I think this property is excellent for those with disabilities and abled bodied. The rooms are spacious / extra large to accommodate wheelchairs even in the bathroom. Doorways are wide as well there are rails in the toilet /shower area. There was a shower seat for those who need it. There was an elevator to upper floors as well. You can even hire aids here too if you need them. They have access to a taxi that can transport those with wheelchairs. There was also a lift to get into the swimming pool. So perfect for all abled and disabled people. The owners and staff so accommodating friendly warm and inviting. We got to speak to many tourist there too so it was overall friendly. So lovely to hear everyone’s stories.

There is a cafe across the road and there was a lot of crowd noise coming from that area and some traffic noise. I wish I asked for another pillow as I need it to sleep better.

This is a fantastic hotel, from the staff, owners, room and facilities. I really like the personal touch of this hotel. It feels in some way like a bed and breakfast. I met the owners Chris and Andreas and they are very nice people and are genuinely interested in you. You can tell they run this place with a passion, and their dedication can be seen in their staff as well. The staff is very friendly, helpful and informative. I was there for 2 nights for work in the area and it was great to stay here. The room is very spacious and clean. Definitely would definitely recommend and stay here again sometime!

What an amazing family, you feel right at home in this great home-away-from-home they created here. The amenities and extra facilities for disabled guests were above and beyond, Chris really thought of everything so you don't have to. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the great people we met here were like the cherry on top! Can only strongly recommend it to anyone considering booking at C & A! You'll have a blast.

As for our overall stay, there's little that could have made my holiday any better. I did however underestimate the distance to the beach. It's quite a walk (± 5 km), although Chris rents out electrical scooters to make it easier which is good to know. The town of Polis is lovely but not too big, which is great for a relaxing holiday. Don't expect the area itself however to be lots and lots to explore. Excursions to other places on Cyprus can be booked on site however we learned it's better to do this well in advance, as the calendar for this was fully booked when we arrived, which was a bit of a disappointment. Nonetheless, the hotel and surrounding area hold great warmth and make for a lovely and relaxing holiday destination!

A wonderful, family-run apartment located in the heart of Polis. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like part of the family. Chris, Andreas, Charoula and the team are wonderful. At breakfast, the outdoor seating area is a great place to talk and meet new people and we will miss our morning chats with Andreas! The apartments are very spacious and set up with everything you need. The pool area is lovely, with beautiful gardens and pots. We are able-bodied but the facilities for people with disabilities were so well thought out. This should be standard for hotels around the world but we have never seen a swimming pool lift in any country we have travelled in. They've really done an incredible job and thought of everything you could possibly need.

We got a great welcome from all the staff, who helped us with our luggage and helped us to settle into our Studio Apartment. The breakfast was always well presented and a great start to the day. Overall everything was good about the holiday and having the transport to and from the Airport was a bonus.

The water in the swimming pool was a little on the cold side. I paid for the holiday directly using Booking.com and then I was asked about paying again. I think it was a 0mistake on their part, which they acknowledged. So all was good in the run of things. ⁵l

The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Also, the pool area is wonderful, filled with beautiful flora and lemon trees from which Chris and his staff make the most delicious lemonade. We would return for the breakfast alone as it was exceptional - we even got local halloumi and Mosfilo jam which were out of this world. We were made to feel at home from the start which was a first for us as we’d been backpacking through the country. The hotel is designed for everyone, with a focus on facilities for disabled guests, which is a great way to meet people from all walks of life. We’ll 100% return and highly recommend this stunning place!

Location is close to Latchi port. Andreas was very welcoming and cared to explain everything. We checked in at 8pm and stayed one night. AC was working well and clean.

The room door is in glass/aluminum, so thing enough to hear outside noises, but the small town is quiet enough not to be an issue. Breakfast was basic, no items outside the ones on display (no scranbled eggs or fancy hotel stuff). They had vegetarian options.

Friendly people, basic but comfortable room with kitchen and terrace. Breakfast was good. Long breakfast tables are inviting to meet other guests. Many guests visit this hotel frequently because it is very well equipped for disabled persons. Plenty of restaurants in the city centre at walking distance. If you have a rented car, it is nice to visit Latchi harbour, Pomos harbour, or a bit further away, the Avakas gorge.

We only stayed 1 night but it was great. We were upgraded to a large 1 bed apartment. The bathroom was designed for the disabled and elderly. The swimming pool also had disabled access and even a hoist. 2 minute walk to the big supermarket and 5 minutes to the old part of Polis with its lovely restaurants and bars. The wifi and breakfast were both great and the family who own it are lovely and welcoming.

We booked this app because we wanted to visit the blue Lagoon in Akamas area The owner was very kind We had an small breakfast buffet There is a pool and is posible to park directly there. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and AC Its a great place for persons with disabilities Close to some good restaurants
