the studios are beautiful! the rooms and the pool are new and very clean. There is an amazing view from the complex. The studios are located in a small and charming village, very quiet and pleasant. The location is great. we had wonderful time. our girls loved the pool.

we really liked the place! however, the kitchen could be better equipped... Only suitable for light meals. very low hot water pressure.

Loved the size & quiet location. Loved the little village of Giolou- it had much more than I originally thought. The tavernas were great & very good value. If you are staying any length of time I would recommend hiring a car. The luxury feel of the whole place is fantastic - everything is quality. WIFI worked great. No issue with sun beds - even when full. Georgia is fantastic & nothing is too much trouble for her.

I do like a private patio or balcony to have breakfast etc but you could use the tables outside & as we’re early risers we mainly were the only ones outside at that time. We were downstairs so there wasn’t an issue but the upstairs apartments would have to bring everything downstairs to be able to eat outside.

Very nice hotel with picturesque view. Clean room with kitchen. Were pleasnatly surprised to see 2 small bottles of wine. Equidistant to main touristic places - cedar valley, Pafos area, Akamas, Polis latchi, blue lagoon etc.. We were at beginning of May and it was rainy and cool (even frosty at night around +10) but the house is warm - and we were sleeping with opened window. to have such opportunity in Cyprus - luxurious. trust me. facilities: * remarkable - done by people for people! * They have boiler in the room. * they have everything you need to make your stay with max comfort and chill. * There are some cafes and kiosks nearby. will definitely come back here one more time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and tranquil mountain retreat. The room was clean and well-maintained. Our host, Chris, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, leaving thoughtful touches like local bottles of wine, snacks, sweet treats on the table, and a large bottle of water in the refrigerator. Additionally, just a few minutes' walk from the property, there's a charming local restaurant offering a great atmosphere and delicious dishes at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the mountains.

The property we stayed in was the family suite, this was fantastic for myself, son and his girlfriend. We actually all agreed that for a small family the accommodation is perfect! The local community were extremely welcoming and told us about an Almond festival in the village that we were invited to attend. The weather was actually the coldest I’ve known in Cyprus, however we were still comfortable and warm. Unfortunately it was too chilly to make use of the pool, but I can imagine on warmer days it’s a beautiful sheltered spot to relax! As a family we agreed to return when the weather improves.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property and the surrounding village, I would advise car hire if visiting.

Super relaxed and off the grid accommodation. The complex is super secure (CCTV cameras monitoring outside etc.) and for us it was the perfect place to stay in the middle of our Cyprus trip to totally switch off after lots of previous sightseeing. Stay here to switch off, use good WiFi, cook yourselves and put your feet up guilt-free by the pool. Cool community feel with other travellers with a common area by the pool, whilst also you can escape to your room if you want. Highly recommned!

Perhaps in the instructions it's worth mentioning the x2 local bars are cash only... we found out to our peril!

The court yard was amazing, it had a rustic charm and relaxing atmosphere. The bench tables were well placed to add to the privacy.

We occupied the family room 5 it was very charming however in our opinion some minor adjustments need to be made. The mattress has collapsed on the double bed and needs to be replaced. One bedside lamp was un-useable as there was no electrical socket. The shower gel could not be placed in the holder on the wall as it has been installed upside down. Narrow steps on the ladder to the mezzanine. No signage on the main road to stone court.

The accommodation looks like in the pictures. It is a good combination of modern and traditional. It is quite beautiful and very clean; the yard and rooms are often cleaned and well maintained. We piked the location as it is in a nice local village, but you do need a car for convenience. The caretaker was very nice and we enjoyed chatting with her.

The kitchen has basic facilities which we could made due, but a large salad bowl would have been useful.

Everything! Location was perfect, very quiet and peaceful. Situated in a beautiful village. Rooms and area were very clean and had everything you required. Good Wi-Fi access. Georgia is the most beautiful soul, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she really did make our stay the best it could have been, thank you 😚 we will definitely be returning.

Our experience with this property was just beyond our highest expectations. The location is very convenient as there is not so many narrow spaces as it is usually when you book something in the mountains village areas. The studios are located in a closed safe territory with convenient parking access really close by. The territory is clean and neat overall, also it is very authentic and minimalistic (I loved it), it was a bit cold outside so we didn't have a chance to use the pool unfortunately but I hope we'll do it next time :) Check in was really fast and easy, Chris gave all the instructions to me by the phone, the staff that we saw during our stay were all very friendly and welcoming. Thank you! The suite itself was recently renovated while keeping the old elements, so it was super exciting to stay in such a comfortable though traditional place. The suite turned out to be bigger than we expected and the bathroom was spacious and clean, water heating system operated well.

I believe that due to high humidity in the bathroom there were a bunch of midges (small flies) but they didn't bother us and it didn't affect out experience at all
