The location of the hotel was great. The bus to and from the airport stops on the same street, yards away. It's close to the Harbour, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, Tombs of the Kings Bus Station and all other ameneties. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel and facilities are clean, modern and well equipped - just like my room, with a kingsize and very comfortable bed. The room maids did an amazing job, the wi-fi and air-con worked well and the bathroom shower was a joy to use. The welcome (free) bottle of water (in the fridge) and bottles of red & white wine was a nice touch!

The studio/kitchen needs to better equipped. Only having one hob and one pan (with no lid) limits your cooking options. Need a grill or griddle, a frying pan and another hob. The double glass, sliding doors (balcony) do not keep the outside noise (dogs constantly barking) out (requires high-quality double or triple glazing).

Great hotel in a fabulous location - close to everything . Special thanks to the staff who were very friendly and helpful - especially Samir and Arthur . Rooms were cleaned every day and the pool area was very quiet and relaxing . A small kitchen , coffee machine and crockery provided . Also they have a lovely laundry room with 4 washers and dryers and they even provide the soap and fabric conditioner . Excellent place to stay

Nothing we didn't like but just a few things to note and suggestions. There can be times when it gets a bit noisy due to traffic and building work around the area - not sure if this is something that can be solved with sound insulated balcony doors ? . Also maybe consider soft closing doors to the rooms as they slam quite hard and can be loud. Although its nice to have music around the pool maybe soft or low music would be better to go with the ambience of peace and relaxation rather than rave music.

I had the most amazing stay at the Regency Boutique Hotel! The difference between an excellent stay and a truly outstanding one is always the people—and the staff here made it absolutely unforgettable. Every single member of the team went above and beyond with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. The pool area was so relaxing—perfect for unwinding. A very special thank you to Samir for the extra time, care, and attention that really made me feel at home. This hotel is a true gem. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The hotel itself was spotless and everything was so thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the laundry room, the supplies in the room and the great facilities by the pool, including showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. The location couldn’t be better, everything needed was within walking distance, and it’s the perfect base to explore the area. The breakfast concept was also fantastic: you can choose one à la carte dish and still enjoy a buffet with plenty of fresh options. Everything I tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After just a few days, they even remembered our coffee orders, and one day we overlooked the kitchen’s closing time, but the staff still kindly brought us a small snack to the pool - such great service! Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The only minor thing to be aware of is that, depending on your room and sensitivity to noise, occasional sounds from nearby traffic or construction might be noticeable. However, it didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience!

We loved this hotel. It is very close to the promenade and there are many amenities nearby. If we asked for something, we received it almost immediately. Artur is a cool guy :)

Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the street - unfortunately we could hear all of the noises from the street and neighborhood - we get that we would hear it, but it was just VERY loud. There is a dog across the street, it kept barking and some neighbors were renovating and started cutting tiles at 7 am… that’s not so ideal, if you want to relax and have a slow morning… request a room at the back, maybe it’s not as loud.

Staff are friendly and helpful, the location is close to many great restaurants, and to Pafos Bay, there are available parking spots at the hotel. The room design is modern . Nespresso machine is available and 2 free welcoming small wine bottles.

There were ants 🐜 in the room, although the working team cleaned multiple times - so we couldn't leave any food on the kitchenette top or even in the fridge. The bare minimum is provided in the room (no tissue box, no landline phone, also no luggage bag rack..)

Our stay at this accommodation was exceptional! The biggest gem was definitely the staff – incredibly warm and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was excellent – spotless and with attention to every detail. A big plus from us goes to having Netflix available, which was a fantastic feature, even though we only used the place for sleeping. Parking was provided, and the location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore everything on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay with outstanding service!

Room was lovely, exactly as the Booking.com photos with sea view from the balcony. Lovely comfortable bed & complementary wine on arrival which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fabulous, buffet style & then 1 hot option from a varied menu, all the food was delicious. Staff at this property were exceptional, they went above & beyond to look after their guests. They are an asset to this hotel. Location is great, few mins walk to Phapos sea front & marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel & would have no hesitation in staying here again. I would recommend to friends & family..

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and loved everything about it! The self-check-in process was seamless, and having private parking was a huge plus. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a balcony offering a beautiful view. The hotel looks even better in person than in the pictures! Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and generous portions. We tried both the classic Cyprus breakfast and the vegetarian option, and everything was delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. Despite visiting in January, we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the sun, which was such a relaxing experience. The pool itself looked great, though it was too cold for a swim. A lovely surprise was the welcome wine in our room, along with coffee and tea facilities—a really nice touch. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and promenade. Everything about our stay was fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back!

The whole hotel and rooms were very, very clean; Nespresso machine (as well as kettle); Excellent shower; Free washers and dryers for guests' use; excellent breakfast buffet as well as breakfast Menu service; lovely room temperature. And especially the front desk staff (especially Artur!) were super efficient and helpful.

The fresh towels were plentiful, but there was no where to hang them to dry, so they mostly ended up on the floor to be replaced the next day. There was a little street sound, but not offensive (and I'm sensitive to noise).
