Professional welcoming staff who takes care of every request. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden which gives you sometimes the feeling to be in the jungle. A lot of bird life. Very stable WIFI. Complementary products as coffee, tea, shampoo in the room. Easy parking with private Security. Big beautiful swimming pool with pool bar. Casino on the premises.

As a single traveler I have booked a double luxury room. However the room had 2 large double beds which takes away a lot of space in the room. The working desk had no comfortable chair to sit on, only a very hard bench.

Hotel ground was well kept, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Pool was well kept and not very crowded. I was blown away by the Dates Palm Tree filled with ripe dates (fruit) and the grapes vines that was loaded with fruits. I love that there were washers and dryers as I am a traveler who dislike travelling with soiled laundry.

The Restaurant on site did not have a wide variety on the menu. The portion sizes were very small and when they say vegetables, it was sweet peppers alone. Very disappointing. The buffet breakfast also did not have a wide variety for the price, and I swear the waffle machine was a toy machine. Can do much better to enhance the overall experiences of the guests .

The refrigerator in room 23. Every couple minutes it started making this annoying noise, that kept waking me up at night.

The room was ideal, with good Air Con. Very quiet area away from the main pool / restaurant, with a pleasant view from the porch area. Italian restaurant was very good, food was good, and good selection of drinks. The breakfast was very good value compared to off complex. The Casino was also a nice bonus, with 1 visit... and a couple of Gilder profit. Ideal location for the work visit, and approx 15 / 20 mins from the Main Town.

The room was good and had enough space with cabinets. Was also great that the room had a small fridge and a microwave.

The only thing that my wife and I did not like was the bed. The bed was uneven and could not move much on it as it made a lot of cracking noise even with the slightest movement.

Quiet place, Comfortable, Room Clean, Good bed, Breakfast very good. Enough parking place and good security. A place to recomend. Pool also good.

The staff were lovely. The restaurant food was always good and the drinks were great. The shower always had good temperature and pressure. Coffee machine in the room is awesome. There is no shortage of clean towels. The environs are safe to walk around.

The electrical socket in the wall by the coffee machine didn't work properly so I had to hold the plug in place while making coffee😆. There are many mosquitoes. The rooms aren't big but they will do.

It's a very nice hotel with nice gardens you can roam around in. The restaurant Rosso serves a very good breakfast and exceptional Italian food. The staff is attentive and the rooms are great. There's a Domino's just down the road and it's centrally located.
