Perfect apartment hotel in the heart of Ceské Budejovice. With an early booking I secured a very good price, and as a Genius3 member I received a free upgrade. The upgraded apartment was huge! Very comfortable beds in the bedroom and sofa in the living room made the stay very pleasant. The apartment was well equipped with plates, glasses and there was both a microwave and a cooker to prepare some food. The apartment was perfectly clean and I also liked that there were some bags of coffee and tea provided together with slippers. There was a minibar in the room with fairly priced items (not cheap but not very expensive either) The breakfast was also very good, fried eggs and baked beans were my favorite and coffee was also very good as well as the apple juice produced by the company. The staff was very kind and nice, especially the people at the reception. If I will return to the neighborhood then I will surely choose this place to stay again.

Some drunk people could be heard from the streets but they always disappeared before sleep time.

It is a couple of minutes walk to CB’s famous Black Tower in Old Town. The staff spoke great English and were very friendly indeed. They helped us immediately With the Washing Machine and also getting their Technician in to cancel our Foxtel as it was my Private Foxtel account. They are so lovely and obviously love working there. We did however notice a huge amount of Moths in the curtains especially in our bedroom. And the owners should take more time and spend a bit more money on maintaining this historical building.. Eg The rot in the beautiful Heritage wooden windows has been ignored, the traditional Parquetry wooden floors need to be restored before it’s too late. Also the shabby old lounge needs replacing and the once beautiful walk to ceiling tiles need attention around the Toilet before it’s too late.

It’s like the owners don’t care about the up-keep of this glorious building … They seem more concerned about getting TOP DOLLAR during the popular Summer months knowing the location is great.. But people can find other fully maintained /restored historical Accommodation anywhere in Old Town C

A very nice area in the old town and just a 20 min walk from the railway station (with luggage). The houses and the square are amazing. The rooms were big and tidy. They had a washing machine and space+ dryer for the clothes to dry. The bathtap was very big and wonderful after a busy day. The staff was positive and helpful though they didn't know about the excellent bike roads there are in the area. We found a place to rent electric bikes, and they helped us to book the bikes. The next day, we had a wonderful trip alongside the river to the Hluboka castle.

The stow was very slow, and some equipment needed to be updated.

The one-bedroom apartment is located exactly where I wanted to be in the city center. It was so comfortable, well furnished, clean and quiet. I enjoyed all the thoughtful amenities and furnishings. I felt quite safe in the apartment. The price point is a real value. The bathtub was wonderful for long soaks, and having the wash machine for laundry was a real added plus. The lovely staff person I worked with was highly professional, cheerful, and a delight to communicate with throughout my 12-night stay.

The bed was so very comfortable but was low to the ground making it difficult to get out and up to standing position with less than 2 feet of space between the bedside and the bedroom wall.

This was already my second stay in this aparthotel. First time I liked this place so much that I booked it again without checking other available accomodations. I received the same apartment as the first time, so it felt like returning to home. The apartment is very spacious, perfectly equipped, it has even a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge. There are some minibar items at a not cheap, but reasonable price. The TV is a smart TV, it was very convenient to project my phone to it and watch whatever I wanted. The staff was very nice and the apartment was clean and comfortable, just like last time. Breakfast can be booked for a small extra, the selection is not very extensive, but it is worth the money. The coffee was excellent, as well as the fried eggs and beans. There were also some fruits and cakes and jams. The train station is at a good walk, and the hotel is right in the old town, near to any sights, perfect for a traveller coming by train to the city. Both the city and hotel are amazing, I would choose them again at any time.

The pillow wasn't comfortable this time unfortunately, and as I am used to sleep in complete dark, I woke up when some light entered the room (there are curtains that do their job, but couldn't block all the light). But everything else was so great at this place that these small things didn't bother me much.

Wow what a great place to stay! It was perfect and everything was provided and carefully thought out inside the apartment. The apartment was huge and immaculately clean and I can truly recommend a stay in this wonderful place. To further enhance my experience I had dinner in the restaurant which turned out to be the best steak restaurant in town! The food was 10/10 and blew my mind! The kind and very friendly people who run this place from the reception and restaurant are super friendly and nice too!

I loved everything!

The apartments are enormous and very comfortable. They are clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. We were in an apartment above the reception and was surprised how quiet it was and felt very safe. The reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were all friendly. The breakfast was better than I had anticipated after reading some negative reviews. Extremely good value for money.

Really small gripe would be the shower was over an enormous bath which was not the easiest to get in and out of but for other people to consider if older. This being said I would not deduct any stars from my review on that alone.

Excellent location in the historic center, in a house with genius loci, the apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom), with rooms with high ceilings, and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Parking is available for 150 CZK/night (5 mints walk from the hotel)

Upon arrival, the heating was off so the apartment was cold. But it was ok after we turned that on. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door which is not a problem, we just didn't know so we didn't dress enough for walking out in February :-) At breakfast rather limited options but still ok.

Right next to the city center, very convenient. It has a very good restaurant, really. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, did the job. The rooms are essentially old apartments converted into hotel rooms. You get a separate bedroom with a closet, a kitchen with a living room, also a foyer.

The parking right next to the hotel for checking in is a bit of a hit or miss. There's one parking space available temporarily for guests for a couple of minutes to check in, but it's also public, so you might not be able to use it. The "official" parking for the hotel is blocks away, about 5 minutes by car in a parking garage (of another hotel). Take this into account when dealing with luggage.
