The location was wonderful, convenient free pick up and drop off for airport and accessible to local area by public transport. Very friendly staff. Large well appointed suite with a wide balcony. Lovely large indoor swimming pool. We were sufficiently impressed with our stay that we will definitely return.

Uncomfortable sun loungers (really need a cushion!) and balcony chairs. The TVs in the suite only had access to local channels. Access to international channels or possible streaming from client devices would be appreciated. A number of electrical sockets were insecure and/or did not work suggesting some general maintenance is necessary.

Good location by the beach, close to shops and bus station. Saunas included in the price.

The hotel complex is divided into two parts - Jewish and non-Jewish. If I had known this earlier, I would have booked the Capital Coast resort and spa hotel, which is basically the same. The only difference is the food. I like to try new flavors and I'm not picky about food, but the kosher breakfast was very bad. The feeling from other guests and staff was also that we didn't belong here. Poor selection of food and drinks, the only good thing was that they made omelettes in front of you. The next morning we made coffee and had breakfast on our terrace overlooking the sea. We bought it from a nearby shop.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. On the first day that we were there the jacuzzi was not working which was a bit upsetting but by the second day it was fixed so we were able to enjoy.

It would have been nice to have the option of early check-in, as our flight landed early in the morning so we had a lot of time to kill until we were actually able to get our room (But I of course understand there's only so much the hotel can do about this). Also, it was a bit upsetting to hear the spa was closed during our stay, the area of the jacuzzi + sauna can also use a bit of an upgrade. We also were a bit disappointed by the Kosher breakfast, would've expected more food/options. (But the food that was there was tasty)

Definitely the room with sea view, the view is breathtaking. I had a problem with the room heater which was fixed in a few minutes by maintenance guy. Their location is great, very walkable to the most city-seeing spots, also their complimentary shuttle from/to airport. I would stay again.

Their breakfast, I didn't find the items to be good quality. The hotel needs a little renovation, the bedroom wall has big stains and the paint around the pool is peeling.

The room was very clean and they cleaned the rooms every day, the breakfast was great every day, with more to choose from you would never run out of something new to have each morning. It was all more than delicious. The staff was amazing. Friendly and always greeted us and smiled. The location was second to none.

I do not think anything else could have made our stay at the hotel any better. The inside pools were open, It would have been nice if the outdoor pools were open but we understand we were out of season.

The facilities were excellent. Staff were professional at all times. The food was plentiful and tasty. The pool area was clean, spacious, and with the position facing the sea was lovely.

The building is in need of modernisation, i.e. In rooms the TV should be Internet accessible. there were a lot of broken tiles which need repair. the food was tasty but need more variety. The room was spacious but also needed modernising the bed was extremely hard.

Large facility with every amenity you would want. The hotel is on the ocean and most rooms have beautiful views as well as from the pool area. A fantastic walking/running/biking walking path runs by the property for miles each way, offering so much fun and beauty. Having kosher food and a Beit Knesset was amazing.

The property needs a paint job outside and to fix broken things in the rooms.

The room was very spacious and comfortable with great amenities. The kosher dining room was very functional and more than served its purpose. The unlimited cold drink and beer was a huge plus. The swimming pools and leisure facilities were clean and great. Housekeeping cleaned the room exceptionally well. The airport shuttle service was very helpful. The allowance to pack lunches at breakfast was a big help

There were areas of the hotel in need of painting and maintenance. The food lacked imagination and variety and got monotonous. The morning confectionery was below average and could do with a revamp. The coffee machine did not cater to an acceptable kosher level which was a pity. The smoking around the pool was unpleasant and excessive.
