Amazing Coral Bay location. One min walking from Coral Bay strip and only couple of minutes to Coral bay beach. Also we saw bus stop the front of the hotel, of the bus that goes exactly to the Paphos centre area. Truly amazing staff at the hotel. Since we came really late, we have received sandwiches, fruits, sweets and wine as welcome surprise. Each and every person made our stay really comfortable! Clean hotel and lovely pool area! Rich breakfast and dinner since we had HB. Each day every room received 2L of water, fresh cakes and fresh fruits. Every couple of hours housekeeping would pass through the rooms to check if we need new towels, drinks or to bring us candy. The only not so important thing is that the hotel is not new, its reconstructed. We will be back!

Absolutely Amazing Stay at Cali Resort, Coral Bay! We had the most wonderful experience at Cali Resort in Coral Bay, and I can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and professional staff, who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. A special shoutout to Viki, the hotel manager, who was absolutely fantastic! Our flight was scheduled late at night, and Viki graciously allowed us to stay in our room past the checkout time, making our last day completely stress-free. Her warm and accommodating nature made us feel truly valued as guests. The service was impeccable, and this extends to the restaurant staff as well. My girlfriend does not eat meat, and during one of our dinners, the menu didn’t offer any fish options. When we asked the chef about it, he went above and beyond, offering to prepare a special fish dish just for us! It was not only thoughtful but also one of the best meals we had during our stay. We were deeply impressed by the chef’s willingness to cater to our dietary needs with such care and creativity. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the bay. Every day, housekeeping made sure it was immaculate, and the attention to detail was superb. The resort facilities, including the pool and spa, were excellent, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. The location of the resort is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the local attractions. The entire staff, from the front desk to the waiters and cleaning crew, were polite, attentive, and always had a smile on their faces. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. All in all, CaliResort in Coral Bay is a gem. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing holiday, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return and are already counting down the days until our next visit.

From the moment we pulled up at the Hotel the staff couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and diligent nothing was too much trouble. The decor of the hotel is modern and has been done with great taste . The pool area has high quality sunbeds and seating around the bar area is lovely and has a relaxed feel The breakfast selection is fantastic too much to choose from . The bedrooms are not large but again have been tastefully decorated and you have everything you need . We have been visiting Coral Bay for a number of years and have stayed in various Hotels , apartments and Villas and this is easily the best Hotel of the bunch. We will return

If I need to give some feedback of a negative nature I would say that the room we stayed in had a safe but as a short person I couldn’t reach it without a chair . Also the garden that connects the hotel to Coral Bay high street needs to be addressed but I know that is something the Hotel would like to do and fingers crossed that will happen soon

A beautiful hotel located only 2 minutes walk from Coral Bay beach. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcoming drinks and food at the reception and in the rooms were a sweet surprise. We were complimentary upgraded to sea view room and the views were really amazing. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. All the areas are renovated and nicely decorated. The breakfast was also great with many different options. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing stay! From the minute we got out of our taxi to arrive the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. They heard it was our honeymoon, so upgraded us to a sea view room which was much appreciated. A bottle of fizz and fruit shortly arrived at our room. The room had been cleaned to such a high standard, and being new is lovely and modern. EVERY member of staff is so polite and friendly, from the maids, waiting staff, reception, bar staff, gardeners, maintenance, lifeguard, chefs, management, and security. They can't do enough for you. Huge compliments to the chefs, best buffet at a hotel I've ever experienced. Great selection of healthy food options that were presented to a high standard. The pool area is a lovely setup and never a rush to get a sunbed in the morning! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The pool is one of the nicest I have been in. We loved the sun-loungers that are half in the pool, and the free watermelon and vodka shots the staff bring round when sunbathing are delicious. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view. I would definitely pay for this option if we go back as the view was stunning. The hotel staff are very friendly and there is always entertaining in the evening. The hotel is a 5 min walk away from the bars and restaurants in the town.

The communal toilets located by the restaurant are in desperate need of refurbishment. Out of three toilets, only one locks. There is paint all over the door handles. The louvred toilet doors are awful and need replacing. Architrave is missing around all of the doors, making it look very messy. The marble around the sink is broken and very dangerous. No body wash liquid in the shower, so we had to take the one from the hand sink, but nowhere to put it in the shower. Such a quick fix, so please add another dispenser in the shower! The wardrobes need more shelving or drawers as there is very limited places for two people to put clothes away. The top shelf is too high to reach your clothes.

I had an amazing stay at the Cali Resort in Cyprus! The service was outstanding, especially from Viktoria, the Guest Relations Manager. She is a true asset to the hotel—nothing was too much trouble for her. She was incredibly efficient in booking our taxis and always got back to us quickly with any requests we had. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room, which made our stay even more special. The food at the resort's restaurants was the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. There was an incredible variety, and the themed evenings added a nice touch. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for top-notch service and excellent dining options!

Overall, our experience was fantastic, but if I had to be picky, I'd mention the issue with the poolside sunbeds. Unfortunately, many guests reserve the best sunbeds very early in the morning by leaving their towels on them, and often, these guests don't show up until much later in the day. This made it difficult for other guests to find available sunbeds, especially the prime spots. I think the hotel could improve by enforcing a stricter policy to ensure everyone has a fair chance to enjoy the poolside without needing to wake up at the crack of dawn.

The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of choices. Breakfast drinks are served to your table and the orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. The hotel is newly renovated, so the carpets are plush, and the fittings are modern. The lobby is beautiful with interesting objects of art. The pool area has sunbeds, with the beds half in the pool and half out, which gives it a luxurious feel. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The atmosphere is calm and quiet—no children are allowed. The beach is an easy 15-minute walk down a hill. There's a Nespresso coffee machine in the bedroom and a kettle to make tea. Mineral water bottles are left in your room daily. Lots of British plug points in the room along with a USB and USB-C port for charging your phone.

The rooms are small for the price point. I had a boring view of the backyard, so that meant that I watched TV, but the only channels in English were news channels. The hotel is situated in a residential area off the tourist strip. The room service that I ordered was a disappointment (I was expecting something good, because the breakfast was so good, but no.).

The hotel in general it was okay. Really nice pool worth to spend the day! Breakfast really nice as well, enough choices. Bathroom fully renovated except the door!

The hotel is renovated but they keep some parts of the old building ex. Doors. The room is okay nothing special. The pool bar has not provide too many choices for snacks and cocktails are average. The staff are really polite but it is impossible to assist you as they don’t speak either greek or english! They can understand only the basic english words. If you want an ice black coffee most probably you get hot one with sugar. Not really a 5* hotel, doesn’t worth the money!
