We have been coming to this resort regularly since 2008. When the resort was taken over by Plava Laguna, I was looking forward to the improvement of the accommodation and the quality of service. As I know every single type of accommodation over the years, I was curious to see what SUPERIOR apartman offers. It is true that a lot has changed, but I was disappointed that in the bathroom there was water flowing from the ceiling of the apartment above us. There was dampness and mould in the bedroom in the corner. The air conditioning smelled musty. It's a shame that the investment is not reflected in the quality. Otherwise, the area, the environment, the landscaped coastline, clean pools, plenty of sunbeds is very positive.

Great location with family and pet-friendly services. There are sandy beaches and rocky beaches in the area. A baby pool and a normal one. Activities for children and adults, mini disco and evening "shows". The apartment was clean although the walls were a bit dirty.

Check-in was a nightmare when a 100 people tried to check-in at the same time at 2pm... No air-con in the lobby, the queue was massive during the hottest time of the day. We arrived with a baby under 1 year and our 5-year old after driving 11 hours from Hungary. Needless to say, I was shocked and very pissed off by the lack of queue management. If they expect all these people at least they should make sure the air-con works or make some water available in a dispenser in the lobby.

The location is fantastic, and the check-in process was super easy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a lovely terrace with a stunning view — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The space feels cozy and well-equipped.

The only downside to this accommodation is the large number of ants crawling around the hallway and bathroom.

Our second stay in here. This time we have no problem with reception, but they must strictly keep their check-in time (14:00), there is no possibility to get the room earlier (it is not their fault of course). Clean apartement, near the sea.

This time we were near the evening show and it was to much aloud. It started after 8 a clock and lasted even 5 hours. But the terrible druming after midnight was not from Katoro but from hotel next to it I think. In any case it was quite unconfortable for our small children. The second thing is the swimming pool, water was clean but you should clean the walls more frequently.

Great location and facilities. The resort is fairly big providing a lot of paths for a nice walk by the beach, and has everything you neeed without having to leave, although going out to see the rest of the coast is just a 15 minute walk by the beach. Very friendly staff at the location, plus activities and parties. Amazing pizza next to the pool.

The facilities like pizza restaurant, shop etc.. had very short opening hours, all closong at 14:00.. Perhaps that was due to us being early in the season.

Clean appartment, a lot of beach near the appartment.

The airconditioner output in the kitchen was very low to cool the two rooms. One morning all elecricity went done and we asked urgent help, nobody came to look it within 2 hours.

Everything.

Slippery stairs. My daughter slipped and hurt her back.. and so did my friend. I understand that this is because of the sea water, but I hope you can find a solution for this..

Nice pool, beautiful surroundings, great beach path all the way to Umag. Great for children, animals, you can also find quiet space for yourself if needed. Cleaning staff very friendly.

The location was very nice perfect for a getaway with the family good value for money ...

The pool area gets very crowded sometimes its a struggle to find a spot by the pool ...

nice apartment, all what is needed was there, cleaning lady nice and polite, if anything needed you call the reception, upon request we also have baby cut. nice, the resort is big and lot of activities
