The whole place is s bit more worn than the pictures would suggest, but other than that it was an excellent stay.

The location is not really great but still in general terms is all good and I would comeback anyways.

It was quiet, pool wasn’t too crowded, but the water filters weren’t working on 2 of the 5 days of our stay. We’ve read the previous reviews and brought sheets, towels and cleaning products.We stayed in apt 305, great view. I’ve cleaned after ourselves, defrosted the fridge, scrubbed bathrooms and kitchen. We might book again , good value for money 😊

Needs some cleaning between guests, not everyone is a Monica 💅🏼 While Mario seemed more than willing to help his guests, no one else seemed to work there, so not sure if they have staff 🫣

Our stay at Chloraka Terrace Apartments was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to Mario, the amazing host. From the moment we arrived, Mario made us feel genuinely welcome. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished with a real sense of comfort and care. We loved starting our mornings on the balcony with breathtaking sea views. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to strong Wi-Fi. The location is ideal—peaceful yet close to everything. We were just a short drive from Paphos, lovely beaches, and charming local spots that Mario was kind enough to recommend. Mario truly made this stay special. His hospitality, local tips, and genuine kindness made us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than just visitors. Overall, this was a good little stop over at the end of the holiday, close to Paphos and the airport. The chap on reception really made this place. Super friendly and helpful, could tell he really wanted to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were a decent size, air-con in every room, large balcony, and free parking right next to the apartment. The communal pool was very big, with a smaller one for the little ones.

I personally didn't have any problems with the place at all, my wife felt things could have been a little cleaner, but unless you are staying in a big hotel or villa, these are the kind of standards you get, especially for the price. I think other reviewers have been unrealistic in their expectations for the price of the property.

Very nice, big room with practically everything provided. Cooking utensils, oven, fridge and even a washing machine was right in the apartment. I had some trouble finding reception at first, but when I called, staff was very helpful and even came to check on me later to make sure I found my room ok.

The only thing not provided which I thought was kind of unusual was towels - I guess they're worried guests will take them to the beach, which is understandable. Bring your own or you can buy one at the property. Bed was a little hard but I slept well so I can't complain.

- exterior of hotel needs reconstruction -TV was not working properly (not working remote and no sound) -location is 4km from city center and lot of houses in reconstruction around and some trash on street around -no towels (you can buy on reception for 5€, but we bought nice one from the shop with map of Cyprus:)) But for that price is perfect apartment

A really big apartment, everything about the place was really nice especially the view and being really close to the beach. the bed was super comfortable and the A/C worked really well. the shower was warm and the water pressure was good.

The wifi was rather slow running at around 10MBPS and the toilet seat kept closing by itself and it was a bit annoying that i had to hold it every time i used the toilet the kettle had limescale that i had to descale so i could use the kettle without any weird aftertaste.

Nice spacious apartment with a sea side view and big terrace. It's light with panoramic windows. The nice guy on the reception, don't remember the name, was helpful. On the territory you can find a couple of cats child can play with 😺 The apartment is far from main road, so no noise. But you better to have a car.

The reception is open till 5pm. Then you need to call them. It costs when you are on roaming. They do not provide towels 😕 Have to pay extra. Or better to buy new for same price in the nearby shop. Very limited on kitchen utensils. Had to cook spaghetti in a mixing bowl.

My favourite place to stay in Paphos! Amazing large room with a balcony, wardrobes, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The balcony is what makes this place special with an amazing sea and sunset view. The kitchen is fully equipped and Mario is a great host who will help you out with everything you need! Thank you, we will be back!
