I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at Pier Beach Hotel Apartments in Limassol, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated right by the beach, it offers stunning views and easy access to the coastal promenade, which is perfect for leisurely strolls. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their hospitality was top-notch, whether it was recommendations for local attractions or help with any requests. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenience of being surrounded by a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was the ideal base for exploring the vibrant city of Limassol, from its charming old town to the modern marina. Overall, Pier Beach Hotel Apartments is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Limassol. I’d highly recommend it for its excellent location, welcoming staff, and comfortable accommodations. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

That said, there were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. The internet connection was quite poor, which made it challenging to stay connected when needed. Additionally, the road noise could be quite noticeable at times, especially during the evenings. These were minor inconveniences, but worth it for light sleepers or those who need reliable internet.

Nice apartment complex right on the beach. All appliances provided - including all silverware, cooking devices, even a Nespresso machine. A welcome bottle of wine was an excellent touch. The apartment was clean, and everything was very well. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, where a basic continental breakfast is served, for additional price. There is a beach good for swimming right across the street. Seaview was perfect. Overall everything is nice.

Mentioning for the benefit of others. although I was very happy with my stay, need to mention that all hotels on this street are across the street from the sea itself, and the road is quite busy and can be noisy at times. Also, this part of the street is full of asian shops and a couple cafes, and also a bit further down from the old center and marina.

Amazing hotel which exceeded all our expectations. The spacious room with spectacular breathtaking sea view was equipped with evything needed. The room interior was nice as well and fully corresponded to the hotel pictures. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, next to the Molos promenade. The beach with crystal clear water is just accross the road. The cost of the sunbeds on the beach is fixed and is probably the lowest in Europe - 2,5 euro for the sunbed and the same price is for the umbrella. There's a fish shop next to the hotel with quite a good variety of fresh fish and seafood. Our great thanks to the hotel employees which were very welcoming and helpful! :) Our request to allocate us the room on the upper floor was fulfilled and we could enjoy the best views ever ))) If we ever return to Limassol we will for sure stay here again and will recommend this hotel for staying.

Great location, renovated rooms with blackout curtains and good AC

The shower was leaking and soaked all the stuff which was left on the floor (there is no storage area for clothes / cosmetics at the bathroom). Getting to/from parking is horrible - first of all, you’ll need a card, so you won’t be able to stay at the hotel parking for check in. Additionally, the only reader to open the gate located outside and inconvenient for both in and out (the gate won’t open automatically when reaching from inside - you need to leave your car)

Hotels location is good. View is amazing, especially on the upper floors. It is great that there is a parking lot in the building right behind the hotel. however, you need a card to get in, and you need to check in to the hotel to get a card. you need to leave the car somewhere temporarily on your first arrival. The hotel is generally clean. but the furnishings are a bit old.

Noise from the street in front of the hotel and sound insulation is a serious problem. The windows opening to the balcony of the hotel are very bad in terms of sound insulation. very noisy vehicles can pass through the street in front of the hotel, especially at night. these are more than enough to wake you up from your sleep.

Good location 10 min from old town and near the beach. The room was overall comfortable despite a few issues. Amazing sunset from balcony in the back of the building!

Cleaning wasn’t thorough, not sure if due to staff shortage. Plates that hadn’t been cleaned well by previous guests in the cupboard. A towel that I left on the floor to be replaced was simply placed back on the rack. Traces of crumbs in corners and tea/coffee stains on counter or table surfaces. Also I found the front of the building noisy from the street below. I switched to the back of the building (despite having paid for a more expensive front facing sea view room) and was happier with the lower noise level and great sunset view.

The sliding door of the balcony in room 312 did not close well and so it was extremely noisy at night. Not suitable for a light sleeper.

Staff on reception were great-really helpful, lovely welcome from Agnes on arrival. Clean & spacious room with balcony & delightful view of the beach, efficient air con; proximity to promenade & swimming beach.

Building is set back from the road so not easy to locate when driving; pretty tight parking in the parking garage ( but great to have it); very noisy at night with cars & motorbikes speeding along the street below until well after midnight; although it has a kitchenette there were no dishwashing supplies at all ( liquid, cloth, tea towel-told we had to buy our own-not worth it for a 3 night stay.

Nice size room and balcony overlooking the sea and beach. Air conditioner worked great. The bottle of wine upon check in was nice amd a bottle of water.

Check-in was difficult as there is nowhere to park around the hotel to check in and get a key card for the parking garage. It was made even more difficult because there was no one at the front desk. I ad to go to the bar to check in and a waitress had to get the desk attendant who was sitting at a table. He was never at the desk at any point that night. Location is a little far from where all the restaurants are but less than a mile. Everything else was great. I'd stay again.

The location was excellent. As well as only being a minute to the beach, it was a only 15 mins leisurely stroll down the very nice sea front promenade to the harbour/marina/restaurants/bars/cafes and 10 mins to the main shopping area where there are many more restaurants/bars/cafes, but others to visit before you get there. All hotel staff and those in the connected and nice ground floor bar/restaurant were very pleasant and helpful speaking very good English. The apartments we stayed in were basic, but I knew they would be. They were very clean and cleaned every day and were a very good size, with lots of storage for clothes, but not many hangers. The views from the front were great and the back was not to bad at all for a city view with very distant hills. Overall, it is a 2 star as it's basic accommodation, but an excellent one and recommended.

Minor issues include only a few hangers given the amount of wardrobe storage and the electric sockets were limited in all rooms. However, neither would stop me returning.
