The food was excellent. Loved the choice of everything on offer especially locally produced foods. Service excellent too, staff great very attentive.

We were late arriving at the resort and then on day of departure, had to checkout at 12. 00 mid day. We had opted for half board. Paid for a weeks stay. So, didn't receive one breakfast and two dinners. Nothing offered at all in lieu of this. Needs addressing. Pool surface awful, and parasols need to be adjustable, useless for shade! Oh, life guards need to be much more attentive saw far too many near incidents especially around the children's pool.

Great for time with my family. Pools were great for the kids and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The place was also very clean, particularly the rooms.

The common areas felt too much like a conference centre - lacked atmosphere and warmth. The food was very average to be honest. Possible the driest has browns and worst scrambled eggs I've ever experienced at a hotel buffet. It's a very family oriented resort, so I wouldn't recommend it at all if you aren't travelling with kids under 15.

Location Views Room size, layout Friendly and helpful Staff Food was great for what we needed. (we had breakfast and lunch most days and ate out locally on the evenings) We received a complimentary room upgrade to sea view.

attention to detail needed in finish of bathroom and room door had quite a big gap at the bottom, road down to hotel is quite bumpy - be cautious of this if driving to and from the hotel Other than that - it is a great hotel for couples and families.

We had a amazing trip. We came two family's and had a great time. Staff was great rooms are clean. Food was great. Kids had a blast even though we came in April and it was cold. Still had a great time. Thank you very much

Has nice swimming pools, water slides and for the kids also. The buffet was amazing, excellent quality and quantity of food and beverages. Snacks by the pool also available.

Lack of staff and service. Was 14:10 and I was told that our room wasn't ready for the next hour. Also I've been told to pay for the rooms, thing that I already did weeks ago.

The staff was amazing. The fact that they have extra entertainment every day was a big surprise. You can't get bored there. The prices are affordable. One of the best locations I have been to lately. Totally recommend it for families with kids.

Double bed would have been better than 2 singles pushed together, but overall there is nothing not to like about this place

Great and clean rooms, we had big bedroom and living room. Kids were happy to play and the swimming pool and slides were great. We also liked the breakfast, big choice.

Maybe party late at night until 22:45, but we went there with kids and they liked it 😅

Despite the hotel's age, the rooms have been renovated and maintained in a clean condition. The water park provided adequate facilities for children's play, and the view from the hotel was magnificent. Family friendly hotel.
