Great simple hotel. Good shower, comfortable bed, staff helpful. Near to the old hospital bus station so bus from Paphos was easy and bus to Kouroni archeological sight and beach also leaves from this stop. Old town is a simple and straight 20 minute walk away, the marina just a little further. There are a couple of food markets right next door for buying water and snacks.

There are very few eating places nearby so most nights were a walk into the old town. It isnt very far but if you come back to the hotel after a day out then walk to the old town for food and then walk back again it mounts up. In fairness there were a couple of closer places that were closed when I was there and maybe they open in the main season and I expect you could get a taxi as well. Not a deal breaker but just for awareness.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and am very grateful for the experience. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, especially for the price I paid. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, and the towels were fresh and clean. The high-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, which was a big plus. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

The staff was just exceptionally nice! :) The bed was comfortable and everything was as described, wifi was great. The local TV channels are showing quite many english shows and films plus you can log in to your Netflix account. There is a small shop right across the street and everything else is at walking distance as well - cafes and the seaside.

-The neighbors were loud during the night, so just in case, bring earplugs. -The paper coffee cups - it would be much more eco friendly to offer real mugs and glasses

Very friendly staff, I had mistaken my check in and check dates and they helped me with that. I’m very grateful. There is an elevator in the hotel which is great if you are carrying luggage or if your room is in the 4th floor. My room was very clean. The floor, bedsheets and bathroom. Shower was hot

Situated on a central busy street , 10-15 minutes walking distance from historical center of Limassol. There is a kiosk right opposite the hotel and some other shops to buy food nearby. Easy parking at the back of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small but very cozy and clean . It's a good value for money choice. Recommended for people who want to spend their day in the city and come back to rest in their room.

You get what you book. With this price you cant ask for more. The owners will happily try to solve any problem that might occur and will give you any information needed

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel the night before the Limassol Marathon. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and we got the perfect night's rest before race day. A special mention to the lovely woman at reception—her warm welcome was truly appreciated after a long day. We’ll gladly be back for the next Limassol running event!

A very basic hotel. Far from luxury but you have everything you need. It’s safe, I’m a woman and travelled alone. A huge thanks to Marianna working there - always helpful, always smiling. There’s a nice small shop (kiosk) just opposite the hotel, there you may find basic food.

Very far from the beach. On the map it looks simple, but in the reality it takes about 20mins to get to the frontline, and then about 15mins to the beach (on foot). I walked to the frontline and from there I took bus 30. The room is tiny. There’s not enough space to eat.

Perfect location in between the bus station to the airport (30 mins by walk) and Limassol Marina (20 mins by walk). Nearby there are restaurants, pharmacies, mini markets (24/7) and other shops. The room was small, but had everything I needed: double bed, towels, inside bathroom, tv, mini fridge and air conditioning. The staff was nice and very helpful. I recommend this place and would go back if visit again Limassol.

The room was enough; One double bed and even got another single bed. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. The bed was better than last time and the pillows were comfortable. It was more spacious than I thought.

The location is a bit secluded but you can still find good bars and convenience stores nearby. The building looks a bit old.
