The staff was really incredible, especially Donna and Mr. George. Unfortunately our 6 year old came down with a fever and Donna and Mr. George cared for us in the most loving and attentive way. They made sure we were all comforted and we had everything we needed to get her on the mend. Also, the sports instructor, I didn't get her name, was really lovely, we had a lot of great conversations. Aside from that, the room was super clean and spacious. The views of the sea from the room and pool were really lovely. The pool in general was a great size and a great place for the kids. We also really loved the breakfast, plus our kids liked the evening entertainment on the back deck.

We were at the hotel October 23, 2024 to October 26, 2024 It was an excellent holiday. The hotel staff provides excellent service and attitude. The food at breakfast with a large and delicious selection. The rooms are pleasant and spacious. The cleanliness of the hotel in the pool, in the common spaces and in the rooms is very good. We had a great time and for that we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Everything was excellent - I have nothing bad to say about this hotel - we really enjoyed ourselves. Many thanks to all the great staff.

The location on the sea front was lovely. The pool was like getting into a warm bath so we tended to use the sun beds by the sea inlet just a few minutes walk down from the hotel gardens. It was €7.50 for 2 beds and parasol for the day. There’s a shop selling drinks and ice-creams and there’s a nice seating area over looking the sea to enjoy them! It’s run by a nearby hotel but it’s available to guests of the Queen’s Bay. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless. Our room was cleaned daily. We had an inland view, which over looked the car park, but as we spent most of our time at the beach all day, we didn’t feel it necessary to have a room with a sea view. We booked B&B and the breakfast, which is served until 10.30am, was fabulous with lots of options for all diets! We had lunch on our first day and that was lovely too. The 615 bus, which stops on the main road, just 5 mins walk from the hotel takes you into the Tomb of the Kings bus station where you can get the 611 to the Harbour area or 610 to the market. In the other direction on the 615 you can head to Coral Bay. Buying an ‘all day’ ticket for €6 pp allows you to hop on and off any bus. Buses only accept cash, and if buying single tickets, there is an extra charge after 9pm.

The WiFi reception was great in the lobby but patchy in the rooms.

The bed was big and comfortable and there was enough space in the room to put our luggage. The breakfast was amazing and the dinner was also a very nice buffet (we did not have dinner there every evening though). The view from the pool area was beautiful. The receptionists were nice and they helped us to rent a car, which was brought to the hotel. There is a supermarket and a bus stop close by (5 minutes walk, the bus goes between Paphos Tombs of the Kings bus station and Coral Bay).

We stayed at Queen’s Bay Hotel as a family (2 adults + 2 kids) and had a wonderful experience. Our family room was located on the side of the hotel, with a lovely sea view from the balcony door. The room itself was very pleasant and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and didn’t want to leave! The atmosphere was calm and family-friendly, with green lawns and plenty of sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sea view. The service was truly excellent – every request or issue was addressed quickly and with genuine care. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and filling – a great way to start each day. We also appreciated the late check-out option, including a luggage room and spacious lockers, which made our last day much easier. Other than that, we had a great time and would gladly return!

The only downside for us was the TV: it was quite small, offered very few channels, and unfortunately included some inappropriate or controversial ones (such as Al Jazeera), which we found surprising and disappointing in a place that hosts Israeli guests – or any guests who value peace and respect.

We stayed for one week on a bed and breakfast basis, as we rented a car to explore the island. Queens Bay Hotel was the perfect choice – peaceful, clean, and right by the sea with beautiful views. The facilities were great, especially the outdoor and indoor pools. Everything was well looked after and felt very relaxing. The breakfast had plenty of variety every day and was always fresh and tasty. Staff were lovely – very polite, friendly, and always happy to help. We felt really welcome throughout our stay. Great location, great service, and great value for money. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

The only small downside was finding a parking spot sometimes, especially later in the evening. But overall, that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time there.

This was our first time to Cyprus and we loved it. Our stay at the Queens Bay Hotel was a wonderful happy experience. The staff are amazing from housekeeping to reception to dining staff they truly cannot be more helpful friendly and accommodating. They want you to enjoy your holiday and do everything to facilitate that. Each person we met could not have been more welcoming. The food was divine I enjoyed the theme based dinners and the service quality of food exceptional. The pool and surroundings are a delight and I had a wonderful massage in their spa room. The Queens Bay Hotel is an absolute delight well situated with its cental aim to provide an outstanding service to its residents. I chose this hotel based on other peoples reviews and I am delighted I did. It caters for everyone and it is easy to see why it has survived over 35years. Thank you for an amazing holiday and we will be back.

loved the amazing view from the balcony - thank you for the upgrade! the room was very quiet. the room was clean and the hotel very clean. the staff were AMAZING! so kind and welcoming. helped us with every request we had. loved having breakfast near the pool, and dinner outside watching the sunset! the breakfast was good.

didnt like the bed - very uncomfortable. another big problem was the lack of air conditioning in the public areas, especially in the dining room - take a table outside if you can. in the rooms it was amazing. the beach doesnt have sand so it was a little disappointing for our children, but there is nothing to be done.

Location with private beach and snorkling. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff who were really helpful. Good facilities. Buffet food pretty good and a really good price.

The massage in the wellness suit could have been firmer. There could have been an alternative to cow's milk. Wider range of sparkling wines should be available by the glass or bottle particularly for celebrations. Prime films seemed to be in German for some reason. TV was tricky to get English even for English films. The activities like water polo didn't materialise. There could have been more shaded areas e.g. Swimming, Tennis, Table Tennis were in blazing sun most of the day.
