This was a lovely place to stay. I had a studio apartment which was large and while simple, it was comfortable and adequate. The whole place was spotlessly clean and staff were friendly. Mariela is situated right beside a superb, well stocked supermarket. Excellent internet. The apartments are great value for money. Would recommend.

My third stay at this place. Family run, you always get a kind and personal welcome. After check-in I was given a complimentary beer and my host took the time to chat with me about my holiday and general travels in Cyprus. The double room I was given was on the second floor and overlooked the two pools and the covered bar / breakfast area. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs around the pool. Free parking at the side of the hotel / apartment blocks. Kitchen well equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, etc. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery all provided. Comfortable 2 sofas. Great beds. Bed linen, towels all very clean. The Mariela is almost next door to Papa Antoniou supermarket. Just a few minutes walk to the main square of Polis.

second stay at Marietta. Very good value, location couldn’t be any better - 10 minute pleasant stroll to the square, large supermarket just around the corner (a branch of Sainsbury’s I believe?). Also the deli across the road did the most amazing hot take away meals - everything we had was restaurant quality. Hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely, always plenty of sun loungers or could sit at the bar - drink prices were very reasonable, cheaper than in the square. Plenty of parking at the side of the hotel. And last but not least the very lovely owners!

The location was really good for the restaurants in Polis and for a very handy supermarket. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of parking. The pool area was lovely and relaxing, as was the pool itself once you got used to the water temperature. I can see why many people come back year after year, and my husband has already booked to return.

It's a little bit far to walk to the beach, but we knew that when we booked it.

Great area. It was very clean, with great hospitality , very comfortable beds and the swimming pool is great!!!

The owner welcame us offering a free beer and giving us the keys of our studio. The building and the studio are a bit old but well maintained. Nice view on the internal courtyard with the swimming pool and wonderful trees and plants. We didn't use the swimming pool but it seemed clean and tidy. Private parking on the back of the hotel (not covered and no shadow). The hotel is in the city center and just few meters far from a large supermarket. Overall, a lovely accommodation at a good price!

No soundproof door, so a bit noisy in the morning (cleaning service, leaving people, etc.).

Pambos met us at the reception and he was so friendly and smiling🥰 His smile was so healing after our long hard journey) The room was old but spacious, cozy and clean. And everything needed was there. All staff in the kitchen (even a toster), two beds, fresh towels, TV, balcony, soap, shower gel. There are two swimming pools in Melania - one for kids and one for adults) Old Town and restaurants are two minutes by foot. Thank you, Melania)

The apartment is situated right across the street and hence very easy to find. The staff is polite and helpful. We got handed over the keys as soon as we entered. There is a parking spot right across the apartment. Also, the apartment is huge and is quite sound-proof.

Everything was smooth, nothing to dislike.

We LOVED our stay here - cute apartments with everything you need, we had a balcony with sea pool and afternoon sun, a small kitchen with all basics, and a shower with great water pressure. The pool area is nice as well, the staff is super friendly! Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was the WiFi which was quite unstable/ disappeared entirely at times, so if you rely on that it might be a little annoying.

The owners were lovely and friendly. our flight was delayed so we arrived very late and he waited up then greeted us with a beer. spacious homely comfortable rooms. lots of cooking utensils and space. we slept well the whole time. great spacious balcony with lovely views. fab pool for swimming or relaxing by and even a library to borrow books. town was 5 mins walk away and there’s a great bakery a minute’s walk away. beach is about 20 minutes walk but it’s a lovely walk. short walk to buses to explore the rest of the area. perfect!
