Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and neat, with ample facilities and nice view of the water (an inlet, not the actual sea). Linen was in ample supply. Nice and pleasant hotel terrace, beautifully situated almost on the water. Directly on the hotel terrace is a (private?) beach and most accommodations along the coast do not have that - they are not located so close to the sea or there is simply no beach. Croatia does not have that many beaches along this coast and certainly no wide sandy beaches, so this is really an attractive aspect of the hotel. The beach is narrow and consists of very small pebbles and that is fine. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking space. Quiet, no noticeable ambient noise; so also not from the very nearby coastal road.

Kitchen equipment could be a bit more extensive. Swimming pools were still empty, but we happened to be there on the very first day that the hotel was open and therefore the season had only just started - as the only guests (from the second day more guests). A swimming pool was filled the same day and was available the next day, with a bit chilly, but sufficiently warm water. The hotel is situated along a small inlet of the sea, which itself cannot been seen, so there is no panoramic see view.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the country. The apartments at the hotel were large and very well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the pools and private beach were gorgeous and never got too crowded. Lovely family hotel just walking distance from a gorgeous small town with lots of restaurants and shops.

We tried a la carte restaurant but the food wasn’t hitting the a la carte margin. Was very average. We walked to Rogoznica town instead for great dinners. The beach tiki bar was great during the day, but it’s a shame it’s not open in the evening. I am sure many guest would enjoy sitting there by the sea at dark and chill with a cocktail under cosy lights, etc…

The location of the property was very nice, a 15 minute walk from the town of Rogoznica where there are nice restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the shop - Tommy. The bus stop for FlixBus was only 2/3 minutes walk from the hotel to get into split which was superb. The rooms were spacious and clean and had working air conditioning with a large fridge where we could fit bread, meat, water, juice etc. The breakfast had everything you needed! Our balcony was very large with a table and chairs and an egg chair and a stunning sea view!

The beds could be better quality - the mattress was a little hard and the sheets could be fitted to the beds better.

The accommodation was very good and exactly what we needed for my father who had problems walking and needed a wheelchair - all was accessible by lift and close-by. We were offered beach-towels upon arrival and there were plenty of deckchairs available next to very clean swimming-pools and at the beach, which was also very easily accessible. The personnel was very friendly and accommodating. Each day the rooms were cleaned - we got fresh towels daily and the floors were mopped. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to choose from. Close-by is a large market and the beautiful town Rogoznica with its many restaurants and ice-cream stores is in walking distance, but can also be easily reached by car. We highly recommend this very nice place.

We have no complaints.

Very good balance between number of guest and facilities, never had to worry about having a sun bed at the swimming pool or beach area. Room was very comfortable. Good breakfast. Hard working and committed staff. Also location was nice and quiet, but still within walking distance of Rogoznica center.

Hotel has good potential, but there are some inconsistencies in service levels, staff not always amicable and clear when interacting with guests leading to misunderstandings. Apparent owner and his guests (including children) were also on the property and occasionally very present and vocal giving guests the perception of being of lesser priority to the hotel.

The resort had a nice pool and beach access. My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was within walking distance of a cute little beach town.

Beds were a little hard and we didn’t have towels in our room (likely oversight). This was a last minute change of plans was more than we wanted to spend, but we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Perla was just what we needed for 3 days relaxing after a yacht charter out of Sibenik. The staff from reception to bar were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble

The location is a bit far to walk to the centre of town in the heat in July.

Sea access, pool and breakfast. I appreciated that the kitchen vented to the outside

Bed was hard, couch was uncomfortable so there really wasn’t anywhere to relax in our space.

Closeness to beach, pools, nice and big 2-bedroom apartment, good aircondition

Service was not 4-star. Not enaugh beach towels every day, staff did not pick up glasses and cups from the pool tables. We did not get enaugh towels in the room every day. Tennis court was closed.
