It is located close to the city centre (10min walk) and on the hills, with good view to the centre. Family room is clean and comfortable, the receptionists were super nice. Breakfast is typical, but good and ample. Payment was possible in euro, not in czk. There is a baggage lift for your gadgets, you do not need to take them in hands if you are accomodated in 1st or 2nd floor. Family room was on 2nd floor, the room itself had two floors (the upper one is for children). parking is free on the yard, as communicated. Massage is possible in the hotel, but we have not tried it out.

The beds are unconfortable and there are no choice of pillows. There is no chance to have free of charge glutenfree bakery, but it was offered for fee (we prepared, so it was not needed).

We had an amazing stay at Penzion Krumlov - Massage Studio! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were super welcoming – they showed us around, explained everything, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved the free coffee and tea during the day. The location is great – close to the city center, plus they let us leave our car after check-out, which was really convenient. And the massage absolutely worth it! The therapist is not only a true professional but also a great person to chat with. Highly recommend this place!

Nice, quite and comfortable Penzion close to the Old Town ( only 10 minutes by walk ). Tasty breakfasts and convenient way to buy additional beverages ( just write down beverages on sheet of paper with nr of your room and take from refrigaratror, payment during check-out). Lift for luggage is very useful too. We were well informed by Reception about restaurants nearby. We can absolutely recommend stay in Penzion Krumlov.

This hotel was SOMETHING!!! We immediately fell in love with this hotel and especially its hostess (she's a gem). We really felt that they were waiting for us. We were instructed with such a care and love. The very first moment we were offered to use coffee/tea machine for free all the stay. The room was clean and cozy. The hostess gave us maps of Česky Krumlov, explained how to reach one or another place and even recommended a place for cup of coffee in the townhall square (we really went there and it was really worth) . The breakfast was tasty and we had chance to chose from a variety of dishes. I wish this hotel would flourish!

This is a great place to stay in Cesky Krumlov, especially if you are arriving by car as there is free parking. It is basic -- not luxurious--but is very comfortable and clean. The lady working at the desk and owner we dealt with (it is owned by a brother and sister duo) speak good English and are EXTREMELY helpful. It is a short (but hilly) walk to town, and our room had a beautiful view looking out over the valley/town. It's also just a short walk up the hill to a church with another fantastic view over the valley. Breakfast was very nice (with cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, breads and cakes).

It didn't bother us, but be aware there is no elevator (for people). There is a dumb waiter (mini elevator) to get luggage upstairs, which was very helpful! Combined with the hilly walk to town, be prepared for some stairs and hilly walking.

It was a really nice place very close to the heart of Cesky Krumlov. It is literally 8 min walking from the main square and if you are bringing your car is perfect to use their own parking and forget about the car during the time in Cesky Krumlov. The recepcionists were nice and helpfull all the time, they also knew English perfectly. I really recommend this place.

Staff was exceptional with excellent communication. The sweet receptionist arranged a massage for me and it was great. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods and beverages.

It was just a bit from center which normally would not have been a problem except we got caught in some bad weather

The staff is very helpful and helpful, speaks excellent German, which greatly facilitates communication. Great quiet location, ten minutes walk to the historic center. Very spacious and convenient private parking. Delicious varied breakfast, comfortable room. We were very satisfied.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and bed is really comfortable. 10 minutes walk away from the center area. Free parking is also included. Really great value!

How could the hotel allow drunk guests have loud party until late night? Literally until 11:30 pm when I had to tell them twice to be quiet. Unfortunately no staff were there to stop them from disturbing other guests.

Receptionist was exstremely pleasant, he gave us all informations about the city and gave us a map, took us around dining area and explain everything, the pension was clean, the room was excellent, and the pension is about 10 min walk from the city center, the neighbourhood was quiet, so I recommend the place.
