The location is excellent, within walking distance to the beach and plenty of food options around. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were super helpful; even when they weren't on site, they were quite quick to respond to any texts I sent. My biggest fear was that my room would be noisy at night, considering we were surrounded by bars and clubs playing loud music, but I surprisingly didn't hear a peep. The AC was top notch.

Just a couple minor inconveniences: I did see a few roaches during my stay, but that isn't uncommon in Cyprus, considering the humidity. Also, there wasn't any dish soap available for me to wash my dishes. Other than that, this place was great!!!

The apartment is very cozy and the staff is extremely helpful, hospitable and friendly. They made sure we felt at home at every opportunity and went the extra mile to guarantee an excellent stay. I did not get their names honestly, but I salute them one by one. For instance, we needed some guidance for the bus network in Limassol, so the receptionist left everything and made sure to print the lane details and the stop names on a piece of paper and to explain everything. Another time, we went to ask about pool accessibility, and since this building did not have a pool, the receptionist offered to give us a card that can help us enter another 'Alinea' accommodation about 3-4 minutes away (walking). Moreover, the roof setting is very good for a quiet chill during the evening.

The location is about 10-15 minutes away from the marina which is where you might spend most of your time, so in sunny weather it might be slightly far, or tiring for older people. The reception is closed after 6 or 7 PM, there is no service after that time. Even though as mentioned above the team is extremely friendly and helpful and they suggest to contact them via WhatsApp or call on their number in case you need anything, it would be more convenient to have someone always supporting on premises :)

big rooms, soundproof (the area can be noisy on weekends so it is important), very clean . located on the mid of the old city only minutes walk from the beach and the old port area. the staff was helpful

i would change pillows or at least add the soft one.

It’s new and modern, rooms are done with a lot of taste. I had a very spacious room. I came just for weekend, but it is definitely suitable for longer stay. There’s a small kitchen and a working place

It is situated in the heart of Limassol and thus, the place is too loud. The cafes around do not turn the music down until 2-3 at night. So if you choose this hotel, you’d better have earplugs with you. And Cyprus has specific types of sockets. But coffeemaker in the room cannot be turned on😅. That’s funny, as it is hotel property but the socket is not suitable

- Extremely pleasant interior style of the room, minimalistic but cozy. Good full-size table for work. - Super comfy bed with a choice of pillows, I slept amazingly well. - I loved the smell of amenities provided in the bathroom + toothpaste/brush was also automatically provided. - Coffee machine with 2 capsules for free, a good set of cups and dishes, 2 bottles of complimentary water. - The very central location, in the middle of old town, but quiet at night (at least in April). - Nice personnel on reception: flexi check in time, possible to store my bag after check out.

- Maintenance work with very loud wall drilling started around 10:40 in the morning - that was quite distracting me on my work call. I understand that maintenance needs to be done, but the best is to do it after the checkout of guests - between 12pm and 15pm. - Unluckily, I saw a big cockroach at the entrance of my room when I checked in. During the stay I did not see any others. - A small shelf for shampoo bottles in the shower would be nice.

Excellent location in old town. Very close to everything. The staff were great and very friendly, helpful all the time. Very clean! The rooms were cleaned and freshened up every day. Very spacious. Fantastic quality. I would highly recommend even for families. You have all you need and centrally located!

Overall excellent stay! Nothing to object. One suggestion perhaps — the bathroom shower is open and can get wet everywhere quickly. Maybe useful to provide each room with a tool that removes the water from the floor.

The location was good, in the old town of Limassol, plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

I liked how the room was spacious so was the bathroom. And that there was a dining area, kitchenette, dressing desk, storages, and a personal safe. Also, I liked how the studio was so clean and that it was also cleaned everyday -and the linen were changed as well. The TV was connected to Google Chrome Cast so I was able to easily play anything I wanted. Moreover, the location was great. It’s right in the city center and everything is just few to ten minutes away by foot.

I would have preferred if the kitchenette included microwave. Also, sometimes the electricity would go down but only for few minutes and then it would be restored

its in the mid of an old town, 5 min walk from the beach, 10 - from the port. the room was big, modern , brand new and the staff was helpful . good value for money.

Nice building in the old center of Limassol. Everything good quality in our room. Very friendly desk team.
