I liked almost everything - the bathroom (probably liked the most - very nice), the size of the room, the balcony, the kettle, the wardrobe and a lot of small well-thought things in the room - all were very useful. It was very similar to much more expensive hotels in London. I also liked the option to visit the swimming pool and gym. The parking also was quite spacious. I know that the shopping centers were also not so far from the hotel. So yeah, very good hotel. Probably when I will visit Cyprus next time, I will try to stay in this hotel one more time.

One small issue was that I wanted to go to sleep earlier, but the small party on the ground floor was a bit too loud. BUT as a plus - it seems that there is some policy in the hotel to restrict the loudness after 11pm. So everything was ok in the end. The breakfast was very nice but was missing some Cyprus-specific meals, as it was in other places where I was staying during the trip.

This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with 2 pool areas. It was an unforgettable hotel experience.. The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the Mayfair hotel were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful restaurant. Amiable staff. Our Room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. I totally recommend this hotel to stay for your next holidays!

The only thing that i didn't like is that one day i went to the bar to order drinks and the girl there that worked didn't know how to charge it on my room, so i asked her nicely to speak with someone at the restaurant and then Mr. George came out and fixed it, massive respect for that man, always by your side whatever you need him, very good man, polite and helpful of course!

Hotel's location was great. Also it was super clean and equiped. I had no idea there's indoor swimming pool. I also appreciated voucher for the near bar Flying pig. I would love to come back to this hotel.

The beds are reaaaaaly soft. Nothing for people with backaches. Also I would appreciate better breakfast - the juices were horrible in taste and I was surprised by the lack of fresh fruit - I would not expect the fruit from the can.

Literally I can’t find anything to complain about. Very clean, room service daily, staff friendly, there was no problem with anything, early check in - done, late check out - done, asked for room near each other with my friends- done. Extremely tasty food, good choice, fresh vegetables, dinner different every night. Alright animations, not bad finding bed near the pool everyday. Good WiFi; close to the city centre, nice small shop in the hotel with good prices. 10 out of 10!

Very minor, hairdryer placed underneath the mirror desk with very short cable, you nearly have to sit on the floor to dry your hair.

Our vacation was perfect,amazing food ,lot of choises and different varity of food everyday. We were amazed by the crew in general,acitivity team lead by Ayo and Michaella did an amazing job and were great hosts ,bar team by the pool ,especially Claris and Olga as well as the hotel manager who was very engaging with the guests and always around and sales manager ,they gave us great tips on where to go and what to visit during our stay.Overall incredible experience and we couldn't choose the better hotel for our honeymoon.

I only stayed 3 days but on all inclusive basis for a family birthday and I found the food to be much better than I had expected. My room was in the hotel which I think was the older part but didn't seem much different to others in my group who were in the newer gardens apartments. The staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful and I felt it was good overall value for the money.

The location wasn't great if you wanted to get around at all. It was only a short walk to a large modern shopping mall but to go to the sights, the harbour, the beaches or other restaurants it was not ideal. We did use the buses but they were not frequent enough and even using the local bus app it was impossible to find the information required - not the hotels fault but if you are staying in the hotel you do need to use the buses or have a car.

1) sound isolation is very poor and you can hear your neighbors 2) small ants in the room - great that they can't bite you but eat all food left outside the fridge 3) breakfasts are tasty but they are the same all the time. Also, the variability is very poor. You will hate eggs after 3-4 days :)

Lovely hotel, very clean and lovely staff However, in the winter, I believe it is usually closed for 2 months. I realised why! It was Eric y cold at night in the entertainment area which is all glass and would be fab in the summer, their were patio heaters but not enough, plus the door space was open so it defeated the object of heaters. Also, Jet2 and Easy jet holidays were there, good for families. However, it is next to the pool, and i would not feel safe if my children were running around with an open space door.

Tasty food and very clean hotel

When you book a suite, it is supposed to be a big room and a feeling of luxury /something more. Well, this was a normal family room without hand soap and the shower gel and the shampoo wasn't enough for four persons.

The hotel was awesome. Spacious and relaxing environment with plenty of activities for kids and adults. Two enormous swimming pools and a small one, an awesome water park, extremely helpful staff and an extreme variety of delicious food, sweets, ice cream etc. We treasured the small corners under the big trees with thick shadow enjoying our frappe. At nights we played bingo, watched magic shows, we sing and dance. We are definitely returning. Special impression on the owner who was so approachable , warm and helphul walking around and be present to ensure everything was running smoothly. Facilities offered are awesome. They have arcades, spa, mini Market, a pub and a lot of other facilities we couldn't imagine. We even like the water with cucumber offered on arrival.

Everything was perfect.
