A wonderful resort for a short break. The room was lovely, clean and close to the spa and pool. Breakfast was delicious, food for all tastes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate the best Neapolitan pistachio pizza at the San Servolo pizzeria. We did not visit the steakhouse, but we will next time. The beer is also great. We bought some to take home. We will definitely visit this resort again, probably in winter.

The resort is not exactly adults only. There were some families with children. The parents of these children have placed themselves in an area where the entry of children under the age of 16 is prohibited and peace is requested. As a result, children also moved around this area. They were playing with the the ball in the pool and splashing water all around. Two children were playing with an apple in the pool. I have nothing against children, but resort is definitely not adults only (wrong information for potential guests of the resort who request peace).

Amazing resort, it was so nice we had to actively take time to explore outside the resort. Breakfast was very bountiful and tasty. Pizzeria and stakehouse provided great food, and the beer was superb. Pool area (adults only in resort) is great and quiet, very nice for relaxing and cooling off.

The mattres was a bit soft for our taste. Anciliary services (wellnes, dinner, drinks, laundry, masage etc.) were a bit on the expensive side (let's be honest, your own beer should be much cheaper or even free for resort guests ;) but I guess that's to be expected.

Everything was very clean, facilities are great, Resort in whole looks really amazing. Wagyu steak at Beer & Stakehouse Restaurant was amazing ;) Really good breakfast

Outdoor pool should really have some kind of beach bar cabin outside to get drinks and maybe play some music. In the rooms some of the usual stuff was missing, laundry bag, electric kettle for water, soap dispenser…this could be improved easily in my opinion

Very nice large rooms, modern and elegant. Love the design and rituals oud perfume. Location perfect, close to Kozlovic and Kabola winery, near Koper and Trieste, quiet.. optimal for daily trips to Slovenia and Italy and discovering beautiful Istria. Sparkly clean and vey kind cleaning staff.

Breakfast not really good, poor variety, at 9.45 almost nothing left. It is only until 10.00h which is too early during weekend should be at least 10.30 or 11.00h. Reception staff seems uninterested, and not really helpful. It would be nice to have coffee replenished in room daily since there is espresso machine in room, and not only first two days..

We've booked for two nights, agreed on check-out we could spend there ten days. Very clean, full of content and still peacefull. Perfect vacation. Nerby beaches easily accessible by car, as some splendid Istrian places, small towns, villages... Very friendly stuff, willing to help, nice spa... All in all, worth to pay and enjoy

Our stay at San Servolo was absolutely fantastic! We had a bit of a nightmare with our flight being delayed by 24hrs on the way out but to arrive at this amazing resort made it worth the stress. We had a Junior Suite in the Villa Romantica and it was a fantastic room. All the facilities were spot on and the standard was the highest we've experienced. We saw a few reviews that mentioned ants and yes there were a few in the room but they caused us no harm, it's just part of nature. The pool area was just amazing and never really that busy, the Pizzeria and Steakhouse provided delicious food - you must try the Bruschetta Benny at the Pizzeria. The breakfast was also delicious and had lots of variety considering it's just continental. All the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Honestly, this place exceeded all our expectations. It was only a short break for us so we didn't explore too much of the local area, except for one visit to Novigrad which is about a 20min drive - that was lovely too. We will be returning in the future and plan to stay for a week next time and we cannot wait.

Nothing, everything was excellent. We just wish we could have stayed for longer.

Breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed the pool area including adults only indoor pool.

Sound isolation at the hotel could have been a bit better, though this wasn’t a big issue. Also both mornings one of the two coffee machines was out of order and created a queue.

Great pool and overall ambiance . Rooms were clean, with great design and architecture. Restaurant was great, with great selection of wines.
