The location is stunning, right in the heart of the main walk through of shops and cafes. If you want to be near everything then you won't get much better. The balcony overlooks the bay and is perfect for sitting and having a drink. When it was renovated it was done to a high standard with a Samsung fridge freezer and LG quality washing machine. The beds are super comfy. We've stayed at top hotels and had less comfy beds. We stayed for a month and it felt very comfortable and we felt very at home and would happily have stayed longer. The staff were eager to look after us and Antony the handyman was always smiling and if we bumped into him he always said hello to us even though he didn't speak much English but he still made a great effort. Excellent. We looked to book again next year but the price has jumped up a lot for us otherwise we would have. You will love where it is.

There wasn't a single instruction guide for anything. There were 7 fader light switches and each time we wanted to turn a light on we ended up going through them all. In the end we bought some post it notes and made up our own guide. The washing machine was great quality but in Cypriot so we had to get the manual off Google. Fortunately we have an LG washing machine ourselves so I knew where to find the model number from. Others might have struggled. The same with the tv. The whole apartment was a bit worn out and in need of a freshen up, ie the sofa was in need of a wash, the blankets were also in need of a wash but overall it was fine. We still had a great time.

The location was good and scenery was beautiful. We were comfortable there.

The directions to get there could have been much easier and more direct. The AC in the second bedroom did not work. It would have been nice to have paper towels or tea towels in the kitchen. They should explain that the 1st floor is 4 sets of stairs up and not wheel chair accessible . As well as the entrance is at the back by the kitchens for all the restaurants. I had stayed with Phaederus apts before and was much happy with the unit and the entrance.

Location and view were excellent Bathroom was great with excellent shower. Kitchen was very good. Beds and pillows very comfortable Air conditioning in all rooms was great

Backed onto parking lot with bright spotlight on all night. Blinds in both bedrooms not adequate enough to block this out. Only 2/3 seater sofa too small if 4 people use apartment Four flights of stairs and no lift should be mentioned

Great location, next to the harbour. Amazing sea view from the apartment. Modern and comfortable stay. Host was very good at communicating. Taxi driver was able to take us right to the apartment so fairly common area amongst the locals. Close to shops, supermarket, buses and tourist attractions.

We were there from Tuesday to Friday and there was a bit of loud muaic on Friday night past midnight. Other days were okay. Toileteries, ie body wash, shampoo and toilet paper was not enough for the size and duration of our stay.

We came to Cyprus for a week for a friends wedding. The location of the apartment was fantastic, close to everything and with an amazing sea view! The host was great and very quick to reply to us. Good facilities Wi-Fi, Netflix, iron and air con. Also liked the complimentary toiletries, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

I wouldn’t say the apartment was luxury but more clean and compact. unfortunately the sofa couldn’t comfortably seat all of us (family of 4) which meant someone had to sit on a bar stool, not ideal. The apartment is above shops/bars so can be a bit nosy in the morning from the main bedroom. It had most things we required but was missing a decent bottle opener and a frying pan, there was only a wok! Wi-Fi was ok, Netflix worked well majority off the time.

The apartament's placement is perfect! Beautiful view from the balcony. Since the apartament is in the city centre, there are lots cafes and restaurants to choose from, although the ones in the main street are quite expensive. There are beaches nearby with toilets and showers. Very tourist friendly. The wifi is excelent

The apt. is beautiful, designed and very clean. 2 lovely bedrooms. The balcony is facing the sea, right across the street from the famous TaBania cafe. in the heart of the Harbor. short walking distance to the Harbor bus station, café, kiosk; beaches

the entrance to the building is at the back of the harbor, the entrance looks old and not pretty. but not too bad. the apt. is excellent

Location perfect, comfy bed and great shower. Support service from Emily was excellent.

Kitchen had minimum equipment for cooking, but quite servicable.

Fantastic location looking right on to the water at the harbour. Facilities are fantastic and clean. Good communication with the owners. Stayed here a few times as we haven't found a better place for this value of money. 10 out of 10.

Lack of some utensils and bin but apart from that it was great.

Location was truly perfect and the noise from outside was really not present in the rooms with windows closed. Apartment was warm, spacious and bright. We definitely did not expect such a great location and amazing apartment with everything you need.

The absolutely only thing that could be replaced is the couch, as it is extremely uncomfortable when pulled out, but for sitting - perfect.
