The staff are so friendly, especially Katerina. She always had a smile on her face, nothing was too much trouble. There is someone on reception 24/7. The room was lovely and spacious, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, shower nice and powerful. We were on the 4th floor, good sized lift to get you up and down with heavy luggage. The pool area was hardly used, it has plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs. The pool was clean and a good sized lift. The bar was well stocked at all times. We didn’t eat breakfast ( we’re not breakfast people) but it looked and smelt loverly. Location - next to a little zoo which was €5 per adult, close to shops and restaurants, less than a 4 minute walk to the beach. About a 20 minute easy walk to Limassol harbour / old town. Parking outside of the hotel, we never struggled to park our hire car. We are already looking at booking again for the month of July :)

When you leave the room, the key itself is used to turn on the electric / aircon - so unless you’re in the room you cannot charge anything. You cannot take the fob off the key either.

The hotel is great and very welcoming and the staff are really lovely and helpful. We had a very minor problem with the room we were initially booked into and they moved us to another room immediately. These things happen from time to time but their response was excellent and very professional. My wife and I would like to thank Katerina and Julia for their very friendly and helpful nature which made coming and going a real pleasure. The cleaning staff were also friendly and efficient and we compliment Washi who is also studying as well as carrying out full time work - we wish her well.

There's really nothing we didn't like but just to make a helpful comment we would suggest some lighting in the Sitting TV area that would be more subdued.

The location was excellent — just steps from a bus stop with routes to both the center of Limassol and, in the opposite direction, the Amara Hotel. The nearest beach is only a two-minute walk across the street. The hotel overlooks the west park and zoo, offering a pleasant and relaxing view. The street itself is quiet, apart from some construction across from our room, which caused some morning noise. Also, the stuff is very nice, and offer as deposit free beach towels each day.

The construction noise was minor, and since we were mostly out of the hotel during the day, it didn’t bother us much. However, the balcony was quite small and not very practical for drying beach clothes or towels. The railing is made of hollow metal without any attachment or rack for drying, so we had to secure our clothes to the bars or parts of the balcony furniture to keep them from blowing away in the wind. Towels, once dry, also had to be fastened with whatever was at hand to prevent them from being carried off by the breeze.

The people working the desk around the day & night are super friendly and helpful. We came in late and the guy guarding at night was just super helpful to get us settled. During the day, the lovely ladies we're always available with a great smile and happy goodmorning to start the day. Made us feel very welcome.

The room interior was incohesive not very cosy and the couch was uncomdortable. A table, 2 chairs, one seat and a couch seemed more functional than designer thinking. I'd recommend to redecorate the rooms. The beds a a bit hard, which I dont mind but thats personal preference.

Clean, comfort double bed appartment with balcony and sea view. Rented for my parents 80 y.o. and they stayed for 10 days. Very good unique hotel appartments, 100 m from Municipal Park/Zoo, and 100 m to the sea, with new elevator, pool and reception sofas and balcony patio with tables and shade, bar and saloon made room with AC where you can sit and relax , read book etc. Very quiet area but super close to the beach and few small stores shops and minimarkets. It's unique and made in old style lobby and bar with the smell of wood . No kids and small children, so if you're looking for good and not expensive 3.5 like 4 stars hotel appartmens (with breakfast if you need) with super kind staff - go for it !

What a find! This small hotel was in the perfect location for visiting Limassol. The pool was great & we pretty much had to ourselves most of the time. The beach is a two minute walk away and across the road is park which had a small zoo. The old town of Limassol was 15 minute stroll along a lovely promenade where there was loads of restaurants & bars. The ladies at the reception desk were all lovely and chatted every time we came in or said hello when they met us outside the hotel. The apartment we stayed in look like it had just recently been done up & was very clean & modern.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, minutes from the beach and beach cafes. The apartment was spacious and comfortable beds. The staff are really lovely, always make an effort to chat and answer any questions.

Not major but we enquired about a laundry service and was told it was EUR5 per kilo. We didn't have much so thought this was reasonable so gave a light bag which was maximum 2 kilos. When the laundry was returned we were charged EUR 25 and explained that is the minimum. Had I known this I wouldn't have used the service.

Good location not far from the beach, there is a cafe nearby, no shops, but delivery works well. My questions were resolved quickly, the room is fine, staff is very helpful.

There were 2 dead cockroaches when I entered the room. Also guests need to leave the keys on reception, and that leads to many involuntary small talks. Reception ladies are very nice and polite, but some quiet way to enter/leave would be nice. Breakfast is simple: you can find something better in the cafes nearby for the same price.

Excellent location. Room was large and standard of cleanliness was excellent. We had a lovely little balcony with sea view. The Reception staff were all extremely friendly and helpful especially Julia and Katerina. They always welcomed you and had time to talk to you. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it has a nice location just across from the park and a nice walk along the sea view to the many cafes and the Limassol Marina.

The beds were not the most comfortable, although the linen was always nicely laundered.

If you are tired of plastic and superficial gloss and glitter, then this is the place for you. Maybe a bit old-fashioned and quirky for some, but old-fashioned is quite often better and quirky, yes, different, but a very positive different! The staff were excellent with plenty of tips on where to go, where to eat and were very attentive and engaging. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
