The staff went above and beyond, excellent facilities. The swimming pool was clean whenever we went, and facilities such as the gym were exceptional and not crowded. A fantastic location, not a far walk to any of the hotspots, right next to the beach and only a few min drive/taxi to the town centre (also walkable)

The noise level (mainly due to inconsiderate guests) can be quite high. Many times I woke up in the middle of the night due to loud shouting, suitcases on the tiled corridor and banging on doors. A different flooring and a soft-close feature on the doors would be my recommendation. Potentially a family section for quieter guests would make the stay nicer.

The food was very good and the staff where excellent, made the holiday experience much better, the staff in the restaurant and the pool bar were first class with a special mention for Ayushma who always made you feel welcome. Entertainment team were very good always trying to get everyone involved, great staff all around. The room for the time spent was very good, could do with a little maintenance but overall fine

Cleaners never fully cleaned the room other than one day, alway forgetting to leave something not replaced like coffee or milk or toilet rolls or towels

Staff very welcoming and always happy to assist. Nothing was too much trouble and very friendly.

We had to buy water as there wasnt anywhere to re fill our bottles, we were all inclusive and We always went out during the day so didn't use the facilities on site.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking available on-site. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a large, clean swimming pool and delicious all-inclusive breakfasts. Our room was on the third floor with a stunning sea view – absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the tasty drinks served both at the pool and in the lobby bar. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional care we received during a difficult time. Due to my husband's heart attack, we had to change our travel dates. The hotel handled everything with professionalism and kindness, helping us reschedule without any issues, checking in on my husband’s condition, and making sure our room met our needs. We felt truly looked after. A special thank you goes to Viktoria Molnar, who was incredibly helpful and professional every step of the way. We are so grateful for everything. Thank you for making our stay not only comfortable but also so heartwarming.

Free parking, huge reception area. Nice rooms. We were all inclusive, very good breakfast & evening meal. Friendly bar staff. Didn’t use the pool but it looked good.

We don't do breakfast. BUT I did go and look and everyone seemed to have full plates. Plenty of variety. Room large. Walk in shower (brilliant). Plenty of lighting. Towels and toiletries replaced daily. Pools. Well 2 large outdoor pools and 2 childrens outdoor pools. 1 indoor pool also. Pool towels changed as required FREE of charge. All pool view bedrooms are south facing.

Lighting in room NOT suitable for reading. Key needed for safe (not code). Which meant key had to put in a secure place. SHOULD HAVE A MEANS OF REACHING TOP FLOOR BEDROOMS WHEN LIFTS ARE OUT OF ORDER. This happened after the dreadful storm. My husband was CARRIED up by a member of bar staff.

We were half board and it was difficult with the evening meal to make sure we only took the half board food and drinks

Good location, Paphos centre, the beach, the archeological areas, the harbour were all within easy reach. The all inclusive package was very good, a wide range of food with changed daily and a wide range of drinks, all in plentiful supply. All the staff are really friendly and appear to be happy in three work. It was never really busy, we could always get a place by the pool and never had to wait for a table in the restaurant.

It’s looking very dated in places now. The pool, rooms and main dining, reception and bar area are good but the poolside restaurant, corridors to the accommodation and spa area (especially the spa toilets) are looking tired. The TV service in the room was poor. Only a couple of English language terrestrial channels, it was a smart tv so subscription type content available but the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t the best so struggled to support it sometimes.

Great choice for breakfast. Location handy due to availability of public transport.

There was no food available if you did not partake in the buffet lunch or dinner. There was no where to sit in a cafe in the hotel and have a coffee or snack.

The breakfast was fine with a wide range of cooked and continental breakfast always available. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel to take you to the bus station. The buses are very regular and if you don’t want to hire a car then take the bus that goes to Karavelle bus station and from there you can catch the inter city to Nicosia and Limassol. There is a wide range of restaurants nearby. The Tombs of the Kings - a huge archeological site is on the other side of the road from the hotel . The room was large and the bed was very comfortable - it was ok and although a little dated it was alright for the price.

There were some hotel guests who were rather noisy and felt they had to talk loudly along the corridor late at night. The floors are all tiled and thus amplified the noise. A few well placed signs may help to make some guests to be aware of others. I can’t blame the hotel for this and thankfully it wasn’t every night.
