and the location of the apartment was within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The shuttle bus to the parking garage also stops by pretty much right next to the apartment. Rooms were comfy and came with everything I needed.

The entrance was a little difficult to find since it shared the building with an aquarium. Also theres a bar next door that would sometimes have live music. This didn't affect my ability to sleep too much but can probably affect someone who is a light sleeper.

This apartment is located very near to the city center and also to the beach. The rooms are on the 1st and the 2nd floors. The reception is on the 2nd floor. The host had written the instructions days before the arrival: How we can come into the city by car for free (maximum 30 minutes). How we can find our key if we arrive after the opening hours. The parking garage is 10-15 minutes away from the apartment. It opens 9:00 AM. So if you choose the plastic parking card, which has a 10 € deposit, and you want to leave permanently the garage before 9:00 AM, you have to leave it with your bank informations at the host, and they refound the deposit. (I am still waiting for the refound, so I do not know if it is working, or not.) The shuttle bus stop is 1 minute away from the apartment. The room has enough equipment for a short stay. The beds are comfortable. The room looks like a new flat with new equipments and nice accessories. Opposite to the house there is a bar. One night there was live music. We liked it. And as we closed the windows, it was not too noisy, we could sleep. (There is an air conditioner in the room, but we did not have to use it.)

There is no lift in the building. But it was not problem for us.

The apartments are in a great location, next to the sea and central to make exploring Piran super easy. The staff are amazing and really friendly.

Unfortunately we stayed on a weekend and even though I had chosen the apartments as they were a little way from the restaurants and bars, there was live music on both Friday and Saturday night in the square right next to the apartments. The windows blocked out none of the noise so we didn’t get to sleep until 12pm each night. No fault of the hotel but a most definitely down side.

Great location! If you have a car, you have to park it outside the city, but personnel is very helpful with directions and they have a good deal with the parking garage. They also arrange a 30 min slot for you to drop your luggage in the centre with your car.

Very short check in slot (only from 1400 till 1600 hours), but the late check has very clear instructions. Some tea and shower gel/shampoo in the (bath)room would have been nice. There is a espresso machine at the reception, but what about tea lovers? 😢 The bed could be better.

There just can't possibly be a better location! It's far enough away from the activity to be restful and close enough that you're right in the action. This property is just terrific.

The Tour de Slovenia completely interrupted my last day. The very serious possibility of not getting to my next destination was really disconcerting. Be aware if you go to Piran, make sure there are no road closure-sized events that could end up wasting your money at the property. You end up leaving very early losing your final day at Vila Parnesi with no refund possible.

Clean and easily accessed location from shuttle bus. Room was tight for a family of four but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms. We enjoyed swimming in the seas nearby and exploring Piran. Everything was clean and staff were very friendly and kind. Parking being included was helpful.

There was a loud concert on in the square until late which impacted children sleeping - not the fault of the hotel but the windows closed did not keep the sound out. Perhaps a warning to check what events are on when coming!
