My husband and I stayed at Stephanos Hotel Apartments for 11 days and we were pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable Maria and Dina made the experience. We were greeted on arrival with cake and we ate breakfast every day in the Hotel, especially enjoying the freshly cooked eggs. The buffet was plentiful with lots of home baked items. My husband and I were upgraded free of charge from a studio to a very spacious one-bed apartment with a superking bed. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and all the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. Despite the hot weather we enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood or travelling on local buses and also spent many hours around the pool where there was no shortage of sunbeds. We ate out each night at one of the numerous local restaurants within a short walk from the hotel and were sorry to go home when the holiday ended. We have stayed in Polis on 12 previou occasions over the years at different accommodation but our visit to The Stephanos was definitely the best.

As we spent so much time sunbathing perhaps the sunbeds could have benefited from mattresses.

Location was perfect and walking distance to restaurants in Polis Square and a short drive to Latchi. Kitchen facilities were good. Poor was kept clean and maintained. Staff were friendly.

Air con only in main bedroom, however we could move the sofa bed into the main bedroom as it was big enough to accommodate. The sofa bed was hard but could easily accommodate 2 children. Booking.com suggest you cant book for a family of 4 and need 2 rooms. This isn't the case at all. If you can contact the hotel directly and ask for an extra sofa bed, they are very accommodating. Theres so much space you can easily accommodate a family of 6. However, I would limit to a family of 4 in the summer as it is far too hot with only one aircon. Drinks a little over priced €4 for a bottle of beer was a bit steep but papantoniou is walking distance from the hotel.

Location - Great location right next to the heart of Polis and very close to Latchi and Argaka which are only a few km away. Staff - Excellent staff, very polite, friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions about beaches, restaurants and facilities in the area. Room - Clean and comfortable as the room was renovated, well air-conditioned and there was a lovely small veranda. Bathroom - The bathroom was a bit old-fashioned but it was clean and worked very well. Breakfast - served on the hotel’s veranda by the pool.

The hotel is a small family business with lovely hostesses. Right at the centre of Polis Chrysochous perfect location for a stroll at night nearby the restaurants but also very quiet. The hotel is partly refurbished with comfortable beds and very clean. It's ideal for a short stay or longer periods. Also the breakfast is delicious with lots of homemade cakes and other treats!!! great value for money, we will definitely be visiting again!

Nothing there to say

The apartment has all basic needs and all basic needs function. Very good beds, even the sofa slept very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the village centre with a few restaurants. Very close to a big supermarkt. Some of the amenities are outdated or don't work but like I said the basic needs are there and function. Good and safe parking. Your room will be cleaned every day. Good value for money. For us was it the perfect place to stay and we would book it again.

To have a shower in a bath. But that is very common abroad.

Location is great, very quiet and peaceful hotel, staff are fantastic, rooms cleaned every day, if there was ever something we needed Maria and Dina were on hand to help. Dinner in hotel is delicious and so filling. The girls can also arranged a great taxi to the airport for us.

There's nothing really we didn't like, the pool bar could have been opened but I don't think it was busy enough.

Fantastic breakfast. Dani (lady front of house) was extremely attentive and helpful. Two large rooms in the apartment, with a super large, comfortable bed. Veranda. Central location, 12 metre pool, and not far to the beaches of Latchi.

Maybe an evening restaurant on site, but plenty of good tavernas nearby.

The staff was very friendly and so welcoming. We went to the near by restaurant herbal garden that they recommended and it was such a beautiful garden with delicious food. They were really helpful and even late check out was no problem. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Lots of choices to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to be back

Everything was great. No complaints about anything

Very kind staff! Gave us recommendation and were overall very friendly. When we were there it was relatively quiet and off season, so the hotel was nearly empty. Our room was nice and spacious. Everything could be a bit more modern, but they were doing renovations while we were there so maybe this will be fixed soon. The pool is a nice bonus and it’s just a few minute walk to the town centre / bars / restaurants.

I really enjoyed the central location, just a short walk from the restaurant area. The apartments are clean and spacious. The best part is the staff, who are clearly dedicated and always available to offer advice and assistance. Highly recommended if you're visiting Pissouri.
