Extremely friendly staff. The hotel is located very well close to the old town. I booked it mainly due to the free parking but the hotel itself was very charming with a nice big and clean room. The bed was very comfortable as well and the breakfast was excellent.

After I booked I received a message that there are limited parking spaces available at the hotel and that parking cannot be reserved. This was my own fault, as this is written in the hotel description. This however did not turn out to be an issue, as there was plenty parking available. The area is also very safe so I would not have had a problem to park the car on the street nearby.

Very flexible and friendly staff. They are going the extra mile for you. The surroundings were beautiful with a nice garden to relax. I was staying at the family room and it is perfect for a family since it has two separate bed rooms and a sharing bath. Both rooms and the bathroom is big. Very modern tastefully furnished with the rock star twist which I found refreshing without being to much. There is a self service at the bar based on trust which is nice.

It is a 10 minute walking distance to the entrance of the city and the hotel might feel a little bit secluded. But the surroundings is very quiet and the place has private parking. I got the feeling that they are a little short of staff. There is no person in the reception present all the time which I could see annoyed people checking in and out. The place had a lot of locks which means that you have to have a key all the time to get in through the gates and all the doors.

You have to go through steep slopes before you can reach the place (but I guess it is still better than pushing one’s luggage through the bumpy roads in the Old Town of Český Krumlov) Lack of ventilation fan in the toilet

Everything is very good, such as staff, room facilities, cleanliness and breakfast. All staff are polite, friendly with smiley. Room is cleanliness with all necessary facilities, such as capsule coffee machine, a liter bottle of drink water, hair dryer and water heater. My room has a balcony where I can see a very good view of the old town area and the castle. Also, the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend.

WiFi signal is weak. Refrigerator is limited space.

Location was good, in a calm area, a bit of an uphill walk to the center - the building old but nicely refurbished, rooms well lit and with good views - personnel was helpful at check-in - good breakfast

We had 2 rooms, eventually one of them not used, it had a really bad smell from drainage. I did mention it at check-out, but all I got was a shrug - the beds were quite uncomfortable, soft floppy, the pillows were terrible - the mini-bar has not been replenished during our stay which is unthinkable elsewhere. Why would I not want to buy more stuff from the fridge? We’ll never know. - we could hear every word from an adjacent room, people were talking (not even too loud) but the walls did not stop any sound.

Fantastic breakfast which changed daily, always eggs and veggies and fruits and mueslis, which was a big deal for me since I am gluten-free,lots of pastries. It has a cafe bar for any kind of coffee you like. Protected free Parking available in the lot - this is a big deal in this town with limited parking. Really warm staff, even if they didn’t speak English. Close to the old town, easy walk down the steep hill to everything you want to see. And a wall AC unit.

We loved everything! Absolutely awesome room, large, exceptionally clean, quiet, very well decorated, modern and full of luxury elements (including the bathroom toiletries, which were top quality products). The beds were very comfortable and the lighting was perfect. We also had a fridge (mini-bar) and good air conditioning. Absolutely marvelous! We stayed in the family apartment, on the ground floor (aka the David Bowie room). The apartment had two separate rooms and one bathroom. Everything was perfect!!! Oh, and the garden, outside, was lovely too! Ok, let's say the breakfast could have been better (just to keep up with the rest of the experience, which was top notch). I don't mean to say it wasn't good, because it really was. The food was tasty, but not so varied. The buffet was rather small, not offering many choices. But the overall experience though was excellent!!! The location was also perfect! Conclusion: 100% recommended!!!

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the options at breakfast. The towels were very soft and thick. The Moulton Brown products are top quality.

The lighting in our bathroom was not great, as there was no natural light. The bathroom itself was small, but not unmanageable. The room we were in was just across from the reception desk so we did experience a bit of noise.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The lady in the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Her attentiveness and dedication to her work were truly commendable. Her valuable tips and recommendations for local restaurants and cafés added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip :) We were also really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Overall, our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the nice location to the delicious breakfast and the exceptional service provided by the staff, it was truly a memorable experience. We'd def recommend this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues who plan to visit the area. We're looking forward to visiting this hotel again in the future :)

Breakfast was absolutely great - in theory similar to any other hotel, but in here they seem to care more about quality, so it was just better than in pretty much any other place I’ve been to
