The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, staff were nice especially the bar staff, food was lovely and lots of variety every day

I didn’t like that there was only one smoking area and that you couldn’t smoke on the balcony, also they give a bottle of water in your fridge on the first day but then don’t restock it so it would be nice to have water in the room

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceeded Our Expectations — A Perfect Family Escape! We’ve stayed at Sofianna Resort & Spa twice now — once last year and again this year.. Both times we were a group of four couples with our children, and it exceeded our expectations on every level. We love it. The pool area is a total hit with the kids, complete with fun water slides and plenty of space for them to splash around safely. In the evenings, there’s fantastic entertainment for the little ones after dinner, which keeps them happy and makes the nights even more enjoyable for us parents. The food is fresh, tasty, and varied, with something for everyone. I’d definitely recommend going for the all-inclusive package — the snack bar alone is worth it! From light bites to ice cream and drinks, it was a favourite spot for both the kids and adults throughout the day. The rooms are clean, and super comfortable, and the staff are simply amazing — so friendly and welcoming, which makes a real difference to the holiday vibe. Highly recommend Sofianna Resort & Spa to any families looking for a fun, relaxed, and hassle-free getaway. We’ll definitely be returning again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sofianna Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to George and Greta – your warm attitude and attention to detail made our holiday even more memorable. You truly went above and beyond! The restaurant and food were exceptional – such a wide variety of delicious dishes, beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every meal was a pleasure, and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly and helpful. Also, a huge shoutout to the animation team – you are the heart and soul of the resort! Energetic, fun, and full of positive vibes – you kept the atmosphere lively from morning till night. You're truly the best! Our 4 y.o. child loved them! We can’t wait to come back. Just home from here, we booked a swim up room and it was perfect. Just be aware the swim up pool is shared with the hotel so it does get busy however this didn't bother us. The rooms and facilities are kept spotless. Breakfast was fine just your typical hotel buffet style. We didn't eat in the hotel other than breakfast so cant comment on that. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely stay here again.

The food was very good and met our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the hotel’s approach to gluten-free options, which made dining much easier and more enjoyable for guests with dietary restrictions. Special thank you to the Head chef.

In my opinion kids pool should be taken better care in terms of cleaning and maintenance the pool atraction such as slides etc.

Sofianna Resort and Spa exceeded our expectations! Despite our late-night arrival, we were quickly checked in and given our rooms. The next morning, the staff kindly arranged for us to move to an adjoining room with our children, making our stay even more comfortable.The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The pool was large, spotless, and perfect for relaxing. When our flight was delayed, the hotel manager let us stay until the evening. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we had a delicious lunch before leaving. If you're looking for the perfect place to unwind, Sofianna Resort and Spa is the ideal choice!

Pools are fantastic, my daughter was so excited, same with us as well. Greta from kids club very friendly with kids. All staff was helpful and kind! Super feedback for Alina at Thalassa Bar - she is a human battery full of energy and smile! Room was huge and bed mattress so good! Food choices and quality at main restaurant is an extra plus to the hotel - congratulations to chef Socrates and of course Mrs Niki who can run on her own the whole restaurant! Rania and Paola at Spa were so helpful and ready to share any detail about the massages etc! You need to try pedicure spa with Rania!

Outdoor public areas need a bit more attention in cleanliness. Room's maintenance could be improved (like toilet button missing or toilet seat was moving) Reception ladies suggested to us to book the a la cart restaurant, however that restaurant was only opened twice per week / 2 previous days before we arrive.

The entertainment was extremely good. The pool area was lovely and not too busy. The food was brilliant, very tasty. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and the air con was very good.

The quality of furniture in the room - the bed wasn’t comfy and the couch was old and very creeky. I didn’t like that there was no drinks service at night time, it’s understandable during the day but should be happening at night. The chairs in the evening area where the stage is were not comfy. They were the same as during the day time - pillows / comforters should be added at night.

We had an overall excellent stay at the hotel with comfortable accommodations & great amenities.

However, our arrival was marred by a disappointing interaction with the manager. Upon check-in, we were confronted about whether our 3-years-old child needed to pay extra for meals (for all inclusive package), despite having booked a family room. The manager's attitude and approach were less than welcoming, making us feel as though we were trying to deceive her, which left a negative first impression. Aside from this, everything else was wonderful.

It was welcoming and clean, staff were smiling and tried to help, territory is not big but you have all you need, loved the kids waterpark, it perfectly matched to 3 years old. Food was mostly really good and worth the all inclusive

The opening hours of the facilities are a bit annoying ( 10 - 10:30 ) - breakfast was good but the same everyday, its mostly “english breakfast” but i advice to change the food from time to time - local alcohol is not that awesome and this is what included in the package of allinclusive
