Good value for the money, everything was working properly. We really enjoyed the balcony and the pools even tho it was to cold to swim in them the view was really nice. The vending machines with snacks and toothpaste, toothbrushes etc were really cool if someone forgot to pack something.

Thin walls, we could hear everything that other people were talking about (i know it was build like this but it wasnt as comfortable). The pillows were also really thin for our taste.

This is an excellent place to stay, and exceeded my expectations. I was here for 3.5 weeks. The accommodations were spacious - large balcony with table/chairs, living room/kitchen/dining room, bedroom (plenty of cabinet/drawer space), and bathroom. Both AC/Heater wall units worked well. Lots of light in apartment, nice views of one of the pools. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and informative (bus routes, beaches, shopping, tours, etc.). Short walking distance to bus stop on route to main station in old town/Kings Tombs (new station). Also to convenience stores, supermarkets (The Farm), and a couple of small restaurants.

The Artemis Cynthia complex is located about 1.5 km on foot from the sea and the old town. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by beautiful mandarin and banana trees. The property features several pools with sunbeds, as well as a fitness room. The check-in and check-out procedures are very flexible and straightforward. You can also rent a bike on-site. The apartments are well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and everything you need for cooking. Each unit has a nice balcony. Clear instructions are provided on how to use the water heater and air conditioner.

The bed was comfortable, but the sofa was not—you could feel all the joints where its pieces connected. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room on the first evening, but it was fixed later.

- TV is a bit on the smaller side, but that's only if you are going to be spending a long time at the apt. - there were loud workers outside starting work @ 7am, but that was just bad luck for us and it was only a problem 1 out of 4 days.

Wonderful Stay – Great Location & Friendly Staff We stayed at the apartments for a total of three weeks—two weeks with a friend and one week with my parents—and had a fantastic experience overall. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk from the boulevard, which made it super convenient for daily outings. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The pools were a lovely bonus—refreshing and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off during the day. The apartment size was excellent, especially as my mum uses a wheelchair. She was able to get around easily, which made the stay all the more enjoyable for my parents, who absolutely loved it there. There were a couple of minor issues: the water temperature wasn’t always consistent due to the solar-powered system, but on hot days it worked perfectly. There is a button you can press to activate the hot water—just give it about 25 minutes to heat up. We also noticed that the floors in the apartment weren’t thoroughly cleaned on arrival, but after giving them a quick clean ourselves, everything else was great. Overall, a lovely place to stay. Great for families, especially those needing accessible accommodation, and we’d definitely recommend it to others and will for sure be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The multiple pools were great, especially if you're looking for a quiet spot to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying meals outside. The on-site fitness center was a nice bonus, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, offering suggestions on things to do and even helping with tour bookings and car rentals. Everything was super clean, and the staff were all very friendly. It was easy to take an Uber to the airport. We walked to the city center, but it's a bit of a distance—taking a bus or Uber is definitely easier. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

Not detracting from overall experience but only negatives if we are nitpicking here: the couch in our unit was very slanted and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pool/hot tub closest to our apartment was closed during our stay. We also had a hard time getting the hot water in the shower to work properly. Pool hours were a bit short as well.

Nothing to really dislike here. Some areas can be improved. 1. Wifi was not stable. 2. People (like me) who arrive and depart at night can't consider on late check out. You can only leave your luggage in the deposit room. So, at 10 am you are on the street having 10 pm (and eventually long flight from Cyprus) without a rest and a shower in between. Feeling like not fair enough. 3. There is no reception on duty on Sunday and every day after 17. I had no idea how to peacefully resolve the issue with very loud, probably drinking people in the opposite building on Saturday whole night.

ask for a room on the sunny side and on the higher floors, especially in winter. Although there were many free rooms, we were unlucky. Street noises, cats and chatty cleaners robbed us of sweet sleep.

Extremely clean, apartment was large, and with easy access to all amenities and parking onsite. Many swimming pools, gymnasium, and shopping nearby. A nice quiet neighbourhood, but close to nightlife also. It catered for every need for a holiday and a long term stay. Nearby shops…and 10-15 minutes walk to the busy area with bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly, efficient and eager to assist. Perfect.

The apartment is very well located, clean and pleasant. Close to the port and shops. Check-in was quick and hassle-free according to the instructions. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment. I recommend it and will definitely use it in the future

The small minuses are: no hot water despite following the instructions, no garbage bags, only one placed in the basket, little toilet paper for a week for six people, but these details did not spoil our trip.
