The room was incredible and a very good size for what we paid, comfortable bed, extra large shower and a huge television with living room and balcony too! The breakfast was delicious every morning and amazingly quick service from friendly staff, cooked to your order so there is something for everyone. The pool was clean at all times and staff are quick to help with drinks and food if requested. The customer service from the staff is the best I have in a long time! The spa upstairs is a MUST if you are into that kind of thing, my husband even enjoyed it!

Pub opposite the rooms means you could be in for a rough nights sleep closer to weekends (unless karaoke helps you sleep) but the hotel can’t do anything about this so don’t give them a hard time.

The room was extra large and tastefully decorated and very clean. The air conditioner is modern and silent. Best of all, this was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. There's a USB-C and a regular USB port for charging your phone next to the bed. So, there's no need for an adaptor. The plugs are British. There's a small balcony. My view was the street, and I often saw the open-top buses drive by full of tourists having fun. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. I can recommend the lamb tabbouleh. The swimming pool is small and intimate. The finishings, the furniture, and the sun beds are modern and high quality. In the hotel lobby, there are free cakes, which is a nice touch. And there's Papantoniou's supermarket right around the corner for fresh fruits, snacks, water, holiday souvenirs at the best prices, and more.

Not much choice of TV. The TV channels in English were Sky News and National Geographic. The summer is hot and the sun sets after 7:30 pm but the pool is only open from 10 am to 6 pm. In summer it's too hot to sit on the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at M Boutique Hotel in Paphos. The design is stunning, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. We booked a room with a private pool—initially placed near the street, which was noisy due to construction work and cars—but the reception staff were incredibly kind and quickly arranged for us to move to a similar room in a much quieter area inside the hotel. We’re truly grateful for their attentive service. We also enjoyed relaxing spa massages during our stay, which added to the overall experience. The hotel’s restaurant and bar are both excellent—delicious food, great atmosphere, and very professional staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Paphos.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly accommodating, ensuring my stay started on a positive note by promptly changing my room upon request. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel restaurant. The food was well-prepared and full of flavor. The staff was not only friendly but also highly professional, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. However, the true standout for me was the spa. I had both a facial and a massage, and I cannot praise the therapist, Artemis, enough. She was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, making me feel completely relaxed while also sharing some valuable skincare tips.

That being said, I felt the rooms did not quite match the standard of a true 5-star hotel. While comfortable, they lacked the attention to detail I would expect from a hotel of this rating.

Very comfy beds, lovely staff and great location!

The restaurant/ breakfast was very overpriced: I paid €11 for two poached eggs and a few mushrooms (which wasn’t served with any toast). Also felt the pool setup could have been better. People would leave towels on sunbeds and be gone for hours at a time, and people were chain smoking by the pool which was pretty unpleasant. I think having a designated area for smokers to smoke away from other people and signage clearly stating that any towels on unattended beds would be removed if left vacant for more than 30 minutes would make things much more pleasant for people.

The vibe and atmosphere at this hotel is super new, modern and expensive. We did like the room so much, location is excellent as well. Gym is small but it's very new and clean.

Breakfast is very overpriced (30eur/person), when you can get similar quality breakfast meals 2x or 3x cheaper around this place. Also we came here in January so we wanted to have cosy and warm time for ourselves near the pool or at the sauna, but the pool is not heated at all and sauna amenities inside is super small and not convenient at all. So If you are coming in colder times, I would choose other hotel with better spa amenities.

I loved the location of the hotel, which was close to everything we wanted to do and see. We also liked the front desk service: check in and out was friendly and fast. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the room and the balcony overlooking the pool. The room size was reasonable for what we paid.

While the taxi to the airport was supposed to be complimentary, the driver asked us to pay for it. There were also a few minor issues with the maid service. They consistently forgot to replenish wash cloths. Additionally, one day they left us a note at around noon that they could no longer clean the room, even though maid service was supposed to go until later in the afternoon. Both issues were resolved after taking to the front desk.

The hotel is super clean and stylish, we did massages in Spa and used the sauna which was great. The breakfast is amazing: shef's main dish with some spreads for the table and exquisite sweets - and i am usually not a sweet tooth. Amazing amazing food, thank you very much. Staff is very polite and attentive. We had the best stay for tired parents - slept good, relaxed and ate amazing food. Will definitely be back in summer to use the pool

Everything was great, small detail but not super important: need to book a spa everytime you go. maybe it's better to add this info to the check in information.

Our breakfast was included throughout or stay. Not cheap at 30 euro but definitely worth the price. The whole presentation form ambience, menus as if they had never been used and especially the staff who were a delight. The hotel has obviously invested in their training and professionalism. The food was fabulous. Each morning we were presented with a Mezzo tower - rather like a cake stand - comprised of three tiers starting with a salad assortment, then breads and cakes and various spreads and spices. There was also a selection of I think eight hot dishes all of which were delightful and definitely not the usual "full English"! We had dinner on two occasions - top quality food and drink, all beautifully served.

Our only adverse comment would be the roof top bar in which smoking is allowed. It was explained to us this is because in the warmer weather, the windows are open so effectively, it is like being outside. However, it was cold when we were there and the windows were closed. A suggestion - at the time of booking it would help to know that smoking is allowed and an informed choice could then be made.

What a perfect place to round up a whole week of hiking and roadtripping with some relaxation. Great location in middle of Paphos and right by the sea if you wanna take a swim in the morning (I recommend). Beautiful and clean facilities, staff was so sweet too. Room had everything one needed and more, the bed was comfy. The attached restaurant Geppetto served delicious food and drinks too. Would definitely come back.

If you are sensitive to city sounds then it might not be the best choice to stay here because it's very close to a busy nightlife area. Or do but bring earplugs. I personally found it quite cozy to fall asleep to live music and the noise but everyone's different.
