Excellent views over the sea, location great, apartment really spacious, clean, beds comfortable and catered for all our needs. Aircon great too.

This was our third stay at these wonderful apartments, and each visit reminds me why we keep returning. The location is second to none, perched perfectly to offer stunning views of the sea from the large private balcony. Even during a rare rainstorm, watching the lightning over the water was stunning. The apartments are spacious, well laid out, and fully equipped with everything you might need. What truly elevates the experience is the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team who are absolutely fantastic. This place is a true hidden gem, hiding in plain sight, quietly exceeding expectations in every way. We will absolutely be back for a fourth visit.

The location was fabulous with lots of bars, restaurants etc within walking distance. Fantastic views over Paphos harbour and great for people watching from the balcony. Staff were very helpful and dealt with any problems or requests immediately. Kitchen was adequately equipped and lots of storage space in the bedrooms. Living area was a good size. Apartments were serviced 5 times a week. No lift but stairs were fine and someone helped us to take up our cases.

Bed was quite hard but was better with a topper. We found the settee very low and quite uncomfortable to get up from but the armchairs were better.

These apartments are right in the centre of things. All restaurants and ancient monuments are in easy walking distance. Also great if you like people watching and seeing the street entertainment from your very large balcony. (Unlike some hotels along the front away from town or in town.) There is adequate parking and if you like doing things, rather than sitting beside a pool in the sun all day, then this is your place to stay. The kitchen unit is clean and has plenty of equipment. The bedrooms have loads of storage. Importantly the price is reasonable...

The rooms are serviceable, large and kept clean. But they do lack any "luxury" and a few things needed attention, such as the shower head and some cabinet doors.

Great location , great sea view , window wall overlooking the sea. The apartment was clean , spacious, well equipped. The coast has an impressive promenade if you like long walks.

We stayed here as a couple and absolutely loved it! The apartment is huge — three full rooms just for the two of us. The kitchen is well equipped, and the wrap-around balcony offers a wonderful sea breeze. You can literally smell the sea — it’s that close. The apartment is right on the beachfront, and although there’s a pizzeria downstairs, it closes early enough that it never disturbed us. There are lots of cafes and shops nearby, and a supermarket just steps away. One thing to keep in mind: the power sockets are British-style. We needed an adapter and messaged the host in the evening — they kindly brought one for us the next morning. The only surprise was a few ants — probably because cleaning was delayed due to the Easter holidays. But I found everything I needed to clean in the stairwell and sorted it out quickly. It felt more like a quirky little adventure than a problem, and it definitely didn’t spoil our stay.

Tip: bring your own slippers, shampoo and shower gel. But honestly, for the price we paid, buying a few basics is more than reasonable.

We have stayed at Paphinia many times and found it to be an excellent location being in central Paphos overlooking the sea, and with a supermarket to the rear. It means that all bars and restaurants are within a short walk. Parking is available onsite or you can abandon your car in the supermarket overnight (we never had any issues with doing so). The cleanliness was excellent. With two bedrooms, both with two single beds, there was plenty of space and is ideal for a family.

The general level of comfort has not changed for several years, and the furniture is starting to look a little dated. Everything works, and the approach seems to be if it ain't broke, why replace it? With new hotels and accommodation opening in the area I do think they'll need to reconsider this approach.

We absolutely loved our stay at Paphinia. The location is superb. Large supermarket at the back of the apartments with all the stuff you might need. 5min walk to the bus station and harbour with all the boat trips on offer. Remember to book a sea view as the views are lovely and great to sit on the balcony people watching. The apartments have everything you might need and even more than what other places have on offer, e.g. tumble dryer. Air con worked very well. Spacious and lots of storage space. 2min walk to swimming area on the sea front. Elena in the office is very helpful and she'll fulfil any requests in matter of minutes. She booked us a taxi transfer to and from the airport and also on our wedding day as we were getting married during our stay. Apartments were serviced regularly by lovely cleaners and they kept everything tidy during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future.

The location was perfect - close to restaurants, historic sites, to the sea of course ;), shops etc. Important fact: we were there outside the peak season, and I think that during the summer it might be a bit noisy there. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and there was a lady that was cleaning every other day. If you needed additional blanket etc. (again, it was winter time for us), she was very usefule and willing to help.

it was a bit noisy in the evening (Friday and Saturday), and due to road works, in the very early morning too (only during the working days). We had the apartment with side sea view, and in the other one (the sea view one) they did not hear the road works noise.

everything in the apartment was great. view from the balcony to the sea. air conditioning in the apartment. fully equipped kitchen - oven, washing machine, microwave, cooking stove, fridge. pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, frying pan. bathroom with bathtub. towels, hairdryer, soap. great room - ironing board and iron. bedside lamps. comfortable beds. tv. table, chairs, sofa, armchair, chairs. table and 2 chairs plus deckchairs on the balcony. cleaning lady came every day except Tuesday. clean. doors sliding balcony and even though the balcony overlooks the promenade, the room is quiet and you can't hear the evening noise. The request for late check-out was granted. I described the room later than originally agreed. Everything there was GREAT.
