Apartments are big and bright. The sofa beds for the kids were very comfortable. Nice and polite personnel, especially the ladies on the reception. We had some problems with the light in the bathroom and after contacting the reception it was fix on the next morning. The food and drinks are also in good quality and choice. Pools are clean and nice and the big advantage is the small natural beach which is just 2 minutes away from the hotel. If you wish, you can go easily to Coral bay beach, which is a bigger one, using the public transportations - bus 615. The bus stop is just 3-4 minutes away from the hotel. During the evenings there are entertainments - kids disco, karaoke, live music etc.

There are 3 pools, which are big enough, one is dedicated for watersports which is really nice, there are 2 slides for small children, there is always some food and drinks so you are free to eat whenever it suits you and the kids, the staff is very hospitable.

The coast in front of the hotel is rocky and in the sea there are strong currents so it is not suitable for swimming.

Great and tasty food , nice and friendly staff , clean rooms , fun pool and afternoon activities, perfect location - close to the beach , shops & supermarkets and overall sights & attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to coming back.

Everything was very clean. From the rooms to the dining areas. The hotel offers Full Board and their food was fantastic with many choices for all tastes. All tables were clean at all times. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly.

The AC in our room was not working and the reception's staff first response was that the hotel was full. I had 2 small children sitting in a room dripping in sweat mid August so I went into "fight or flight" mode. They eventually told me they had a sea view room but I paid for garden view. So after speaking with their manager they finally changed our room. Also some of the staff at the pool bar were making fun of the tourists. I am greek so I could understand what they were saying.

There's a problem with the plumbing in which the temperature of the water switches from cold to very hot spontaneously.

Very good kitchen. Normal conditions. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. First line at the beach. Very nice view to the sea.

There is no drain on the floor in the bath. The beach is just too rocky and you can not enter the sea

Too many walking insects and cockroaches in the rooms, AC is very old and needs maintenance.

Very picturesque sea front location and Eleni Village appearance pleasing to the eye. Clean rooms with air conditioning. Warm welcome and exceptionally helpful and pleasant reception staff. Excellent food choices for breakfast - Spoilt for choice! Eleni Village is a great choice for young families. Not so great for senior citizens without children..

Bed mattresses were uncomfortably firm, making getting to sleep difficult for my wife. Location 15 minutes by car to main part of town and with no complimentary transport by the holiday complex to the main town, nor public transport bus service, which added 30 euros each time in taxi fares. Suitable areas to swim within walking distance very limited, requiring walking on rock to reach deeper water for swimming.

Very helpful staff, all inclusive buffet meals and bar with the booking, entertainment everywhere and night except Wednesday, kids activities and playground, beautiful views of the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. Reception staff helped with booking tours and hire cars.

More traditional Cypriot meals at the restaurant would be amazing, better advertising for kids activities as we didn't realise how much they offered until the last day
