The room and hotel in general was super clean. it was also recently renovated around 2/3 years ago so it was more modern than the photos online. the location was excellent just a few mins from the beach. the breakfast was simple but good.

the staff were not as helpful as expected. i asked if they could give us some information on certain things and they didnt really help so i had to find the information on my own. they also were not very friendly. i expected a good morning or good evening when we entered but they never did. if i told them good morning i was lucky to get a smile.

The hotel is very well situated, less than 10 minutes walk from the "harbour" bus station, where most buses start (I mean to Paphos airport, to the intercity bus station, to "Tombs of the kings" (one UNESCO archaeological site), to Aphrodite rock and on the way the Kouklia village with the UNESCO archaeological site with "Leda and the swan" - I am writing this because google maps does not show public transportation in Cyprus at least for me at the moment). At "Harbour" is also the entrance to Kato Paphos, another UNESCO archaeological site (there are 3 in Paphos - I am writing this because I was in the middle of the winter for a cultural trip). Of course, it also the harbour itself, pitoresque and with excursion offers. The seaside is less than 5 min walk and there is a beautiful promenade there, with some restaurants (happy hour 12-16) and souvenir shops. Also at about 5 min walk is a supermarket (Papantoniou) where I could buy some souvenirs (incense) and sandwich and orange fresh. The staff was very friendly and helped me in finding these directions and more (ex. that the Aphrodite rock is a round bus) and also how to move most economically. They are also very good in speaking languages. But the highlight for me was that it was close to the archaeological site and the church at St. Paul pillar (with catholic mass but also free to visit). Despite being located close to all these things, the location was very silent. The breakfast is I think typical Greek: yoghurt with cucumber, cheese with tomatoes, olives but also musli. No eggs. The room is of decent size and has a balcony with a place to sit and I saw the sea from my room.

The bathroom is rather small. Also, in January one might have needed some heating, but it was OK. The upper stairs might benefit of a hand rail.

The rooms are bright and functional, with a desk and plenty of storage space. However, the bathrooms are small. Our room had a south facing sunny balcony with views of both the Orthodox church and the Roman church and pillars. A fridge and kettle can be provided if you request when booking. Breakfast is the same every day...cereal, Greek yoghurt, bananas, jam and honey, pastries, cold meats and cheese, tomatoes and cucumber, sliced bread. Also a hot drink machine. More variety of fruit would be welcomed! The breakfast/bar area is pleasant with the option to eat outside on a sunny morning. Aniko and Anna on reception are lovely and so helpful, the cleaners also. We would stay here again!

The rubbish tip below the balconies is an eyesore...hopefully this will be cleared soon! The road is generally fairly quiet but can be noisy at night with cars racing around. The doors to the rooms can bang loudly when shut without care. These are the only negatives...otherwise a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Location is great, close to few bus stations and the coast. Very clean, very comfortable beds, it was a really pleasant stay.

The breakfast could be slightly better, with more options or more quality of given food. Not bad but not great.

The people who work here are very kind and helpful. The property looks nice and during the evening/night you can have a drink in the lounge area inside or outside. The downstairs toilet is very clean but so is the whole property. The room was also clean and the bed was comfortable, the matras was good and not brick hard but also nog too soft. The bathroom was small but again everything was clean and the shower is really good.

Can’t think of something I didn’t like about the property.

Friendly & helpful staff helped us settle in nicely after we arrived. The room was large, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was very useful, particularly in the quiet mode during the warmer nights. Our room was made up nicely each day. The continental breakfast was a little on the modest side, but tasty and well replenished by the lady looking after it. Fantastic location just a short walk from the seafront, with ample selection of restaurants, shops and even a supermarket.

Our only slight grumble would be the size/layout of the ensuite bathroom, as the toilet was somewhat 'squeezed' into the corner of the room and therefore making it slightly awkward to use comfortably.

Nice room, the refurbished interior so that was a plus. Breakfast very basic, pastries were not a good quality, but good those were available at all. Location pretty good, close to the promenade and other attractions in the city. Nearby there are many bars and supermarket.

Approach road is a disaster. There are many renovations ongoing around so there is ONLY one road to the hotel by car which is neitherobvious nor the shortest. Google maps obviously never navigates it the correct road. If you getting there by car get prepared in advance or you need to park somewhere else and go there on foot. Unfortunately, there was NO communication from the hotel about it. They should share some info how to get there by car.

We loved the location of the hotel, walking distance to many restaurants, tours, etc. They have a parking lot which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly. The room is simple, and the AC works very well. Breakfast is simple but good.

As the Paphos is very hot, a mini fridge in the room would be ideal, to ave cold water and hydrate after a long day in the sun. Apart from it, you get what you pay for.
