Arrived to a lovely Reception area and Beautiful clean room, Electra and all of the hardworking housekeeping team kept all room fresh and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere and community . Katherina at reception professional and always so helpful.. Great poolside options with choice of two large pools. Great buffet breakfast catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. Entertainments coordinator had excellent activities and led them all with so much fun. Pool side staff lovely. Great location. All staff creating a lovely atmosphere. Definitely will return to beautiful Cyprus and the Kissos Hotel.

Nice reception area, shop area well stocked with essentials. Friendly staff who always greeted us when we passed by. Clean pools and available sun loungers, there was a pool table chess game. A bar area which was priced okay. Breakfast 7-9 am was very good lots of choice buffet style. Lots of staff to help and cleanup. Hotel was clean basic rooms but comfortable. Small balcony looking onto the car park/road at the front or the pool area at the back. Location was excellent lots of restaurants nearby. Beach not too far away.

Wasn't particularly specially decorated rooms quite plain but adequate for families to have a pleasant holiday. Restaurant, reception and pool etc was better and more eye catching. Mainly British people who stay in the hotel.

We booked the Kissos hotel at very, very short notice – we had been forced to abandon our planned 7-night stay in our current hotel after the first night because there was no safety deposit box in our room and more importantly there was NO hot water in the morning. The Kissos was one of two hotels with a single available room in Paphos at a reasonable price – we chose to view the Kissos hotel first – how lucky we were!! Emilia (duty receptionist) was brilliant and solved all our lack of accommodation problems for us in a matter of a few minutes – a few taps on my tablet on the booking.com website (I am a Genius booker) and then my credit card was passed over the counter to ensure we had somewhere to stay for our remaining 6 days in Paphos. To our surprise, the Kissos turned out to be a very good hotel. Its location was good (300 metres walk from the Tomb of the Kings), lots of differing restaurants within 250 metres, comfortable room with balcony (and sea view), swimming pool, large safety deposit box, fridge, car parking – good value for money! The reception team (Tina, Emilia & Katerina) were all fantastic. The breakfast was good – we were well fed and both put weight on. There was a poolside bar, lots of sun umbrellas, a decent pool, and night-time entertainments (if you so wished). If staying in Paphos again, we would happily use the Kissos hotel.

The only problem we experience during our 6-night stay was a very weak wi-fi signal in Room 202 – just inside the room door and in the en-suite bathroom we had 5-bar signal strength (perfect), but as soon as we approached the bed or the seating area the signal dropped to 1-bar and then died completely. The hotel made every attempt to improve the signal strength, but to no avail. However, we (as guests) came up with a brilliant solution – we used the wi-fi whilst sitting on the toilet – perfect until both of us wanted to use the wi-fi simultaneously, or one of us wanted to us the toilet for its primary purpose!

Perfect location. The room was as expected, well-kept. The only thing that didn't match was the view from the window - it was different from the photo. The hotel offered interesting activities by the pool with very competent and friendly service.Overall, the hotel quality is consistent with the decent price. Only the hotel needs to work on breakfast.

The hotel should work on the quality of the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were inedible. No dark bread. Unfortunately the coffee was also undrinkable. The rest of the food is at an ordinary level.

We arrived very early in the morning but someone was waiting for us. Taxi was arranged for us by Kissos Hotel at our request. The staff were very friendly and answered any query put forward to them. Breakfast was in abondance and very good. The rooms and surrounding areas very clean. Out stay at Kissos Hotel was a much needed break and the Hotel managed to deliver. Thank you Kissos Hotel.

We did not use the fridge in the room since when we opened it, there was a very nasty smell.

Everything was amazing. Great place to stay. Tasty breakfast. Close to the sea.

Rooms were spacious and the Balcony a fair size (for two persons). Nice touch was the 'Herringbone' Balcony effect offering privacy. Breakfast was fair, although a nicer touch would be the Fried Eggs cooked to order rather than left on the hotplate going dry. A reasonable selection at breakfast for the money paid. Pool area spacious with plenty of sun-loungers. Pool cleaned daily and was welcoming, especially during hotter periods. Lifeguard on duty. Pool Bar close by with a selection of drinks and snacks (provided by the kitchen)

On the who;le a very pleasant stay.

I'd really loved the stay at Kissos Hotel, I absolutely recommend it and if I ever be back at Paphos, I'll surely return here. Localization is great. Close to the beach, near a one of the most customer oriented roads. Hotel has a lot of additional features, but I did not need to use them, so I am unable to rate them. Staff is very helpful and communicative. Room had classical vibe, was clean and spacious. AC worked well. Breakfast was good. I am satisfied with the price to the quality. I absolutely recommend it for a budget holiday.

WiFi was shaky sometimes. It was not that much of a bother, you would spend most of your time outside the hotel anyway.
