the water park and pools are amazing! everything was well maintain. super clean and comfortable. we had a amazing week there. the staff were very kind

The food was not my type i wish there were more activities for kids. pizza and cookies sessions were very small, we couldn’t sign in. i wish they had an open kids park

Light spacious hotel..stayed in family room that was very nice & spacious looking over pool area & Seaview..lots of seating areas around hotel to relax on..spotlessly clean.. breakfast buffet was excellent lots to choose from, can't think of anything not on offer..nice touch in room, pack up for us on late arrival & platter of fruit..bottled water which could be refilled with filter water at all bars..very nice toiletries in room full size not 1 use..4 pools to choose from, 2 of which were quiet..nice strolls around hotel & down to beach..toilet/shower room with hairdryer & toiletries by pool area..close to supermarket & eateries..bus stop across road

Entertainment for a 5* was very bad... entertainment room was just like a cafeteria...pillars in way if you did want to watch & seating not very comfortable...no information given or notices up about daytime entertainment

Very crowded, many families with small children too noisy especially during breakfast time and in the swimming pool areas.

We enjoyed the buffet also in the evening which was good in selection. Georgina is a treasure and we appreciate very much how she took care of our child. Camelia's yoga, meditation and aquafit was amazing. The setup and the team around the kids club and kids entertainment was just perfect.

unclear pricing for non-all inclusive customers and charging upfront before the meal, did not enable us to give tip for good service. Generally we left with a feeling that willingness to serve was probably higher for those with all inclusive (maybe this was fuelled by very high prices like for snack), so I would like to return but only as an all inclusive customer.

The upgrade to a swim up pool room was fantastic. The location of the hotel and the beach was also great. The a la carte restaurant Taverna had a really nice sharing menu. The small water park is good fun for the kids.

The overall entertainment could be improved The selection of food outside of the typical buffet hours can be improved as well. We were not able to book another a la carte restaurant (the restaurant was either fully booked or closed) The kids club activities were not great and the kids did not want to go back

Room was very luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was very clean. Location is beautiful.

Restaurants at night need to be booked before 5pm. Only other option is the buffet. There is no room service. Kids club not available to customers who didnt book with Tui. Housekeeper threw away my bag with toiletries. Pool entertainer shouting through the speakers does not let you relax.

The property was in excellent location with top class facilities, but for us, their buffet was the clincher .It was amazing. We had a breakfast included booking and decided to explore Cypriot and other cuisine for dinner in nearby Tavernas and restaurants. However, after the dinner buffet on our first day, we just stayed on for dinner at the hotel. Hunor at Reception was very helpful and attentive.. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to another one of their Resorts soon

The only downside for us was the hotel allowed people to stay chatting g in their outside seating till very late in the night plus music went on past 10.30 -11 . Even with balcony door shut it was very loud. Maybe they need to change their strategy . However I must stress the pros out weighed the con I will still stick to my rating.

Nicely designed rooms. Lot's of options for the whole family within the resort. The reception staff, especially Hunor was very kind and keen to find solutions to our problems.

You need to book everything in advance (sauna, restaurants). We only stayed for one night and we didn't know we should have booked any of the facilities. When we arrived we found that the sauna and restaurants were fully booked. For the sauna session, the steam room is also booked for you. Each session can host only 2 people. So it's crazy that 2 people are in the sauna and the steam room is empty. Luckily, we found one spot for a sauna session. Guests need to be informed beforehand about this booking system through the welcoming email.

Definitely the spa and indoor pool and the staff services was great.

The outside pool area. It’s not big enough to accommodate all the guests. On day 1 we struggled to get pool lounges. After that we had to get up early to go put towels before going to breakfast. As embarrassing as that was,It was either that or get no space at all. Even though the family room we stayed in as amazing there was no sitting area which made it hard to relax in the room.

It is a fantastic hotel to go with children. The aquapark, the pool are great. We got a room upgrade and had many great surprises during our stay. Highly recommended in terms of price for value with kids in the Paphos area. The location is also awesome with the sea and wonderful sunsets.

Indoor pool and even the hot tub were kind of cold but this is not what you look for in this hotel. Breakfast could be better in a five star hotel but they cater a lot of families in the morning, so it’s understandable.
