The Room was fantastic, had great views and was super comfortable. The location was great and the availability of sun beds was also great (you had ownership of your sunbed for your entire trip). The buffet breakfast was pretty good with a decent amount of choices. The a la carte restaurants were pretty good, especially Immenso, which had the best quality of food and the best flavours. No kids meant it was a totally relaxing stay.

The buffet dinner was generally not great. The cuisine themed nights (French, Italian, Indian, etc) were far from authentic and most nights the meat options tended to be a little dry. This was the most disappointing part of our stay as we were staying on a half board basis so dinner at the hotel seemed like a good option, but as food lovers, we were left feeling flat about these options. As mentioned above, the a la carte restaurants were better, although only Immenso had particularly great flavours. Limited reservations available at the restaurants means I would advise booking as soon as you arrive. The limited gym facilities and size means you need to book your time slots and if there are 3 people in there already it feels a little cramped.

The staff were incredibly professional and kind. My wife has several food allergies, and they handled it with exceptional care — the chef personally met with us before every meal to explain the dishes and even prepared custom meals brought directly from the kitchen. We rarely come across such attentiveness. The food was excellent across the board. I also really enjoyed the facilities — the pool and gym were clean, modern, and well-equipped. On top of that, the hotel offered great activities like wine tastings, which added an extra touch to the stay.

The location is superb, the beach is just over the small promenade. The hotel has also two outdoor pools. Excellent service regarding sunbeds - once you have been allocated a sunbed, it is yours for the entire stay and thus helps to avoid the unnecessary "reservation" with towels before 8 or 9am as is in other hotels. Thanks also to Marina who was super nice and helpful at the pool service. The food is good, every night there was a different theme. The rooms are spacious and filled with all the amenities needed, including iron, fan, hygene products, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides bottled water every day for the room, which is very much appreciated! All in all - a very nice stay!

The staff visits your room couple of times a day for different services thus you can't get too relaxed since you might need to open the door at odd times, e.g. 8:30 am or 8:30 pm. The blanket was very thick for the climate.

I had an amazing stay! The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive—everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. My room was extremely comfortable, featuring a modern lighting system and automatic curtains, which added to the convenience and luxury. On top of that, the view from my room was breathtaking, making my stay even more memorable.

The bathroom was uncomfortable, and the bathtub, meant to be a luxury, felt impractical with its view of a construction site and parking lot.

Beatiful hotel for a relaxed and quiet holidays for couples. Stunning sea and sunset views from the room (we had the room on 4 floor), delicious breakfast with a lot of options and excellent service. We had half board and one of the nights had truly amazing food experience in one of a la carte restaurants (Asian). I wish I could do all three of them ☺️ Staff are very nice and helpful. A lot of small, but very nice and valuable touches.. Hope to be back!

Outside pools are not heated which makes it impossible to use/enjoy them during colder periods. Single beds are a bit too small and narrow were matrasses not super comfortable to our liking

It was nice and quiet. As adult only hotel you could relax in front of a swimming pool, with nice view of the sea. Most of the hotel was nice.Restaurant staff was also extremely nice and attentive to our every needs.

Our room had some mold around the pool area and at the bath also. Did not expect this from such a high quality hotel. We also wished we could have been properly notified about prebooking a la carte restaurants as we only were able to attend one as others were fully booked for our duration of the trip.

Superb staff, literally every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Hotel has good facilities and 4 restaurants. Buffet food was good but not awesome. Food in the Nocturne and Immenso restaurants was very good indeed. Really loved that you get to choose your sun beds and they are always there for you whenever you need them. Can change if you are bored with the position. Brilliant! Every Hotel should do this. Add to this the 'button' next to your sun bed which summoned a member of staff to order drinks was 'dangerous' as you just kept ordering but was a lovely touch. Spa was super and enjoyed 4 massages including couples massages. Hairdresser was a boon for my wife too. Wonderful to sit on your balcony and watch the sunsets over the sea. 10 minute walk along the sea to the port with bars and cafes, great position.

They need to tell EVERY guest that the a la carte restaurants need to be booked well in advance. We had read this in a review and pre-booked, but many guests we spoke to had not been told and struggled to get into the nice restaurants.

-very cold water in the outdoor pools and cool in the indoor pool -the beach next to the hotel is a public beach -some rooms definitely do not have the view you can see in the photos on the booking.com -if you are sensitive to noise and tobacco smoke, do not choose the sun loungers in the first row right next to the promenade -according to the spa menu, our "Signature Evera Spa Massage" should include a choice of aromatic oils but unfortunately no one even asked us about it

Stunning hotel and location. The property is spotlessly clean and very luxurious. The food is excellent and so too are all the staff. The outlook to the sea and pool from your room balcony is fabulous. The pool area and spa are so relaxing. We enjoyed the themed restaurant evenings which catered well for us as vegetarians.The open roof top restaurant has beautiful views and we enjoyed a special evening.

There is nothing to fault. The hotel has done everything to make it most memorable.

The hotel was beautiful - all rooms facing the sea. Large rooms and balcony, where you can watch the sunset over the sea towards the town. Two wonderful outdoor pools. You get allocated a sunbed on arrival and its yours for the duration, so no fighting for a sunbed at 7am. You can change if you prefer a different location. The speciality restaurants were wonderful. Buffet restaurants were hit and miss depending on the menu of the day. French and Cypriot day had brilliant food, Indian and Oriental, not so much. However, lots of choice. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice. Lovely indoor pool and spa area. Great lounge area both inside and out. The hotel was full but it never seemed crowded. Also it was surprisingly quiet. Everyone very respectful and no children. The staff were so helpful, especially Mariana, the lady who manages the sunbed allocation.

Bed a little uncomfortable for me, but that's a personal choice. I wasn't keen on the Indian and Oriental buffets but again, that's personal. Very little not to like at this hotel.
