Spaceous room with everything you might need(even the universal power sockets), nice swimming pool area and small bar.

Weak water pressure in the shower and outdated mattresses.

The Location was quite good close to some restaurants and a few bars and about 15 minutes down to the sea front. There is not a beach down the seafront you have to walk further down for these. You can get a bus (or hire car) and go to coral bay which is a great beach, approx 30 minutes away. The Apartment was ok kitchen quiet good, beds reasonable and a TV in main room (not many English channels, take your fire stick!). The best (large) supermarket locally is called Pop Life around 10 mins walk but there are a few others around to pick up water/drinks etc. The pool is small but ok occasionally for a quick dip, Gets busy every so often when about 15 local boys decide to invade it. Overall my stay was ok…

The main thing which Should definitely be FREE during July and August is the Air-Con! I can understand them not wanting people to use all the time but during these two months it should definitely be available for free to use. The safe in the room should be able to be used for Free also, as it’s not like anyone can come in your apartment and use when you are there…

The location. The pool and the friendly staff

The air conditioner did not come with the price, only the room, the living room was to be air conditioned at an extra cost. Quite disappointing. I stayed alone in a two bedroom apartment, my friends could not get a refund of their room to join me.

We've chosen the location intentionally by map analysis: far from the populated and noisy areas at the beach or streets with cafes and pubs, so you can get rest and sleep. But - not too far, about 200 m starts "food street" where each house has cafe or restaurant so you can eat and walk down to the sea. Facility itself is quiet, has own swim pool inside the yard. We're Israeli so we're not much about the sea (enough at home), but for ancient, history places etc. Everything was at walking distance. Room and linen were clean and the bed's also good, relatively large fridge allows to accommodate all the drinks and food you may need. Appt has it's own parking that's good option.

It's not that we dislike this, just to mention you shouldn't expect 5* level. Outside of the shower cabin is a bit worn, door has no lock, drain should be better, but all that is not drama. One "stupido" broke the air blade of the AC down so that it blows directly at the bed that's a bit cold, so we had to fix it up by ... folded peace of paper. Again - that's it all we'd improve. Anyway it's much better than any given 3* or 4* Turkish hotel. What we didn't like is not the Appt - the transportation in the city and around. If you want to explore - you need a car and be ready to left-side!

Quiet location. Less than 10 minutes to the mall, 20 mins walk to the harbour. Room was tired but true to the photos. I was thankful of the air con. Very clean. I liked the pool area. No problem getting a sun bed. Price is appropriate. Staff all friendly and allowed me to use the reception phone to speak to my airport transfer company.

Some more information as to the room location on check in would be helpful. I was told it was in the block over the road but not which floor. There was no signage so I checked the whole ground floor before going up stairs. Rooms also arnt numbered logically. Would make a difference when you are checking in late, and just want to get to bed. Water pressure not great.

Everybody was so friendly and welcoming! This was my first solo trip but I felt completely safe at Crystallo. Everything you need, bars restaurants, beach, supermarket and harbour, is a ten minute walk and you're close to the bus stop if you want to go further afield. There's a small pool and no need to rush for a sunbed as you'll find some free at any time of day. There's plenty of umbrellas too. There's also a very reasonably priced bar with plenty of shade - or you can take drinks through to the pool area. The one bedroom apartment had a good size kitchen/lounge area with a little hob, full size fridge and small freezer. There was also a microwave and toaster (in addition to the kettle you'd expect to have!) The rooms were cleaned daily and I saw signs of general cleaning/maintenance every day (wiping sunbeds down, chlorinating the pool, touching up paintwork so nothing intrusive)

I thought it was great but, if you want five star luxury, this won't be for you. If you want a warm welcome, clean room and great location at a reasonable price this is just the place! I guess the only downside was that they don't do food but there's a great little taverna a few doors down, which is open until 3am if you're late arriving. Oh, and I couldn't find the slot for the key fob to turn the lights on as it was on the other side of the room - be prepared to need the torch on your phone if you arrive when it's dark!

First of all, the location is perfect. It's close to everything, the beach front, the old town, bus stops, the mall. Check in was easy, and the lady at the rcpetion was very friendly. I didn't meet the rest of the staff, but there was a daily housekeeping, my apartment was clean. It was also very spacious and my balcony had sun for hours which was appreciated in January. The apartment is of course basic, but it is perfect for a budget winter sun getaway. I was happy.

Some of the doors slam hard and the wifi could have been a little bit better, but nothing major really.

The staff were very helpful George and his son were on hand for any problems. The lady in reception Debs was very friendly and helpful when we needed advice. The location was perfect for us eg not far from the beach, harbour or the area we liked to go to in the evening.

Our only dislike we had was the balcony. Room 8 and the rooms further back in the corridor had balconies that looked over the car park. We will definitely stay here again. Hopefully they will give us a room with a view next time.:)

The Crystallo Apartments are a great location for those arriving in Paphos by car and are interested in visiting the archaeological site of Nea Paphos, which are in walking distance. The room included a little kitchen and fridge, which was great to have. We stayed during winter, so we cant comment on the air conditioning or pool, neither of which we used, but both looked functional and appealing. I also liked how each room had a little patio area to hangout on looking out at the pool. Lastly, but not least, we had a hotel cat that would welcome us when ever we returned to the room.

The bathroom was quite small, even sitting on the toilet was a tight fit. Cleanliness wise the room could have been a tad better.

Pro: - the accommodation is very close to the bus stop 612 (it cost 2 euros/person) that comes from the airport on Ikarou street - it is very close to the King Avenue Mall, where you can find everything you need (including a supermarket with ready-made traditional food); the location of the accommodation is a strong point - we received a spacious, bright, clean room, where we found everything we needed (iron, electric stove to make coffee in the morning, refrigerator, microwave) - we had a huge balcony, with a place to spread the wet towels from the beach - the gentleman at the reception was very nice and the check-in was fast - also from the reception I rented an automatic car for 3 days at a good price and very quickly

Cons: - quite old furniture - the bathtub old, and the bathtub curtain unhygienic - the pillows were uncomfortable
