Great location only 10mins walk from the beach and very close to the restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant downstairs was priced very well and had great food and became one of our top choices for food in the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were mindful of when we were out of the apartment and we would come back to a clean place everyday. Check in and check out was very smooth and there was no problems with anything. The view from the apartments is amazing overlooking the pool and out to the sea. Swimming pool water is very warm and is thoroughly cleaned every morning.

The neighbours were noisy for a few of nights of our stay and would blast music till midnight and sometimes later. This is something beyond the control of the apartment owner but enforcing rules would be nice to see.

Have stayed at Petsas loads over the years and our recent trip was to celebrate my husband's big 50th birthday. We arrived just before midnight exhausted and cold from travelling and it was so lovely that they had the heating on in our apartment so we had a warm and great nights sleep. Thanks so much everyone at Petsas for keeping the whole place so clean and tidy ,love the fact we can also wash our clothes and hang them out to dry on the clothes line on the balcony saves an absolute fortune. Also thanks so much for putting us in the back with the totally amazing sea views it was so incredibly peaceful. All staff are amazing and the owner and his family always smiling and on hand if needed. Thanks all will be back staying again soon

There's nothing we didn't like

Very clean apt with fully equipped kitchen for cooking and making snacks . We've stayed in some apartments with virtually no utensils and a tiny pan for cooking! This apartment has a functional kitchen. Bathroom was great. Clean and plenty of towels. The AC units looked nearly new - and worked well. The filters of the ACs were very clean, (my husband always checks this!). Independent use, which is essential in Cyprus summer season, (yet not always offered in other apartments - or the tempersture may be regulated, so this is a big plus for Petsas apts). The bed itself was very comfortable. For quality / price ratio - it was superb, opposite Phlipos supermarket - and walking distance to beaches nearby. Would return for sure!

The curtains were not full blackout in the bedroom We would have preferred the bedroom to be darkened in the early morning. The pillows weren't comfortable, (but the bed WAS) The sofa is a sofa bed - and like most sofa beds, it was really uncomfortable to sit on. A small smart TV would be a great addition!

Perfectly located apartment, near enough to walk to Coral Bay shops, bars and the beach but far enough away so that it’s nice and quiet. Rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Pool area is lovely and clean and there always seems to be enough sun beds. Nice little bar with seating area too. Plenty of parking space if you have a car, some of it in shade which is great in the hot summer. Lovely restaurant with all the Greek traditional food on the menu.

If you have a room at the front of the property (mountain view), be prepared for the noise of a lot of traffic during the early morning. However, if you choose a pool view, it will be lovely and quiet. I was disappointed that the hotel bar closed so early. This means I didn’t have a chance to go back to the hotel for a drink if I went out for dinner. Towels and bedsheets could have been replaced a little more than just once on my 8 night stay .

The apartment was very spacious, large living,kitchen ,dining area, leading on to balcony. Doors also off bedroom to balcony. I had a mountain view room facing the road. Felt it was a bit noisy at first, but with earplugs in, and doors closed, I slept like a log every night! Staff were all very nice and helpful. Had dinner on the first evening , we were the only diners. Quiet, as it was first week in November. Excellent meal, large portions. Amazing supermarket, Phillipos, over the road, always busy! Stocked everything you might need! 5 minutes walk to the main bars and restaurants , and buses to Paphos, and from Coral Bay to Kathikas and Polis/ Latchi. Only €1.50 per journey. From Kato Paphos €7 return to Limassol I would certainly stay at Petsas again😀

Just a minor thing- the crockery and utensils etc could have been better, would have been struggling with 3 people staying, but I managed okay.

The staff are so friendly. Alina at the pool bar is so lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her. Always a good morning and a chat. Irene in hotel bar is friendly and she always made us laugh. Dimitris and sons are a lovely family, who make you feel very welcome. The food is great. Housekeeping staff are very attentive and clean towels daily. Great location.

The apartment was very comfortable, fully air-conditioned. Very central. Supermarket just infront. And very near to the centre and to the beach (Coral Bay). The hosts were very nice, especially the lady. The room was cleaned every day, and linen changed. I highly recommend it 👌

When one showers, the water takes a bit of time to go down. But other than that, everything was perfect.

In front of the main road, close to coral bay, plenty of parking space, good size studios and rooms, clean enough, good value. Helpful receptionists, communicative.

Old furniture, we forgot something in the fridge but they told us the cleaning lady had thrown it. Instead they could have sent it to the reception. We didn't like this politic but it was our mistake to forget it so no bad feelings.

Ideal location for our plans while visiting. Great choices of bars, restaurants supermarkets and only a 10 minute walk to coral bay beach. Decent sized pool with outside bar Rooms were a good size with air-conditioning.

Only thing I found was at times the traffic could be noisy in early hours especially when the bins got emptied at 3am

6th stay :) ... and we usually meet at least two British families who are staying there every year at same time with us too.....It s simple, enough comfort, with familiar atmosphere of family Petsas, Alina and cats :) ...and all for good price...This year we found new air conditioners, new tapestry on sofas and armachairs and new table clothes in pleasant and my favourite colour btw :) (turquoise blue)

cleaners are going quite soon, but in the evening we put red don t disturb on door and it was ok....when we left we let them clean by puting green sign :)
