The accommodation was as described, there were excellent facilities in the accommodation kitchen area had a cooker sink microwave table and chairs kettle comfortable sofas and coffee table with a TV Separate bathroom with bath shower toilet and sink Separate bedroom with 2 single beds bedside tables ample storage for clothes and free use of a safe for your valuables, air conditioning unit.

I wouldn't say that I didn't like this but I do think that the air-conditioning should be mentioned in the advertised detail for the accommodation that it comes with an additional charge of 5 euros per day should you require it, just so people are aware when they are budgeting for their holiday also the use of a washing machine is via the house next door with a change of 12 euros, please note that this is not a complaint or a negative comment I just think people should be aware.

The apartments are located close to the promenade. They are two-room apartments with wide, bright windows that can be fully covered with curtains if the light bothers you. There is a comfortable and spacious bathroom, as well as a refrigerator and microwave in case you want to have a snack without leaving the room.

Since the windows face a street with restaurants, noise and music can be heard in the evening, and throughout the day and night, the sound of cars is audible. The local Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach our room, so we had to use mobile internet. Some of the furniture is quite old—creaky beds and wardrobes. It didn’t bother us, but it might be a critical issue for some.

Nice enough place, everything is clean and the location is great. Not far away is the bus stop where the buses from the airport come. Also near there are kiosks where you can buy basic necessities and in the same place quite a lot of car rentals. You can walk to the beach in 5-7 minutes. Also the pool is clean.

The water pressure in the shower is weak, although the hot and cold water functions reasonably well. There were times when ants ran in, but the hostess left a spray for such situations. I would like to add that the apartments have air conditioning, but to give the remote control you have to pay extra 5€/night. It will be difficult to stay on the island without air conditioning in season.

Great value for money and the location was superb. Also the ladies that were there were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was large and there was a lovely balcony with a great view. It is across the road from the bus station with links direct to the airport and harbour, and there are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The equipment was fine, a little dated but everything works and you have everything you need such as a fridge, cooker and such.

Some of the facilities are getting a little old, such as the sofa. But everything works and is fine. It can be a little noisy if the traffic is busy, but generally is fine.

Big flat with enough space for a family. Everything close, shops, Kiosk, restaurants. The host was very kind and helpful.

The staff was very kind and flexible. They helped us with everything. The accommodation has a swimming pool, which was very good, considering that you can hardly enter the sea in that section. They constantly changed the towels and bed linen and took out the trash, which I wouldn't expect from a cheap apartment. There is a terrace on both sides with a nice view. The apartment is spacious and bright.

There were hygiene issues. We had to flush the toilet upon arrival. The kitchen was incompletely equipped and everything had to be washed before use because it was dirty. The house is not really soundproofed and since it is next to the main road, it was constantly very noisy. There was hardly any water pressure in the bathroom.

Location was perfect Hosts were brilliant / friendly and nothing was too much Pool was perfect for me and very quiet And hot hot hot :) The room was quiet even though buildings only 30 feet off T O K Road Bars and restaurant's a plenty and only a 15 min walk to harbour 100% WILL BE BACK

I had to come home

A large, clean and comfortable apartment at a fantastic price. The owners couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Our apartment, flat 1, had a balcony overlooking the pool (closed during our stay) and was a real sun trap in the afternoon. Really close to the bus station.

The apartment was great but the choice of restaurants nearby were mostly burger and chips type of places. Dias Zeus and Martello's were excellent with lots of good vegetarian options.

The small apartment block was in perfect location for walking into old town, tombs of Kings, the mall and kato paphos beautiful Harbour pedestrian area. The hosts, especially Evelyn lovely and welcoming and went over and above to help with storing luggage, information and cleanliness. Large spacious flat. We requested a quiet room as live in country and we were given room at back which was good (bedroom still had traffic noise but as November it was not too bad).

We loved everything.

Very good location! Many great restaurants nearby, bus stop just across the road, souvenir shops and a supermarket next door, sea side nearby, plus a UNESCO archaeological site only a 5-minute walk away.

Just be aware there’s an extra fee per night for air conditioning – and in the summer heat of Cyprus, it’s definitely worth having. I hadn’t spotted this detail when booking.
