The location was hard to find, located behind a residential area with narrow roads. Thank heavens for Google Maps. The receptionist was friendly, outgoing and informative, speaking excellent English. The room was roomy and clean with a modern, well-appointed bathroom. The included breakfast buffet had a good variety and quality. There is plenty of parking.

The lack of an elevator was disappointing but not a fatal flaw. There is no first-floor eating area for breakfast, so one has to eat out on the patio or, if the weather is inclement, you have to navigate a set of stairs to the basement to eat while balancing your tray.

The staff were so nice and friendly, and they made sure we were having a great time. The dinner was amazing, they know how to make different meat dishes, and their homemade ice cream is highly recommended. The pool is so clean and well-kept, and after long days hiking it was exactly what we wanted. The hotel is located between several villages, so if you have a car, you can easily get around and visit everywhere in Istria in less than 40-50 minutes.

Very clean, parking lot for guest's, great continental breastfast. Very friendly staff. A bit off the main drag so it was a quiet sleep.

Being the beginning of the tourist season the pool was not available and the hot tub was not very hot. The surrounding area was in the middle of a residential community and a farm on the back side of the hotel. So the views facing back was a bit disappointing.

We really appreciated the calm area with a good equipped and clean appartment. The breakfast accomplished our expectations and there was a lot of choice for everyone. Fresh bread and enough fruit. The staff was realy friendly and helpful.

The parking lot for cars in the area of hotel was large, but unfortunately not enough so that all guests could park with their auto directly inside the area.

Nice and quiet in the "middle of nowhere". It really feels like you are on the country side. Only the farm animals were missing. Close to the Portoroz airport, not much further from Trieste. We also loved visiting Rovinje and Poreç. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

The bed could have been firmer.

The hotel is amazing. Good location 15 minutes from the city cetre, beautiful and clean swimming pool, nice rooms, friendly and caring staff. Breakfast was great and abundant with variety of options. We also enjoyed the policy that allows only children from 10 and older, the place is particularly peaceful! Will come back for sure.

The bathroom did not have a ventilation but a specific heating lamp, that was not a big deal since the towels are changed regularly

Great breakfast with a lot of choice (eggs, cheese, bread, fruit, ...) Very clean hotelroom in a quite little village close to Umag.

Perhaps the thickness of the walls and doors. Sound is passing through BUT ... nothing bad (people could be a little quieter)

Very clean rooms, and very friendly cleaners. Pool and pool area was perfect, and breakfast waaay beyond expectations - so good!

Only negative would be that you couldn’t get a free coffee during the day, a little kettle in the room or similar would’ve been great!

Clean and cozy property with swimming pool. Šeherzada, girl on the reception, gave great rexommendations for local restaurant with really delicious food (Restaurant Melon) and great (rocky and sandy) beach called Špina.

Everything was amazing! The nature around the property, the pool, the jacuzzi, breakfast was delicious and very various choice. The staff was super nice. We will return for sure!
